The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

Excellent space, especially as it was dog friendly! Excellent value; the space is enormous! We did learn upon arrival that the downstairs neighbor has a dog, and he was a barky boy for sure (but otherwise never would have known there was a downstairs neighbor!) Recommended!

I had a great stay while working nearby. Beautiful views of fall, and the lake. I met the host, he is very friendly. My internet was not working when I arrived but easily got it fixed within minutes. Im 5’5” and did bump my head a couple times. The way they have everything set up it was not an issue. The kitchen was well stocked, sharp knifes, bowls and glassware. Not having a kitchen sink could be an issue, especially for longer stays. I stayed 7 days and did bring groceries but I easily washed my cups bowls and silverware in the bathroom sink. The bed was firm to me as someone who is used to a very plush soft mattress. I did have a fire and they even left me a fire starter. The wood was good and burned easily. Having a fire, while watching the sunset, over the lake and eating smores was definitely a 5/5 experience.

The apartment is beautifully restored. The furnishings are excellent, the kitchen is well stocked, pots and pans are relatively new, the mattress is firm and comfortable, linens and bathroom are pristine, the Internet and cable services are excellent and fast. There are many thoughtful attributes. The town of Spencer was convenient for our needs too. Thank you, Christian!

This is our second stay at Dennis’s wonderful apartment. It is warm, cozy, comfortable, centrally located. We hope to be back!

Jane's place was incredibly clean and cozy. I was in town for the Wineglass Marathon with my girlfriend and we were overall very satisfied that we had a comforting place to rest. Jane was helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. Woke up to a beautiful sunrise out my bedroom window each morning and the coffee amenities were greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. I had a soccer team visiting from Trinidad & Tobago. I was concerned about their noise and the team being in an unfamiliar environment. They really enjoyed being there. Walking distance to the grocery store was also a bonus. The host was great, we were allowed to check in early. After a long flight and car ride from JFK. I will recommend this place to anyone small or large group. Thanks for making us feel welcome and safe. This place really left a mark on my young Trini soccer players. Best Ziggy

We had a great time. The house was well maintained and exactly as described. There was plenty of space throughout. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great family home in Rochester with relaxed and friendly check in/check out that feels like Airbnb from the early days. I was pleasantly surprised at how well kitted out the kitchen was for a BNB as I often struggle to prepare a meal using the pots/pans/utensils/appliances on hand. I hope to stay here again the next time I'm in town.

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and we felt right at home there. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

What a great home and location. Our endurance race team stayed at Kim's home for the long weekend. Kim's home is updated, very clean with amazing amenities. We all agreed that we'd try and stay at Kim's home again next time we visit Watkins Glen. Kim was very detailed, proactive and had great communication. 5/5 stars!

I wish we had more time to spend more than one night, but we’ll be back! The house was so cute and cozy. We honestly had the laziest night in, watching tv by the large fireplace, snuggled up on the deep couch and in the most amazing and HUGE chair, and sleeping in the beautiful captain’s height bed. We were so happy to be close to Watkins Glen and all of the cute shops and restaurants but in a quiet location.

Our group of 10 adults had a wonderful visit to Skaneateles that was made far better by the beautiful home with an amazing view. The house was comfortable with plenty of seating both inside and on the expansive porch. Our host, Debbie, fostered easy communication. Wonderful house and the location can’t be beat!

Mary’s Retreat is a wonderful “home away from home” for exploring the beautiful Finger Lakes region. The house is comfortable, spotless, and welcoming. We enjoyed visiting local wineries, restaurants, and parks, as well as relaxing on the porch with our dogs. We would definitely love to return again.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

Well equipped, clean and a great location. Really enjoyed our little winter get-a-way to the Finger Lakes. The space was lovely and had all the amenities needed. Will be back!

Outstanding condo. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, spacious, with plenty of amenities. Close to restaurants, the waterfront and downtown Canandaigua.
