I would recommend the Butterfly barn to any couple. It felt right at home and cozy. Katy provided absolutely everything you needed to cook and bathe. The farm fresh eggs were definitely a plus. We will be back again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

The owner Michelle is very friendly and cooperative . The home is very comfortable and relaxing . . My family is very happy to have had a vacation in the mountains . We love Tennessee and hope to return very soon

Booked this place for my parents 25th wedding anniversary. They loved how close it was to town, and how easy it was to find. The main farmhouse was beautiful as well

This farmhouse was gorgeous and extremely cozy. I loved the old vintage and rustic look and feel of it. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy alone time with my husband. The sunroom was absolutely to die for! Perfect for sitting with a good book and cup of coffee. You could relax and watch the birds nesting outside the window. Highly recommend a stay in this sweet little farmhouse.

Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Amazing location, amazing bunkhouse! Had a great time cooking dinner and making s'mores around the fire pit. Nice secluded area, but close to any type of hiking you want to do (there is literally a trail right on the property). Would definitely (and have briefly discussed already) come back again!

Nina was an awesome host!, she help with any questions or concerns we had, she responded fast and if we needed anything she was there to help. I'd recommend her to anyone that's going to gatlinburg. thank you for everything.

We had such a wonderful stay and were beyond surprised at how beautiful the space is! Beautiful views, gorgeous interior, very private, and our hostess was so friendly and welcoming 😊 I fully intend to come back in the future

This is a lovely location with its own private driveway, entrance and porch. We came for the opening of Dollywood and we loved the proximity to Dollywood’s back entrance. It was also close by to the many things to do in Pigeon Forge but far enough away to still feel like you can relax in a mountain retreat. The surrounding area is beautiful with views of the stunning Smokies and even a little cattle farm across the street. The neighborhood was quiet with many friendly faces, very nice for walking our pup. The place was perfectly stocked, with treats and water bottles on arrival. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and we even saw 2 flying squirrels (learning that TN is home to 2 different species of flying squirrels.) There were a few minor human hiccups and Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated, very rare these days! Thank you for opening your home to us!

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

We had a great stay, it was about 30-minute drive to everything we wanted to do. The BnB was clean and spacious, while the neighborhood was peaceful.

This is such a quaint cozy place to stay. It is so close to the shops and attractions. Sandra responds back very quickly. A perfect place for a girls shopping trip or a couples getaway. We will definitely be back next year!!

This place had everything! It is perfect and secluded, surrounded by woods and wildlife in the Smoky Mountains. It was even better than I expected. We loved it! Well worth the price we paid for our 3 night stay. Will definitely be going back!
