Sono stata ospite di Giulio in questo meraviglioso appartamento per un paio di giorni. La casa è meravigliosa, arredata con tanto buon gusto e cura per i dettagli. La zona è la mia preferita di Milano e dopo questo soggiorno ancora di più. Giulio è fantastico è molto reattivo e ha moltissima cura per i suoi ospiti per qualunque tipo di problema o consiglio. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione se si viene a Milano perché è come sentirsi a casa.

The flat was fantastic! perfect for just me (would also be comfortable for two people). The pullout bed from the couch was very soft and comfortable! The area is very popular with bars and restaurants but there was no noise in the flat - it was nice and quiet. The flat is ~5 minute walk to the M1 line which is very easy to navigate the city. Popular sites like Duomo and shopping area are 20-25 minutes walk. Lot of cute cafe’s in the area as well! It’s also about 20 minutes walk to Milano Centrale so it’s very easy to get to that transportation hub for day trips out of milano. Luca was very responsive and gave very clear directions on how to get to the flat for check-in and also clear directions for check-out. Definitely recommend!!

Susanna è stata molto gentile. L’appartamento era delizioso: accogliente, pulito, profumato, non mancava niente. Consiglio vivamente e tornerò sicuramente.

Realmente tal cual como lo puedes ver en las es igual en persona, todo lo que necesitas para una estadía cómoda y agradable sin necesidad de tener que salir a buscar nada, cocina totalmente equipada un cuartos también totalmente equipado un ambiente agradable desde que entras, una fácil comunicación realmente vale la pena lo que pagué por este apartamento y su ubicación es maravillosa, realmente recomiendo esta propiedad y el anfitrión

L'appartamento è accogliente, pulito e ben organizzato, non manca proprio nulla. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla e a due passi da un supermercato. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio. Ringrazio in particolar modo Cinzia per la sua disponibilità e per la sua gentilezza.

We came to Rodero with my friend, his daughter, my parents and my family living in Singapore. As we come from very busy city we were looking for quiet and relaxing place with nature around. We are very happy that we found this in Riarel Apartments. At first it looks like place far away but actually 5 min drive, there is train station that takes you anywhere around region. So in the end we have been central to all interesting locations in North of Italy or South of Switzerland. We used train for family trip to Bellinzona and it was great experience. As we had 3 small children we appreciated possibility to use kitchen and garden - kids had so much fun there. Carlo- owner of Riarel was always very helpful and was able to give us great tips what to do around Rodero. Rooms were perfectly prepared for our arrival, clean, nicely furnished, with nice view and great design. If you are looking for nice place to stay out of busy and stressful city this is perfect choice. Highly recommended !

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Marco’s place was amazing! The pictures on the listing were amazing but seeing it in person was literally breathtaking. All the details and decor were so modern and the place was very spacious . The station was a quick walk from the penthouse which made transport so easy. We had breakfast on the terrace some mornings and seeing the stunning views of Milan made a great start to our day. Marco was a great host and made sure we had everything we need and included a clean during our 7 night stay! We had an amazing time in Milan and our biggest highlight was definitely staying in the penthouse!

La proprietaria è stata da subito disponibile nel dare tutti i dettagli richiesti, la posizione è in un bosco per cui abbiamo goduto della massima tranquillità, le indicazioni sono state ottime ed esaurienti per poterla raggiungere facilmente. La villa è molto bella e curata, inoltre è capiente con molti bagni, per cui non ci sono problemi se si organizza un evento con molti ospiti, in generale è attrezzata per tutte le necessità e per stare comodi! Se cercate un luogo dove passare tempo in compagnia dei vostri amici immersi nella natura e nella pace allora questo è il posto giusto, lo consiglio!

nous avons passé une nuit très reposante et calme. La maison est située près de Côme et d'un grand centre commercial. Tout était parfait et en très bon état. Emanuela était très gentille et disponible pour nous.

Ottima accoglienza, Location stupenda e confortevole, host pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Tutto pulitissimo e nuovissimo, un'esperienza di benessere e pace in ambiente tranquillo e tecnologico! Consigliatissimo

Our first AirBNB experience, on a business trip where I relied on getting what I had booked. Giulia was the most wonderful host and her house was fantastic. Just as pictured, immaculately clean and well equipped. It was a joy to spend nearly four weeks here and we look forward to having the opportunity to return again in the future. Thank you Giulia!

The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. The cleanliness was outstanding—the apartment was very clean, the bathroom was spotless, and it also smelled amazing. You can tell that Laura loves nice scents, which I really appreciate as well. It has useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, although we didn’t use it much since our vacation was short, and we wanted to eat out all the time. The apartment is very close to the metro, just a few stops from the Duomo, the heart of Milan. The location is excellent—I would 100% recommend it! Additionally, Laura provides all the information you need, including clear directions so you won’t get lost. The details she sent us were extremely helpful, even without us asking, which made everything easier. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Mooi ruim en zeer schoon appartement met ruim balkon. Makkelijk te vinden en entree met duidelijke instructie. Wel gelegen aan doorgaande weg maar vrij goed geïsoleerd. Pizzeria naast accommodatie is ook handig.

This is a great location for exploring the city. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area, and only steps to the tram or metro to get into the heart of the city quickly. This is a secure building that feels safe and is relatively quiet. The hosts were always responsive and friendly in their communications. Thanks for a great place to stay!

We had a great time staying at Kevin's place. The area was safe and transport was easily accessible. The apartment was pristine and the apartment block was very modern and also felt secure. Kevin's place had everything we needed so felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend.

Good location, great connections to central Milan, everything was available for us to use. Bed creaked a bit so if you sleep lightly keep this in mind. Allowed us to check out earlier than predicted due to a cancellation flight. Everything was handled professionally and with great communication.

Italo’s place is in a great location, far enough from downtown yet a short walk to the tram, and walking distance to the Metro that can get you anywhere in Milan. Quiet and very secure place, close to stores, coffee bars, pharmacy, restaurants and more. Very friendly people in the area. Italo was extremely helpful and always responsive.

Πεντακαθαρο διαμερισμα οπως φαινοταν στις φωτογραφιες, καινουρια επιπλα, με συνεχη θερμανση και ζεστο νερο...και ωραια θεα. Οι οικοδεσποτες ηταν πολυ ευγενικοι και πολυ εξυπηρετικοι οταν χρειαστηκε να μας φερουν μια βαλιτσα που ειχε χαθει στο αεροδρομιο μας την φυλαξαν οταν την εφεραν και την ανεβασαν στο διαμερισμα. Πολυ εξυπηρετικη επισης η σταση του μετρο δυο λεπτα με τα ποδια ακριβως απεναντι απο την πολυκατοικια. Ενα μονο αρνητικο η μικρη ηχομονωση των διαμερισματων οποτε η διπλανη οικογενεια με τα παιδακια ακουγονταν εντονα καθε πρωι

Totalement conforme à nos attentes ! L’hôte est d’une très grande réactivité et 100% disponible ! La localisation est top ! À moins de 15 min du Duomo à pied ! Nous avons pu tout faire à pied avec notre enfant 🙂 La résidence est propre et sécurisée !
