A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

This Airbnb was very convenient to Severn Yachting Center. We were able to work on our boat all day and enjoy being in a home at night. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Super safe area that is right on the water! Communication with owner was top notch! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Adorable beach cottage. Very warm and inviting. Felt like home immediately. Clean, cozy, comfortable bed, good hot water and pressure in bathroom and well appointed kitchen. Excellent screened in porch with an awesome view of the bay. Private gazebo within steps away of your own piece of sandy beach. Excellent time of year for beach fire pit and grilling out. Spectacular sunsets!! Lots of wildlife … eagles, deer, shore birds etc.!! Jenn is an amazing host. So very sweet in every way!! We highly recommend this sweet little beach cottage. Our first time on the ESVA and it definitely will not be our last!! Thanks for sharing, Jenn … we so appreciate you!

Lovely spot, well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacay. Super clean and organized. Comfy beds, awesome backyard, bikes and kayaks to borrow. We had a great stay!

Excellent location right on the Chesapeake Bay, and fantastic communication. Host always responded within an hour or even less, even a month ahead of our reservation. I echo all the other positive reviews for this property and how exactly it matches the photos. Couple things to note for future tenants 1. The two private piers/docks (shown in listing photos) beside this property are not accessible by guests. Those belong to other houses. 2. Running water has a yellow tinge. Host explained that it is due to mineral deposits in the entire neighborhood but it’s completely safe for drinking and other use. However, I have chronic GI problems and often get constipation from mineral rich water. So I bought cartons of drinking water from the nearby Food Lion.

This is my second time staying at this place - I typically rent over the winter break. The owner keeps it in good shape. The basics are available and in good working order. I appreciate that there is plenty of space yet feels warm and is easy to heat up so you’re always cozy in the winter. It easily fits 6-8 people without a need for couches. Folks have plenty of space to spread out between bedrooms and the eating/dining room. Good space for movie night (tv is large and two couches are comfortable). Provides some board games and the outdoor space is huge so lots of room for kids and pets to run around, or deck space to get in some early or sunset yoga /meditations. While it is on a main road, it’s set back and incredibly private. Sunlight comes in so well but at night, I felt safe! Doors lock tight and front has bright lights so no one can hide. Plenty of parking for 4-6 cars though without any pulling out /double parking, easily fits 4. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Check-in was smooth. Deluxe 2 bedroom was very nice and large enough for my entire party. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the resort amenities - but had a lovely stay. Would stay again.

Our family's stay at Dana's Bayfront Beach house was absolutely lovely. The house was spacious and looked exactly like the photos with breathtaking views from every room. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise over the bay in the mornings and the moon rising over a sky full of stars at night. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife. There were Osprey, Jellyfish, crabs, herons and gulls that we could watch from the pier. The kitchen was large and well appointed with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and we particularly loved the Ninja toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. We found the beds comfortable and appreciated the AC and ceiling fans which kept us cool even during a very warm and humid week! Thanks Dana! We hope to come back again soon!
