This place was lovely. Much bigger than what appeared in the photos. Quiet and peaceful just what we needed. Easy to get to activities. The beach was great for snorkeling, lots of sea life.

Jason's place was perfect for our trip. The location is great - not too far from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. but the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Just a few steps off the porch and you're in the water.

Four of us stayed at Azure Villa for two weeks and we had absolutely amazing experience. The place was spotless, recently updated and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed sitting outside getting some sun or going for a swim just steps away from the property. Villa is in a quieter part of the island, yet close enough to Rum Point for restaurants and family activities. There is a small convenience store just a few minutes drive if you need some groceries or supplies. Tetyana is an amazing host and she made sure that our stay was flawless. We highly recommend this place to be on the list for your next vacation

The place was perfect for our family vacation. It looks exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We had our four grandchildren with us and the place was very well stocked with pool toys, pack and play, car seat, stroller, etc. In fact, the home was very well stocked in the kitchen as well as all of the bedrooms. The kids loved playing in the pools in the complex. We needed to add on a day at the front of our stay and Kab was very accommodating. We were very happy that we stayed in the East End Area away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. We enjoyed being very close to Rum Point and visiting the beach there. The beach by the home isn't very children friendly and it was a bit disappointing to see all of the litter that accumulates there. One day we visited a small public beach just a few miles north of the house and had a lovely morning there with our very own private sandy beach! I would highly recommend a stay at this home for a family vacation.

Hamed was a great host, very responsive. The condo is well appointed with comfortable bed and good AC. There were a lot of nice touches such as pods for the Keurig machine, snacks left for us, toiletries etc. For a close, local and reasonable fish dinner, Heritage Kitchen is great. Vivo is also very close, on the water, with a great GF selection and delicious food.

Ann was great to work with. She was helpful and very responsive when I reached out with questions. The condo is in a perfect area- right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and located where it didn’t take long to get to all the spots. We are looking forward to our next trip. We will definitely be reaching out to Ann to book again. Thank you!!

What a beautiful place! We loved our stay at this Villa and highly recommend it. It’s in a beautiful location, very safe, very comfortable and truly has everything needed to make the stay perfect. From beach chairs to beach towels, snorkels to fins, olive oil and coffee in the kitchen, to very comfortable beds and pillows, this place is the perfect home away from home. Sandra is a great host, very attentive and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you!!

Great house. Great location. Other reviewers are correct - you cannot just walk into the water from this beach and swim due to the rocks. We could snorkel by entering the water at the end of the dock. However, Rum Point beach down the road is an awesome swim-able beach and we went there almost every day. Chairs and umbrellas are free there. Kaibo had a really pretty restaurant that we went to twice. We drove all the way to 7 mile beach one day and actually preferred Rum Point. We also stopped at Spotts Beach and Smith Cove and still preferred Rum Point. The house was clean, plenty of beds and space for 11 of us (4 adults, 5 teens, and two kids age 5 and 2). The arcade games are a nice touch. The house feels very private due to the tall shrubbery. Neighboring houses are pretty close but it didn't bother us since we couldn't even see their yard. Had a great time and would definitely come back

We loved our stay! There was lots of space for gathering as a family. The kitchen was sufficient for our cooking needs. Loved the updated bathrooms. Everyone in our group said their beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had a balcony with an ocean view which was a huge plus! The beach was just lovely. One thing we were just a bit disappointed with was the wind, which no one can control! It made the ocean almost too rough to get into and churned up things so the snorkeling was not great. We made a friend at the condo and she said the west side of the island tends to be windier, but some days they have no wind and when that happens the snorkeling is awesome!

Beautiful home, v tastefully decorated with everything you need. Gorgeous garden and lovely pool. Katia was fantastic with recommendations and we used them all ! Great to have cleaning service also as part of rental . Much appreciated .

This condo is very spacious and clean. We had 8 adults but all had enough space. Close to beaches and restaurants. We used Jerry’s water-sports for a fishing trip as well as snorkeling and stingrays. We would come back!!

House was gorgeous and was as described. Was disappointed in the beach. I booked the house specifically for the beach front but it was covered in garbage the whole time. Was not at all a barefoot beach. Disappointed. But the house was great and so was the host. Lovely place if you don't care to be on the beach much.

Excellent place to stay if you like to be off the beaten path. Plenty of space for my family of 6. 30-40min to anything you wanted to do on the island. Frank was always responsive to the few questions we had along our stay. If you like a nice private place to gather the family after a long day of diving, snorkeling or beach time this is the place for you.

This place was awesome! Right on the water with the beach literally at your door! Plenty of space for our entire family, beautiful home, great pool just steps away. The water was calm because of the protective barrier reef, and the sunrises are the best we’ve ever seen! It was a 5 min drive to Tukka and the Parrot Sanctuary, 30 to Rum Point, 45 to the airport or SMB, and an hour out to the Turtle Centre. We lived the peace and tranquility of Larry’s home, and he was so friendly and responsive to all our questions before we arrived. Thank you!!
