Cute apartment near the beach

Arlene's place is very clean and quite convenient. It's so close to the beach. My daughter and I felt very safe walking at night. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores close by. It's a couple of blocks away from the bus stop to Old Town. Parking is very limited in the immediate area (it was spring break & many construction workers' vehicles on street), however we were able to find a street parking w/in view of our place. Easy drive to main highway.

Gretchen was very helpful and flexible. Always responsive and very friendly. The terrace is so pleasant you could spend your time outside. 6 minutes from then beach by walk, Walgreens around the corner, many option of restaurant and bars in the area. Very convenient location. Recommended!

Five stars does not do this unit any justice. this was our 2nd place during this stay and OMG I didn’t want to leave. I love crisp, clean, white beach vibes and this has it!! OpArt properties so far have not disappointed. Kitchen is perfect size with non-perishables for you to cook if you wish. No shortage of towels, beach blankets, and chairs and cooler are also provided. The living space was beautiful. So nice I didn’t want my husband to leave stuff around 😂 treating this gorgeous space as if it were my own home. The bathroom is spotless- nice and white with a touch of beach vibe. The bedroom - I thought that was it for me ❤️ but then the balcony view took me over (not literally) with the resort view from hotel next door to the 🏖️ 🏝️ views!!! 😍 I’m so happy our GRWN kids convinced us to try out Airbnb after always staying at resort hotels. I even enjoyed making breakfast in that open, airy space!! We will all be back and I will only stay with OpArt properties. Mil gracias 🇵🇷🇵?

Best Location! Large Apt w/Pool! Steps from Beach

We had a perfect stay here. The private patio and pool area were just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Mariano could not be nicer and is very easy to reach. We felt pampered and relaxed the moment we arrived. He was very accommodating regarding our departure, allowing us to store our luggage after check out. I highly recommend this spot. Truly a great location with easy walking to restaurants and stores.

Lovely Oceanview 1BR Apt w/Balcony | Condado Beach

As much as I want to complain about the water going out for 6 hours on the 2nd day of our stay, I can't. For the price we paid for this Air BnB it was 5 stars. Location was great, everything was within Walking distance, lots to do and see. I would just make sure to keep an eye on the weather for this area in particular because it can change day to day. We saw nothing but sunny skies 2 days before our trip and it rained both days, but not all day long, if you paid attention you could catch some rays throughout the day. Also, at this location, I would recommend, if it is hot outside, to leave the air conditioning a little lower at night and be a little chilly, because during the daytime it will get hot in the apartment. We couldn't figure out how to turn the ceiling fans on the entire trip, I guess we could have asked, and finding the location was a little difficult, Just look for Waikiki restaurant. Overall Great Place!!

Ivelisse’s place was cozy, nicely decorated, and we felt right at home. It’s close to everything, and the apartment complex is beautiful and clean. She was very accommodating to us, and we would love to stay there again on our next trip to PR!
