This is my second visit to the Villa. Would love to come again in the future.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Jika anda suka tanaman, anda harus menginap di Barahouse. Tanaman hijau yang hidup dalam pot ada di setiap sudut. Dari teras, ruang tamu sampai kamar mandi. Suasana terasa sejuk dan segar .

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Menginap di tempat Radit adalah pengalaman yang luar biasa! Akomodasinya bersih, nyaman, dan sesuai dengan deskripsi. Radit juga sangat responsif dan ramah, memastikan segala kebutuhan kami terpenuhi. Lokasinya strategis, membuat perjalanan kami semakin menyenangkan. Sangat direkomendasikan dan pasti akan kembali lagi!

Great place, clean and affordable

Tuvimos una muy buena y cómoda estadía. El lugar estuvo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado (cerca a lugares donde comer y centros comerciales). Yusuf estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestra llegada para asegurarse que sea de la mejor manera. Gracias Yusuf!

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Chose this place because the price was cheap for a nice studio apartment with a washing machine. Definitely worth the money. Location is great. Studio was clean and essential amenities provided. Overall a great stay and worth the money.

I don’t remember how many times I live in this apartment, for me, it is not just place to live in Jakarta, it is a home in Indonesia. Yusak is also my friend, kind, warm-hearted and gentle. But I have to say sorry that last time I cracked the glass of the table. So if next customer come in find it cracked, please don’t blame Yusak, it’s me broke the beautiful table. You can believe that everything here is perfect. And now the mall nearby the apartment is open, very good and convenient, shopping, dining etc.

I had a great stay here. Pak Wayan was very helpful and very responsive. The image matches with the actual place. It has a very beautiful view and easy to access. Would definitely stay here again if I decide to have another short getaway from the crowd of Jakarta.

Yang paling penting kamar bersih dan lengkap perlatan masak memasak. Pak hody sangat serius dalam menjaga unitnya tetap bersih dan nyaman.

Decided to stay there for new year’s eve and entertained by the view that this unit offers which is Jakarta’s fireworks. My family and I were so happy as the place is not far from some major malls in Jakarta. Will definitely consider this place in the future!

Unit apartemen nya bersih, memiliki desain interior yang bagus, peralatan lengkap, berada di lokasi yang strategis seperti berada si sebelah mall dan di seberang stasiun kereta.

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

I was staying at the place for a night. It was an amazing place for the price: clean and tidy, the electronics and plumbing work well, the host was helpful and responsive, and it’s literally across the street from AEON mall so finding good restaurants is just a short walk away. All in all, it was a great experience and I would happily be back again if I need to stay around BSD.

The place is clean and convenient. Sisca is very responsive to help when we have issues. It's a nice place to stay with family, well equipped for staying and cooking, everything we need to make this a home. Thanks, Sisca.

The place is very strategic and easy to find. Kristi as the host gave clear instructions from check-in to check-out. The unit is exactly as described, the view from the balcony is also very beautiful. Equipped with complete facilities such as a fitness center and swimming pool. Near the apartment there is Tebet Eco Park if you want to jog with many cafes, restaurants, and street food nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Adhi’s apartment.

tempat ini sangat bagus ....... Sesuai dengan keinginan saya untuk unit yg terletak di lantai bawah Sangat bisa sy rekomendasikan utk teman-teman yang lain mudah mudahan bisa kembali lagi jika nanti ke jakarta

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder dort übernachten. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht unglaublich und die Ausstattung des Komplexes überragend. Besonders der Pool war einfach grandios. Mit Grab oder Taxi ist man schnell und günstig überall. Es gibt nette Cafés in der Umgebung und einen Supermarkt in der angrenzenden Mall, der viele europäische Produkte bietet. Rony hat immer super schnell geantwortet. Als der Wasserspender einmal leer war, haben wir innerhalb von 10 Minuten neues Wasser geliefert bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
