Absolutely loved staying here. We brought our eight month old and it was nice to be able to hang out downstairs on the carpet and watch movies on the projectorwhile he played. We went tubing nearby, and had tons of good food. Would love to stay here again.

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

We had a lovely, productive writing retreat. We were really focused on the number of "writing surfaces," so the desk and two other places to sit and work were key. Super quiet and calm. We had our son and his girlfriend over from Ft. Collins for a couple of meals, and all in all we really enjoyed our time there. Great kitchen utensils and appliances. Lots of spices and staples in the cupboards and tons of dishes! Super walkable neighborhood. Great library and interesting downtown. We took several walks at the Nature Areas. One tiny suggestion: An apron would be great!

We stayed a week at the Smith House in late Jan/early Feb and loved it..Had all we needed including a beautiful finished basement with a large screen TV..Nearby Old Town Fort Collins and many great restaurants and breweries..The host Cheryl is very easy to contact if you have any questions or needs..5 star in our book and can't wait to come back here and visit!

We reserved this air bnb because it was a 2 minute walk to the family we were visiting. Mariah response time was fabulous. Many perks with the home. Even a gift card to order food! Ample space to spread out for our sibling reunion. Could not ask for any better home for the price!

This is the perfect place to stay for those visiting Fort Collins, especially in the CSU/Old Town vicinity. Everything is within easy walking distance including grocery stores. But the space! . . so cute, so well- stocked, so thoughtfully provided! We loved it! Fred and Carol are great hosts.

Loved our stay at the Apartment in the Sky! Apartment was exactly as described with lots of little touches for a very comfortable stay. Very clean & the host was extremely responsive. Great location - a quick 10-minute walk to Old Town. Can’t wait to return!

The apartment was great and Andi was very responsive to our requests and questions. I would definitely recommend it as a location to get easily get to downtown Fort Collins and close to walking paths.

I had a great stay at Cozy Condo! The location was perfect—right in the heart of town and close to everything I needed. It was also a great value for the area, which was a huge plus. The hosts were super responsive and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. I was a little concerned about parking since it's a college town, but it actually turned out to be no issue at all—there was always plenty of space nearby. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

I had the pleasure of renting for a month to be near family. I loved the convenience of the location, safe area, and of course the accommodations. Windsor is a sweet small town close to many great CO locations especially Fort Collins☺️ I very much appreciate their quick responses when I needed to communicate or had questions. I definitely plan to stay again and it will probably be for a month again☺️

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

Fantastic host!

Josh's place was just what we needed! It was centrally located and well stocked. We cooked a FULL thanksgiving dinner in there and the kitchen had all of the pots and pans needed - we couldn't believe it. I will absolutely look to this place first the next time we need a spot in Fort Collins. Thanks for a fabulous and comfortable stay!
