Wir haben uns gleich Zuhause gefühlt! Samuel war unfassbar freundlich! Das Haus hat alles was Mann braucht und ist sehr gemütlich, der Garten ein absoluter Traum. Die Kinder haben sich auch gleich sehr wohl gefühlt dank Samuels unbeschwerten authentischen Art! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft zu 100%weiter empfehlen. Super schöne Unterkunft, perfekt gelegen am Rand von Sineu. Super Standort um von hier aus die Insel zu erkunden. Das Häuschen ist super schön ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht über die Felder war wahnsinnig schön! Die Straße hinter dem Haus hat uns persönlich nicht gestört, da eher wenig Vekehr war.

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Pedro is a very kind and friendly host, always reacted promptly to our messages. Checkin was super easy. We (12 friends) were in his finca for a week. We had a nice paella evening, barbecue and even used the outdoor pizza ofen. The huge outdoor table was wonderful, even in October: we had breakfast, dinner or played games. The pool area was also super nice, clean and relaxing. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean and we had everything we needed. We highly recommend to stay with Pedro, we all liked it a lot and enjoyed his finca as base for all our little trips to North-East Mallorca.

Unser Aufenthalt als Familie auf Es Bellveret war einfach nur wunderschön! Es ist ein tolles Haus mit allem was man benötigt (von Sandwichmacher über Trockner bis zur Yogamatte) und ein wunderschöner Außenbereich mit tollem Pool, den wir zwar aufgrund der Winterkälte nicht benutzt haben, aber ein tolles Ambiente geboten hat. Die Kommunikation mit Marian war super schnell und wirklich nett mit vielen herzlichen Tipps und Nachfragen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen geheißen gefühlt und den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen – wir können es Bellveret vom ganzen Herzen empfehlen! Auch die Lage ist wunderschön in der ruhigen Natur um Manacor, man ist ganz abgeschieden und kann die Ruhe absolut genießen, kann aber mit einem Auto gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, welche Mallorca zu bieten hat, erreichen und ist innerhalb von 10 min in Manacor, wo auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Allem in allem einfach perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca!

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé, le logement proposé par Juan est splendide, impeccable en termes de ménage. Petit bémol, l'accès en est mal signalé de nuit : traverser la route pour trouver le petit chemin d'accès peut être périlleux.. La communication , via airbnb n'était pas du tout réactive. Mais une fois arrivé, avec le numéro de téléphone, tout s'est bien déroulé. Le logement était recommandé pour 10 personnes . Nous étions onze, et le onzième a pu dormir sur un matelas au sol dans une chambre, draps et serviettes fournies (pour 200 euros de plus). Nous avons tous très bien profité de notre séjour ! Catalina's villa was everything we expected. It is very spacious both inside and outside, is in a quiet area (by itself), and had a great pool and views. It is also very well equipped. Catalina had kindly provided some fruit, beers, cheese, butter, bread and some chocolates for us. She is super helpful. Our adult children arrived ahead of us by public transport and couldn't get a taxi from nearby Felanitx to the villa. Catalina picked them up! She also let us check out late as we had evening flights. We had a great holiday!

We chose Son Calderó as we wanted to spend Christmas and bring in 2025 somewhere special that felt like home. On every level, Maria Bel & Isabel’s house didn’t disappoint. The farmhouse has been lovingly restored and Maria Bel’s enthusiasm for the renovation was clear to see. We arrived to fresh eggs, lemons and herbs from the garden; Maria Bel had even placed some tasteful Christmas decorations around the house for us. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and hope to visit again one day. P.S. Thank you, Isabel & Joan, for the endless supply of firewood. It really did enhance our stay! P.P.S. Our stay in Deía was fantastic. Susana & Manolo’s home is unique, beautiful and pristinely clean. It’s such an incredible property - far better even than the photos. It was lovely to walk in to town for groceries and to be able to see both the incredible mountains and the sea. Thank you for a wonderful stay & an holiday we won’t soon forget!

Good location, quiet booked with Rob ( A super Host !! ), over the past 3 times via AirBNB and Agency for monthly stays - We normally rent monthly. Rob is super friendly and accommodating ..Super walks, trekking, super views , bike rides…The town of Pollença is very close, with all the services and great restaurants. The beaches are 12 minutes away..We love this place like its our own .!!!

We had the best family holiday at Sophie and Alfonso’s place! What a beautiful home and a beautiful part of the world! The Villa and the pool were fantastic and so child-friendly. We’ve made so many memories we will treasure - thank you!

Wspaniałe miejsce. Czulismy się jak w oazie. Piękne miejsce na wypady samochodem, Santanyí jest przepięknym miasteczkiem. Basen bardzo duży i czysty, stół, leżaki i przestrzeń w ogrodzie pięknie zagospodarowania do spędzania wspólnego czasu. To był niezapomniany pobyt. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Miejsce zapewnia swobodę i prywatność. Zwierzęta, natura, spokój. Dom w stylu rustykalnym, piękny wyremontowany stary wiatrak. To jak miejsce na film. Idealne wakacje. Dziękujemy za ten czas ❤️

Eine Unterkunft der besonderen Art! Man kann gar nicht in Worte fassen, wie besonders diese Unterkunft ist. Die Bilder werden dem, was das Haus zu bieten hat, nicht gerecht. Ein riesiges Grundstück, bei dem es in jeder Ecke tolle Dinge zu entdecken gibt. Sowohl das Haus als auch der gesamte Außenbereich haben einen Charme, der seinesgleichen sucht. Wunderschön, gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir kamen aus dem Staunen gar nicht mehr heraus! Wir haben unseren Urlaub mehr als genossen und wären am liebsten geblieben. Cati und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Menschen. Sie kamen alle paar Tage, um den Pool zu reinigen und den Müll zu holen. Dabei waren sie jedoch keineswegs aufdringlich oder störend, sondern sehr zurückhaltend und stets sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Wir möchten uns für diese tolle Erfahrung nochmals bedanken, da die Unterkunft den Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat!

