Perfect gated community with pool and access to beach. Apartment was just as pictured. 10 minutes a to luquillo beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

Outstanding host and we loved the location in Luquillo! Town had a great laid back vibe. The host was extremely friendly and proactive and gave great recommendations. We had one issue come up that was outside of her control (maintenance company working on unit next door caused our AC to stop working)… even though it was a Saturday evening, she responded right away and had people coming to take care of it within minutes. Luckily we were able to get it back on before they arrived, but the fact she was so quick to take care of an issue says a lot! The unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing that needs some attention is that the exterior of the building could really use a fresh coat of paint bc it was looking a bit rundown. But don’t let that deter you - the unit is clean and comfortable! The location is great and we loved all of the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra and visit El Yunque rainforest which is a must!

Aydil and Yadil are great hosts. They always answer everything I need quickly. The place is beautiful with breathtaking view. The area is empty but it is okay to walk further for restaurants. Overall, amazing stay!

Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

Loved the location and Luis was an excellent host. Great place - the view, the pool, and being right on the beach were highlights for us.

I loved this place so much ! Everything was perfect, the view was amazing. I definitely recommend 100% I would love to come back again soon. The space was so bright with spectacular views and the beach was right there it was so easy to get to.

The condo and the beach area were both beautiful and private. What we loved most was being able to enjoy the beach without being over run by too many crowds. There was a very comfortable amount of people, but plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The water and the sand were beautiful and the people were friendly. We had the opportunity to meet Roberto. He was super pleasant and friendly and full of great recommendations for things to do while we were there, but the beach was so beautiful that it was enough to do during our short stay. We did go bioluminescent kayaking in Fajardo and visit a local Mexican restaurant he recommended. It was a great, great time. The condo was the absolutely cleanest Airbnb I've ever been at. Everything was clean inside and out. The cabinets inside were sparkling and organized, and dishes, pots, coffee maker and even the blender were usable without pre-washing. Just an exceptional job by both Roberto and Sandra I'm providing comfort and entertainment.

Great location with beautiful beach access right down the street! The house is decorated beautifully, would definitely stay here again! Side note, there’s constructions next door so it can be a bit noisy at times but it didn’t bother us too much as we were constantly out exploring!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ola 15. We did a week-long family trip with our youngest at 1.5 years old and the oldest at almost 80. The place worked great for all of us is perfect for a multi-generational group. The house itself is comfortable and flexible, with lots of sleeping spaces and a nice big kitchen. A few notable points about this house: * Amazing view. We spent LOTS of time on the balcony. * Punta Santiago is away from the crowds, yet close enough to drive to tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. * We walked to the little grocery several times a day - fresh bread, fresh donuts, bananas, avocados ... * The beach has very few people. We were there on Spring Break - but no crowds at all. The beach felt like our own. * Ocean here is great for swimming - shallow and sandy with only small waves. * The house is well-equipped with beach stuff (including a rake for the seaweed on the beach) * Shirley & Michele were very responsive. I wanna go back!!!!

Very nice place to stay. Literally a block from the beach. The AC worked very quickly and opening the windows was also an option. Outside they had a lot of spaces to hang things which was great because we were swimming almost every day and needed to dry towels and swim suits quickly. The parking could be tight at times but it was excellent to have and there’s a ton of great places to eat within walking distance. The bathroom window does seem to be stuck open but it kept some fresh air in the place.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Updated house with all the facilities that a family would need. It’s close to most attractions and eateries.We enjoyed our stay.

We had a large group and the house was great. It felt private, but is only steps from the beach. It isn't a private beach, but as close as you can get, only a handful of people on weekends, sometimes none through the week. Renting the 15 passenger van worked out great. Our flight was delayed and we got there after dark. Omar delivered us, was attentive and made sure everything was in order before leaving. We were more interested el Yunque National Forest. It was surprisingly crowded for weekdays and time of year. Rio Grande was so much better than San Juan for the PR experience we were looking for. Local food and people. Parking is a big issue everywhere in Puerto Rico, and is disaster San Juan. The pool was great for the young ones. Overall a great overall family experience, Thank you Carlos.

The location is amazing!! Sitting on the deck watching the waves, swimming in the ocean, easy uber to old San Juan….it was all lovely. Marcos was very responsive and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We were so happy with this location Traveling with mixed ages can be a challenge but we were all happy in this spot That said, the windows and doors were sometimes difficult to operate I know location next to the ocean makes it hard to keep things rust free I would stay here again Luquillo and surrounding area beautiful beaches Sad to leave

The place is exactly as described. Clean and spacious living space plus the balcony is helpful to hang wet clothes/towels and has a nice silhouette view of the sunrise and water. The parking spot is helpful and location’s proximity to activities in Fajardo is great. There are many beaches nearby if you don’t want to be in the one right next to this apartment which is a block away. But, we did go there when we were in between activities and only wanted to go for an hour or two. I know some reviews talk about no AC in the living room and yes, that’s true - but you can compensate by opening the bedroom doors as those units are strong plus the fans in the living space. Coming from someone who needs AC at all times while indoor, this worked out just fine. Lastly, leaving snacks and drinks is a nice touch and there is leftover suntan lotion and aloe vera - which we ended up needing and using the latter!

The place is nice. There is a small private beach that you can go to but there were sand fleas while we were there. Nothing that can be done about that. There is plenty of space for a large group but they charge you an extra $10 per person per day that they stay there. The location feels safe but there really isn’t much to do in the area. You have to drive 30 minutes give or take to get to Luquillo if you really want to do stuff. The place is good if you want to stay in the Naguabo area and want a roomy place.

We had a wonderful family getaway in Luquillo. We loved the privacy and large uninhabited reserve adjacent to the property. Frank had great recommendations and was very communicative. The patio could use some updating but you couldn’t beat the size and view. The beds were very comfortable and the AC in rooms made sleeping perfect. We loved being able to open up the large doors in the main area to enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze! We hope to return someday in the future.

Loved the place . The apartment looked better than the pictures and in a very good location,closed to everything. Mari was very nice and made a lot of recommendations . Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and you can’t beat beach access. Would absolutely stay again. Building feels older than the actual condo itself, but that’s not a deterrent at all.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Unit met our families needs and had nice extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. Also, multiple restaurants within walking distance.
