The rooms are well equipped, 15-20 minutes walk to the business district and train station, will stay again next time.

Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

An excellent stay. Clearly superbly placed for visiting the Etihad Stadium or the CO-OP Live, but also attractions further into the city as we attended an event at the Apollo. An easy walk, and plenty of options for public transport if needed. Superb communication throughout, taking into account our booking with an infant as well. Plenty of little extras on arrival, very much appreciated. Will not hesitate to book again for future trips to Manchester.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

Four of us stayed in one of the penthouse apartments. Fantastic accommodation, well laid out and with everything you could possibly need. Welcome hamper a nice touch. Hebden has some great pubs and restaurants, and the countryside does not disappoint. We will definitely be back again.

Accommodation was spacious and homely with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host responded quickly to messages and was very amenable. Loved the artwork and the sound system. Would recommend.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Michelle is an exceptional host —thoughtful, accommodating, and highly responsive. She has truly gone above and beyond, equipping the property with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our trip - I grew up in the area and now live in Canada. We came back for a family reunion over New Year (my parents live very close by). Holly was super helpful and always responded very quickly to any queries. The house was very welcoming, clean, very well furnished and well equipped. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds! Check in instructions were very clear and well communicated. Thank you Holly for helping make our trip very special.

Great place with a good location that is only 10 minute cab from the centre, looks exactly how it does in the pictures. Very tidy and clean and James as a host was always responsive and on hand for any queries and recommendations for things to do in Manchester. Will be booking again !

A very smart first floor apartment, overlooking Morecambe Bay, with views towards The Lakes ... beautiful! We liaised with Tom on our arrival in order to gain access (a little earlier than anticipated) and to help us figure out how to use the tv! Our host was very quick to respond to our queries. This was our first visit to Morecambe and it certainly won't be our last. There is a vast, stunning beach and many shops and eateries to enjoy. Whilst we visited 'out of season' some shops and facilities were closed, the resort itself was quiet and peaceful, which we also appreciated. During our stay we took a train ride to the nearby historical town of Lancaster for some site seeing and retail therapy. In short, we had a wonderful time and will DEFINITELY use this facility again! Andy was friendly and responsive and the apartment was spotless, cosy and warm, with all I needed for my one night stay. Quiet suburban area with scenic woods behind the lawn.
