Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft von Cosimo und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war super, selbst Spül- und Waschmittel wurden gestellt. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung der Unterkunft stimmen passen sehr gut. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht sind wunderschön, insbesondere auch die tollen Sonnenuntergänge Abends. Es ist angenehm ruhig und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Bezüglich der Lage sollte man wissen, dass man spontan nur mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort kommt, da die Unterkunft auf einem Hügel liegt und mindestens 30 Min. Fußweg in die Stadt zurückgelegt werden müssten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen und wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

We cannot wait to return! The Villa is serene and breathtakingly beautiful. Everything was designed for your comfort and to embrace the natural environment of La Caletta! The gardens, the patio and pool area magnify the beauty of the Villa and this enchanting sea cove. It is obvious that great care was devoted to every detail when the home was designed and built. Roberto was the perfect host and our group of 6 adults were made to feel cared for from the very start! We are already planning our return! Thank you for everything Roberto! Wir haben eine Woche in der Viletta in Camogli verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entsprach völlig den Bildern und Beschreibung im Inserat, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet und fühlten uns während unserem ganzen Aufenthalt sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Da es zeitweise etwas frisch war, waren wir sehr dankbar über die zusätzlichen elektrischen Heizkörper. Maria war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und konnte immer helfen. Das Highlight für uns war der weitläufige und gepflegte Garten, wo sich unsere Kinder toll vergnügen und wir uns entspannen konnten! Wir würden sofort wieder buchen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in der Wohnung (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Die Kinder konnten schon schlafen gehen und hatten im hinteren Teil der Wohnung ihre Ruhe und wir konnten noch im Wohnbereich sitzen. Die Wohnung hat auch einen eigenen privaten Hauseingang. Die Küche hatte sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung. Die Lage ist super. Nah zum Strand und eine leckere Pizzeria "il Timone" um die Ecke. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Manarola und Wanderungen im wunderschönen Hinterland von dort unternehmen können. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Very nice house，pretty close to the sea and beach. 3 sleeping rooms more than big enough on first floor. Ideal for 6 people, we felt pretty comfortable during our stay and had very nice summer holidays. Thanks Christina, we get some local connections! highly recommended.

La maison est très belle avec une très belle vue, loin du bruit. La rénovation qu’ils ont faite est avec de très bon matériaux de qualité. Nous avons aimer la communication, le jardin très beau, et le must est le potager où nous pouvons cueillir les légumes dont nous avons besoin. Un très bel endroit encore plus joli que sur les photos. Ne pas hésiter à la louer. Merci à Marcello pour ce lieu si paisible où nous garderons d’excellents souvenirs.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Grande villa en hauteur avec deux terrasses avec belle vue dominant Lavagna et la mer. Très agréable, propre, décorée avec goût. Barbecues et tables de jardins appréciés. Parking dans un terrain en contrebas. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rentrer la voiture sur la place intérieure pourtant disponible. Quelques saladiers/plats manquent à la vaisselle.

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. Highly recommended!

Hade en fantastisk vecka i Carlos hus.10 personer 8 vuxna 2 barn.Den minsta var 2 år som kunde springa runt i trädgården och bara några steg till fantastiska bad.Även nära till byn om man inte ville göra mat hemma.Alla var helnöjda.Jag kommer gärna tillbaka till Carlo!Rekommenderas varmt./Anna med familj

WOW! This villa has the most stunning views of any place I have ever stayed. Elisabetta was so wonderful to us and responded immediately with any questions that we had. The accommodations were wonderful and the grounds of the villa were impeccable. We hope to return one day soon!

la casa di Sanda è veramente interessante con ampi spazi e molto comoda. la casa è datata, ma contiene degli elementi vintage molto belli. Non manca nulla e la piscina e lo spazio esterno sono fantastici. Sanda è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Franco ist ein super toller Gastgeber, der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren sehr persönlich und herzlich. Franco hat sehr gute Tipps und ist immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich zwischen vielen Ölivenbäumen, ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick über das Magra-Tal zum Meer, einfach unbezahlbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt neben dem schönen malerischen alten Dörfchen Castelnuovo Magra. Das Meer ist nur ca. 15Min entfernt, die Steinbrüche von Carrara sind auch in der Nähe (sehr empfehlenswert), Pisa und Florenz sowie Cinque Terre sind ebenfalls in der Gegend. Es war ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank Franco.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

tres bon accueil. emplacement tres paisible pour une grande famille. la maison est tres grande, et tres agréable. Hugo est tres reactif et accueillant. on peut presque tout visiter en train a partir de Aulla a 15 minutes. je recommande la maison de Hugo.

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le fantastiche Cinque Terre! purtroppo siamo stati solo due notti ma sicuramente è da tornarci anche in estate per poter usufruire dello spazio all aperto... l appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, la cucina è completa di tutto,i letti comodissimi e l host è stato super disponibile e pieno di consigli. lo raccomando
