Nice room in a nice new apartment building. We enjoyed our stay here for a week. Gym is well equipped and pool also clean and nice. People work in reception area are also friendly.

Fantastic apartment conveniently attached to a mall with easy access to food and shops. It was also easily accessible for gojek/grab drivers.

We stay here for our visit to Jkt everytime. Asya is always helpful and responsive to our requests, and the location suits us as its in the centre of the citu with easy access everywhere.

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

I was staying at the place for a night. It was an amazing place for the price: clean and tidy, the electronics and plumbing work well, the host was helpful and responsive, and it’s literally across the street from AEON mall so finding good restaurants is just a short walk away. All in all, it was a great experience and I would happily be back again if I need to stay around BSD.

Lovely place to stay in north Jakarta. Easy check in and responsive very nice host even accommodate us with late check in at night. Would love to stay again.

Ada beberapa tempat untuk ngumpul dan berbincang ; teras yang cukup nyaman, ruang makan yang bisa menampung banyak orang dan peralatan masak yang cukup lengkap, dan ada balkon yang cukup luas yang bisa digunakan untuk tempat bermain anak. Tuan rumah dan pengurus rumah juga sangat ramah. Walaupun sharing tempat dengan penguni lain, namun tidak mengurangi kenyamanan. Tuan rumah sangat ramah dan karena kami tiba sangat cepat kami tepat diijinkan cek in lebih awal. Sangat recommended

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.