This is a great location if you want to go hiking in the Serra Tremuntana and get a quieter experience. Despite its small size, Banyalbufar has a number of good restaurants, and we didn't get to all of them in a week! The scenery in the area was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay, and the location has simply amazing views out over a vineyard and the sea. Our only minor issue was that the internet was not as fast as we would have liked, as we had some issues with Zoom calls while we were there. In terms of general advice for future visitors, be aware that the local store in the village is small, so you should stock up on any specific items at a larger supermarket in Palma. It is also quite far from the nearest larger town, so you'll either want your own vehicle, or request taxis in advance (with there being a notable callout fee). For reference, we paid €40-50 for taxi fares into Palma depending on the time of day.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf der Finca. Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage. Es ist sehr geräumig und sehr familiär. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ein wunderbares Anwesen etwas im Landesinnere gelegen. Der Grundriss des Hauses war perfekt für unsere Reisegruppe (zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern). Schöner und geschmackvoller Garten, toll beleuchtet in der Nacht. Abends hört man neben dem Grillenzirpen leider auch den Autobahnzubringer, man gewöhnt sich dran. Und dieser Zubringer ist es dann auch, der es ermöglicht in gut 20-30 Auto-Minuten an schöne Buchten oder in tolle Städtchen zu fahren. Bei der Rückkehr geniesst man dann wieder den tollen Pool oder die alten Olivenbäume und kocht in der grosszügigen Küche problemlos für eine grössere Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit Stefan war immer schnell und Klar. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist mit dem Pool und Garten ein Traum! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und muss auch gar nicht weggehen, um zu regenerieren. Man ist in der Einsamkeit, genießt gerade auch so die Schönheit der Insel dennoch mit. Die Berge, mediterrane Vegetation....die Glocken der Schafe.....das Haus bieter volles Komfort und ist mit Liebe zum Detail authentisch eingerichtet. Wir würden gerne länger bleiben. Kommen hoffentlich wieder!

Wir waren mit unseren 9 Monate alten Tochter in der Wohnung von Noemi und Pedro. Die Kommunikation mit Pedro über Whats App lief super, er hat sofort bei allen Fragen geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Als wir ankamen war ein Begrüssungssnack auf dem Tisch, so fühlten wir uns direkt willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr wohnlich und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Viel Stauraum, Haken, Ablagefläche, eine top ausgestattete Küche, sogar Spielzeug für unsere Tochter gab es. Der Blick von der Terasse ist umwerfend. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und Sant Elm ist ein sehr ruhiger kleiner schöner Ort. Es waren ein paar Bars/Restaurants geöffnet, wo es auch frisches Brot gab. Die Supermärkte hatten noch geschlossen, aber das war kein Problem, da es zum nächsten Supermarkt nur 15min sind. Ein Auto ist hilfreich, aber Sant Elm ist auch an das Busnetz angeschlossen. Von Sant Elm aus kann man schöne Wanderungen starten und am Strand gibt es einen Spielplatz.

Super logement très au calme. Joli cadre et logement très propre, je recommande si vous chercher un endroit calme où vous ressourcer.

Mar was the best host i ever experienced on Airbnb. She was so lovely, had great restaurant recommendations and was always available. Normally answered in round about 5min. We had some rain during our stay and she didn’t hesitated to clean the Pool every day for us. Top service. The whole apartment and Mar been just awesome. Will definitely come back. Thank u so much. ❤️

Lizette ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr und Pep war unkompliziert und herzlich. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; hier fehlt es an nichts. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in Sa Cova und alle haben sich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Lovely peaceful little house near the beautiful village, surrounded by many trees and birds. A great base to explore the surroundings or to just relax, cook and read, we had a great time doing both!

Dieses Haus in Fornalutx ist eines der schönsten Orte, an dem wir je waren. Es gibt überall Dinge zu entdecken und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wirklich besonders, die Ausblicke von den Terrassen und Fenstern sind zu jeder Tageszeit atemberaubend. Es war uns eine große Freude die mallorquinische Dezembersonne hier zu genießen. Es gibt ein paar niedliche Cafés und Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Der Kontakt zu Alexander und Empfang durch Pep waren herzlich. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Emplacement idéal, au calme pour visiter la région. l’autoroute est facilement accessible pour naviguer sur l’île. Le lieu est superbe et l’accueil très agréable. C’est confortable, fonctionnel et très propre. La femme de ménage est même passée une fois dans la semaine. Le paon dans le jardin faisait le bonheur des enfants le soir. On recommande 👍.
