Highly recommend ! Me & my friends truly enjoyed our stay !! We were close to everything

This home was exceptional! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again.

Stayed here while trail biking on duel sports in the area. It was great for what we needed

Great place for everyone. Love that is dog friendly. Cozy and quiet. Super nice host. Brandi came to greet me at my arrival and chat with us for a while.🥰They responds to messages in less than 2 min😊. Thanks for everything Michael and Brandi it was an awesome experience. Love this Villa I highly recommend 100%

We had a great stay and were verry happy with the rental. Everything was clean and orderly and well equipped.

We had the most wonderful time stay at Fancy Pants!! We come to Townsend all the time and never knew such a wonderful home was there. Amazing view, the sound of the river just outside the door left us feeling relaxed after our daily adventures. Parker and Oz were such gracious host. Will definitely be coming back.

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

This house had a beautiful view! It was a perfect fit for my husband and I. The owners communicated quickly and made everything very easy!

The rental was gorgeous with amazing views. We had all the things we were looking for and expierence at the cabin. Kris was responsive and quick with any troubles we did expierence. It was fun for the adults and kids as well!
