We stayed at Greet and Gafa's place for 2 days and it was the best decision we made. The place was huge for two and it was beautifully designed by the host. I loved how the place was squeaky clean and we were given fresh towels and linen. The best part about the stay was the pool and the outside sitting area. The place looks amazing during the day and at night. The place is as shown in the pictures. Both the host were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Greet was very specific about the instructions regarding the house. Host helped with the restaurant recommendations and also helped us with taxi and scooty rental. The only issue was about the electricity which was going frequently in the afternoon and the place didn't had back up but it didn't bother us much because it was for short time. Overall Kudos to Greet and Gafa! Would definitely recommend and come again in future. Thank you to let us stay in your little paradise. ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The villa is very good and we found it very clean. We also appreciated the huge space, the well equipped kitchen, the washing machine and other amenities. Rooms are also spacious. Very good value for money.

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.

Fantastic stay, would recommend big families with kids here as they have all the aminities mentioned. Worth the money paid. Host as well as the helper was very much accomodative and helpful

It was a great place to stay. The place is very beautiful, the host is extremely cheerful and a very hospitable person. He recommended us the best things to do, that made our experience memorable. The chef cooked great food. Barbecue is especially recommended.

For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)

The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to public transport and plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. I felt very safe and relaxed throughout my visit. Excellent stay. All things were arranged on single call with best of the quality. Cook, Cabs and rented cars all were value to money.

Great stay. Rahul and his crew at the house were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel amazing and luxurious. There was a miscommunication about the use of extra beds in each of the bedrooms & personal use of the kithcen. Sanjay, the agent for this listing, did not clearly communicate these issues which could have been easily resolved stating them clearly in the AirBnB listing. Alternatively, the house staff and Sanjay could have clarified the rules with each other, rather than having the guest stuck in the middle of numerous miscommunications. Also, once we booked, the actual location of the house was was not revealed. We had to proactively reach out to Sanjay to receive the exact location. I use AirBnB everywhere in the world. The process could've have been smoother with better communication. These issues can be easily resolved when Sanjay has a better understanding of the property and its rules. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we would love to stay again in the future

The house was absolutely amazing. Everything in terms of design , convenience, cleanliness. Spot on. The staff, Robin and Pooja, as well as the chefs Sujatha and Gangaram were amazing. Robin and Pooja were always available to help and very proactive. The owners and managers took a lot of care and thought in arranging this experience for me and my friends. Anyone choosing to stay in Calangute side and with a large group should definitely consider staying in Elivaas Vacasa

The location is great, very close to Calangute beach and lots of eateries. Housekeeper Champa and Raswati were courteous. They went above and beyond to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Their attention to detail and thoughtful care make our visit feel like a home away from home. Manager Darshana was prompt in answering all our questions and ensured that the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The villa is big enough to accommodate 16+ people. Housekeeper Abhinandan kept the pool clean everyday. There were separate beach towels for the pool which was a plus. They took care of the maintenance request promptly. Replaced a faulty TV within couple of hours. There is a security guard on the premises. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Terrence’s place was absolutely amazing. The indoor pool being the USP of this place. Great setup, caretaker available anytime when called. Everyday cleanup without having to call. Great reach to rent scootys and cars. No hassle, quite feasible. Host is very responsive and we had a smooth check in

I recently stayed at this beautiful 1BHK villa in Goa, and it was an incredible experience! The villa offers a perfect mix of modern amenities and Goan charm. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, especially after a day of exploring Goa.

Мы прекрасно отдохнули в этом доме в Бенаулиме, фото и описание дома , все было четко как в объявлении, локация очень удачная , рядом с пляжем и на самой центровой улице где все магазины и рестораны, вообщем прекрасное место, чисто , тихо красиво. Дом очень хороший , большие спальни, большая зона первого этажа , мы были компанией из трех семей , места всем хватило , рекомендую !

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property in Goa, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in an aura of calmness and tranquility. The property is tastefully designed. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, with every nook and corner sparkling with attention to detail. But what truly made our stay special was the presence of a full-time caretaker, who not only ensured that our every need was met but also treated us to delicious homemade meals! owner, Ritu was very helpful n responsive from the beginning , she even helped me with booking the self drive car. I would love to come back here !

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

Had a great stay with my family here. We got some much needed time together, escaping the chaos & hustle bustle of the city. The villa is very beautiful, well furnished and extremely comfortable! We were received by the caretaker Sushma who immediately showed us around the place and made us comfortable. She was very accomodating and very responsive when we needed her help. She made us amazing breakfast too! We had minor issues with power fluctuation and 4G/5G network but it's a Goa-wide problem. When the power went, the inverters kicked in immediately and we did not have an issue. The swimming pool is well maintained and we had the best time unwinding and splashing away. There are two dogs, Foxy & Sweety, and 4 naughty little kittens on the property. Villa Artjuna is a must visit for families & groups of friends. We will definitely be coming back!

We celebrated our daughters first birthday at the villa and the celebrations and stay went as envisioned. The villa is well maintained and the service staff is very attentive and helpful towards your needs. Kudos to Shekhar for managing everything. The host is also quite frank and prompt with guidance and queries during the booking process. Thank you!
