Der Check-In erfolgte problemlos nach vorheriger Absprache. Salvatore hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt. Er ist sehr freundlich und immer leicht zu erreichen. Obwohl die Gastgeber gleich nebenan wohnen, ist die Privatsphäre zu jeder Zeit gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa an sich ist traumhaft schön. Auf der Terrasse ist man von zahlreichen mediterranen Kübelpflanzen umgeben und hat einen direkten Blick aufs Meer. Obwohl sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden, haben wir am liebsten auf „unserer“ Terrasse gesessen und die Abendstimmung genossen. Nach Tages- Ausflügen ist es außerdem sehr angenehm, sich am „Privatstrand“ zu entspannen und ein Bad im Meer zu nehmen. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Luftmatratze, alles ist vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Salvatore!

We had a fabulous time at Mario’s place with our two young kids. The place is nicer than the photos. The hospitality was amazing and we appreciated Mario going out of his way to accommodate our late check in. The local recommendations were lovely. We even took Mario’s help to secure some restaurant bookings. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Property has absolutely delightful outside space and the master bedroom is fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped. The check in instructions could be clearer on the listing, and the address took us to the next road, but Roberta was a delight to deal with and quickly put us right - they could enhance the check in instructions because until they messaged, we weren’t clear quite what we were doing. The second and third bedrooms are fine and comfortable, but not all that big, with a toilet upstairs but the shower for those two downstairs. The pool, outdoor furniture etc are amazing, as are the views. They had a very helpful tour/taxi organiser who they put us in touch with, who sorted out wine tastings, taxis and boat trips for us, all of very good quality and not overly expensive for what you got. Thank you.

Nydelig hus, som hadde en perfekt beliggenhet, svært nærme strand og flere koselige restauranter. Koselig hage! Bråk fra trafikk og tog forstyrret ikke oss. Takk for ett herlig opphold Concetta!

La palazzina dove si trova l'appartamento è molto bella. Molto piacevole il giardinetto con un bel gelsomino profumato. È molto facile da raggiungere dalla fermata del bus dall'aereoporto e molto vicina al lungomare. Ci sono vari appartamenti nella casa, il nostro era un monolocale piccolo ma funzionale al primo piano. Avevamo un ingresso con cucina, il bagno, un piccolo balconcino dove poter fare colazione, una camera da letto matrimoniale e in un'altra zona della stanza separata c'era un altro letto singolo. Quindi abbastanza privacy. La zona è un po' trafficata ma niente di impossibile. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Dopo averci dato indicazioni molto precise su come raggiungere il posto, Edoardo e Paola ci hanno atteso ed introdotti alla camera. Da subito gentilissimi e molto disponibili per qualsiasi necessità, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Ambiente in condizioni impeccabili, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario e di più. Una bottiglia di prosecco e bibite nel frigo che ci hanno dato sollievo durante il torrido agosto insieme all’aria condizionata, più un pacco di pasta e ciò che serviva per condirla. Luogo che vivamente consiglio per chi vuole sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza.

First off I will echo the other reviews and state: do not underestimate the drive down the hill to the house, communicate with Tina about it well before booking! That out of the way, this is one of the most spectacular air bnbs I've ever been to. The place has all you need and is very well done in terms of the facilities, water installations etc.; the SETTING & outdoor area, however, is outstanding: very private, lying at a hill in serene quietness. radiant days in absolute peace (barely any car noise even making it down the hill), a sunset that might move you to tears, followed by a night of stars that humbled us deeply. Fascinating nature around to explore in hikes if you're into it! We cherished the time here so much - thank you Tina for your warm and considerate presence, we wish you only the best :)
