Our stay at Mila's loft was so enjoyable, we booked it twice during our stay in Kikinda/Mokrin. The space is exactly like the photos but better! The decor and the vibe of the space is so cool and chill. The place is pretty big, located right in the heart of Kikinda. Minutes walk to food, ice cream, shopping yet tucked away for complete privacy and its safe. Our point of contact during our stay was Sandor and he made our stay so easy, was always available to answer questions and is just a really nice, cool man. Thank you Sandor for making our stay so nice! If you find yourself visiting Mokrin/Kikinda, are an artist or a tech nomad looking for a space to live and work, this is the gem you're looking for. Hands down one of the coolest Airbnb's we've stayed in!

ENG: This accommodation found us in a time of shrinking numbers of Airbnbs, and I don’t know what we did to be this blessed. Everything you see on the provided photos is five times more beautiful in person, the balcony view is perfect for sipping coffee in this beautiful city. The attention to detail, from the bedroom to the bathroom left such an impression, that my girlfriend took pictures as an inspiration for our appartment. I can especially recommend the cleanliness, location, and communicatio. 100/10 СРБ: Како смо у све мање смештаја у тренутку тражења смештаја у Нишу пронашли овај драгуљ, ја не знам. Све што видите на сликама је још 5 пута лепше уживо, поглед са балкона (који је огроман) је перфектан за испијање лагане кафице у овом предивном граду. На сваки детаљ су мислили, од спаваће собе до купатила и стан нам се толико свидео да је девојка неке ствари сликала како бисмо наш средили на сличан начин. Посебно велика препорука за чистоћу, локацију и комуникацију. 100/10.

The location is perfect. Despite being in the heart of the city, it’s quiet, peaceful, and has a very cozy garden. The house is very clean and well-maintained. It is beautifully decorated with stylish lighting and design. The furniture is of high quality and very comfortable. In fact, it has the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in during my stays. Even though we stayed during very cold weather, the house was warm, and there was always hot water. We didn’t encounter any issues at all. I hope we can visit again soon. Thank you very much for everything!

Gerçekten merkezi ve temiz bir bir ev. İlk defa Airbnb kullandım ilk deneyimde bu kadar mükemmel bir eve geleceğimi düşünmemiştim. Her türlü ihtiyacınız evde bulunuyor tenceresine kadar küçük ikramları ve hediyeleri çok düşünceliydi sonuna kadar tavsiye ederim ulaşım konusunda her yere rahat bir şekilde gidebiliyorsunuz yürüyüş yapmaya yürüyerek ulaşıma çok müsait

一切都非常整洁。出门就有很多餐厅可供选择，离公园和贝尔格莱德要塞很近，这些都是晚饭后散步的好地方。推荐！

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem schönen Quartier. Der Gastgeber war mega freundlich, hilfsbereit, hat immer gleich auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns super Anweisungen gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende und würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. :)

Der Aufenthalt war super angenehm! Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte, und die Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Klare Empfehlung!

Eine fantastische Wohnung mit einer hervorragenden Lage in einer sehr schönen und touristischen Gegend der Stadt. Die einzige Besonderheit ist das hohe Stockwerk ohne Aufzug, aber für uns war das kein Problem. Der Gastgeber ist ausgezeichnet und immer bereit, bei allen Fragen zu helfen. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserer Wahl.

Good apartment for its price The host responded fast

Cute studio apartment that's well decorated and has a nice vibe. Perfect for couples or solo travellers. Check-in process was smooth as the host arranges for an assistant to communicate with you prior to arrival. Clean, good lightning, and nice TV. The only thing I missed as a microwave but the kitchen has everything else. Has everything you need and a quick bus ride to the Old Town areas. Lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance in this chic neighbourhood. I had a great stay and would definitely return!

Die Wohnung von Jelena war wirklich top. Sehr zentrale Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Sie ist ausserdem sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war super. Zu beachten gilt, dass die Wohnung im 6. Stock liegt und der Lift nicht funktioniert. Wir würden aber sofort wiederkommen!

The place was comfortable, clean, spacious with such beautiful views of Belgrade!! Sunrise and sunset were my favourite to look out the window. The space, rooms and beds were comfortable although could get very cold at night. Good thing I had layers! Be mindful there is no elevator to go up to the apartment, so travel light! It was good exercise for us to go up and down the stairs. We loved the place it was very artsy! Hvala ti, Iva!

A very nice little appartment in the basement. Mosquito nets on every(!) window garantee a good sleep. Equipped Kitchen with everything and even Coffee. The bed was super good with brand new mattress. Here I had the best sleep in Serbia. If you don't mind a 500m uphill walk from city center, it is a perfect, cool and very calm place to stay. Ivan and his family are very kind hosts. I thank you very much for the nice place to stay overnight.

I have enjoyed staying in Novica’s room in Pančevo. He gave me a drive around the town on the morning after I arrived so I could get a sense of direction. The facilities are excellent and the apartment block itself is quiet. The room is right at the edge of Pančevo, so it’s in a green area and you can easily walk into the countryside. There’s a Lidl supermarket about ten minutes from the room. I also appreciated the occasional gifts of food from the host/hostess, as well!

Удобные тихие апартаменты на 3-4 дня проживания летом для путешественников без багажа. Находятся на третьем этаже (лифта нет и лестница довольно крутая). Расположены близко к центру старого города. До площади Республики и многих достопримечательностей города - 10 минут пешком. Рядом супермаркет Maxi и много кафе - 2-3 минуты пешком. Апартаменты двух ярусные (большой раскладной диван на нижнем ярусе и большая двуспальная кровать на верхнем). Лестница на верхний ярус узкая и крутая. Лестница и полы немного скрипели. Просторная столовая с большим столом и 6 стульями. В столовой периодически из раковины шел неприятный запах. Напор горячей и холодной воды на кухне и в душевой был хороший. Санузел небольшой и совмещен с душевой. Стиральная машина стирала и отжимала белье плохо. На верхнем ярусе кондиционер работал хорошо, а вот на нижнем ярусе (в коридоре) - плохо. Wi-Fi (internet) ~ 30 МBit, на верхнем ярусе сигнал был слабый. Постельное белье и полотенца было хорошими. Хозяин отзывчивый.

The landlord was very friendly and received me warmly. The room is very close to the main train station and there is a bus stop next to it, which is very convenient. The room has a refrigerator, a hair dryer, and a kettle. The public kitchen is fully equipped with everything, including a washing machine. The price is quite reasonable! I will come again if I have the chance~

It was the cheapest option in the city centre at the moment, and it matched my expectations. Everything is a little worn but fully functional. The bathroom can be inconvenient because it's very small and works as the shower cabin. But, again, it's all functional and affordable. No complaints, good place.
