The location is great—right by the lake with stunning views. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway

A small, cozy apartment with a spectacular view of Lake Seneca. The location was perfect for visiting wineries, breweries and taking in the foliage. We found the apartment to have all that we needed and was neat and clean. Mr. Lester lives above the apartment and he made sure we had all we needed and gave us our privacy. Kimberly was quick to respond whenever we had a question. Although this was a small apartment for the four of us( 2 couples), it was the perfect spot to rest for the next day.

Perfect spot for a reunion-plenty of space, great kitchen and kitchen items for cooking group meals. Beautiful view of the lake-amazing watching the bald eagles and loons from the large picture windows.

Cottage number 2.: The cottages are located within a very nice campground on Seneca Lake. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and delivered firewood.The Cottage has a private lakefront with a dock which is separate from the campground. The water is clear and shallow. I would recommend bringing supportive shoes to walk up and down the staircase to the lake. The location is absolutely amazing. It is in the middle of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. There is lots to do nearby such as child and dog friendly wineries , breweries and an impressive creamery. The campsite cottage is actually off of a road to an interesting winery on the lake. It was full of historical information- they engaged my 10 yr old by asking him questions about the home and what he noticed- pointing out facts such as the tax on windows in the 1800’s. Bring all of your creature comforts from home. Jared is wonderful and responsive. We planned accordingly from reviews- didn’t have any leash law issues. Close to state parks

Suzanne is a very kind host and answered messages promptly. Her cabin is so cute, very clean, and in an amazing location. Beautiful views at sunrise and sunset, and close to the nearby restaurants/wineries. We made the mistake of arriving after sunset, which made it a bit difficult to find where to turn on the grass. We would definitely recommend getting there while it’s still bright outside!

Great beautiful location with spectacular views of Lake Seneca. Love the spacious house. Plenty of space and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.

When we arrived at the cottage, we felt right at home, I think even our dog felt the same way. Everything was so clean with no clutter. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Wish the weather was a bit warmer to enjoy the porch, but the wall of windows helped a lot to be able to view the lake and all the sunrises. I can't say enough for Jennifer. She even texted us to have a safe trip there and was always available to answer any questions we had. She is amazing. Would love to plan another stay at her cottage, and maybe we will be able to soon. Thank you, again, for sharing your cottage with us.

My friends and I had a blast at the Lakehouse! It was so special to sleep with the lake breeze and wake up to the sounds of the gentle waves. What a gem! We did end up bringing our own jugs of water as the tap water had a bit of a strange taste but other than that everything was just perfect. Highly recommend!

Scottland Yard Farm is amazing. We had the most comfortable sleep we have ever had "glamping". The tent was roomy, the bed was comfortable, and it was super helpful to have a heated blanket, fan, and a fridge in our space. The communal areas are great too! I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry spaces were. The animals were adorable and overall I would highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous retreat, perfect size for our family with nine adults and three grandkids. Tons of space and sleeping choices that we didn't even use. Planning to return during warmer weather to enjoy the inground pool and to linger on the front porch to watch the stunning sunset.

We had a great time at Scottland Yard! The Queen’s Quarters was great for our family. They allowed us to bring our dogs and had food and water bowls and old towels for our dogs to lay on. We especially loved the visit from the peacocks each morning! Thank you Scotts!

We were blown away by our beautiful stay over the weekend. My 2 close friends and I spent the weekend to celebrate a bachelorette party. The pictures do not do this spot justice- it is majestic! We especially enjoyed spending time by the koi pond, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the animals and the adorable shops on the property. I would highly recommend for a getaway very close to Ithaca, NY.

We had a great family vacation on this property. The direct lake access with kayaks/paddle boards provided and the sunset view were fantastic. The home was spacious and fully stocked with everything you could need. The host was responsive and provided a packet of information with things to do in the area ahead of our stay, which was helpful for planning. The home could use some updating/maintenance, but other than that we were happy with our stay.

This is a wonderful lakeside cabin. The yard is well landscaped and provides excellent privacy from the road and neighbors. The area is gorgeous, a short half mile walk from Long Point Park and also a nice walk from Aurora Brewing Company and Long Point Winery. The long bedroom off the kitchen provides a wonderful view of the lake through giant windows along one wall and a door right out to the deck. The bathroom off of this bedroom is very nicely designed as well, though note the water pressure is somewhat low in the shower. The other full bath had fine water pressure. The living room again has wonderful lake views with a sliding door out to the deck. Kayaks are provided and it is a lovely short kayak trip over to Long Point Park, just under 3 miles one way to kayak north to the Wells College boathouse, and about 2.25 miles across the lake to Thirsty Owl and Cayuga Ridge wineries. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are also available for some outdoor cooking. Brett’s father owns this cabin and he met us at the property for checkin, showed us around the cabin and property and gave us all of the information we needed. Brett handles communication through the airbnb app and he responds to questions very quickly. The cabin is not super fancy (hence cabin) but everything was clean and we didn’t see any insects of any kind inside. I would absolutely rent this cabin again for another weekend on the lake!

Cindy’s place was lovely. Super clean, and all we needed to buy was food. The water was a bit too choppy to kayak but my young adult kids made it out once or twice. The dock at the house was wonderful for relaxing and watching the sunsets. Cindy thought of everything, from toiletries to kitchen sundries. We missed our dogs on the trip but the two adorable pugs next store visited us from time to time when we were sitting outside so that was fun. Area was in a great location, centrally located half way point in lake Seneca. We visited up north in Seneca falls and town of Geneva and hiked down south in Watkins glen. We also visited Muranda cheese company and that was a fun adventure and a hit with the “kids”. Try the craft root beer! Pizza and atmosphere at scale house brewery was fabulous and there were many other breweries and wineries to visit. Shout out to Hermann J Wiemer vineyard across the lake on the west side of lake Geneva, too! Do the tasting. Thanks Cindy for a great getaway!

This is a lovely home with every comfort you could want. The bonus to the house is the boat house with its shaded deck - we five seniors alternated sitting on the front porch of the house and the deck of the boathouse. It even has two sofas that are great for an afternoon nap with the sound of lapping waves! Nearby Sheldrake Point Winery was a fun and convenient spot to visit, but our favorite winery was Boundary Break in Lodi. We enjoyed great meals at Taughanock Inn and at Edgar’s in Geneva. Can’t wait to visit again!

Superb location, privacy; the house was meticulously clean. Communication with the host was instantaneous, check in was flawless. The house is on a beautiful lake, secluded area, semi-private driveway leading to the house - doubles as a beautiful walking path by the lake; 30 min driving distance from Ithaca/Cornell/restaurants. Friendly community (no unleashed dogs, no loud music, etc) Completely stocked kitchen (including selection of coffee and teas), books, video games, painting supplies- rain or shine everyone was entertained. The orientation of the house is great - beautiful sunsets, the lake is viewed from all rooms. Real gem!
