This apartment in Seville is centrally located and within walking distance of most of the attractions! It has an excellent kitchen with all you needed for self catering and a very nice bathroom with an awesome hot shower! The bed was super comfortable and blocked what little street noise there was. A great place to stay and enjoy all Seville has to offer. Marinas instructions for access were very good and her communications were excellent. If we were to visit Seville again we would stay there in a heartbeat! Thank you Marina

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is in a great location within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions. Locally there are lots of great restaurants and bars and the square is lovely to sit out in in the sunshine. The apartment had everything I needed and was also secure which felt comforting. I would definitely stay there again.

Wir waren 3 Wochen hier und es hat uns super gefallen, letztendlich haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt 😊. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, aufgeräumt und hat grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man am Nachmittag Sonne, sodass wir u.a. nach dem Kochen (Einrichtung ist top) im Sonnenschein gegessen haben. Das war definitiv ein Highlight für uns und wir vermissen es jetzt schon. Das Treppen steigen lohnt sich also😊. Die Lage ist ebenso hervorzuheben: Man befindet sich in einer schönen Gasse, es ist sehr ruhig dort, aber in nur wenigen Minuten ist man direkt im Zentrum (ca. 10 - 12 min zu Fuß bis zur Kathedrale) und in 5 - 7 min bei Las Setas. Daher sind die Wege zu Tapas Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch sehr kurz (der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 3 min entfernt). Die Kommunikation ist total unkompliziert, man bekommt sehr schnell Rückmeldung und es wird einem jederzeit geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! 😊👍 Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)

N’ayez aucune hésitation: si vous êtes six , si vous cherchez un logement propre, très bien équipé et parfaitement situé alors vous serez ravis de découvrir cet appartement . Comme nous ! Le lien avec Cristina est aussi simple et rapide . Le seul élément sur lequel elle n’a eu aucune prise : la météo ! Séville sous la pluie pour nous. On reviendra !

This is a perfect place to stay in Cordoba. It's easy to get to all the main attractions but is quiet. We parked easily in the street. The place is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Juan Jose was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again.

El alojamiento es tal cual lo describe la anfitriona han sido unos días increíbles y he estado como en casa, además permite mascotas así que he podido disfrutar de mi perrita , ya que tiene zonas verdes a las cuales he accedido con ella y parques muy cercas. El pisito es acogedor tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia . Sin duda recomendable. Además pudimos disponer del jacuzzi de la zona privada y genial. Mariló encantadora y pendiente siempre a cualquier duda que me surgía.

まずは場所が良い。どこに行くにしても数分で行けます。ホストのSantiagoさんとはGoogle翻訳を使ってスペイン語と英語でスムーズにやりとりしました。宿泊した週はスペイン各地が低音で雨が降ってましたが、オイルヒーターもあり、快適に過ごせました。

Logement très calme et spacieux, conforme à l'annonce. Très lumineux et sans vis-à-vis. Il est dans le centre ville de Séville, près d'une gare de bus urbains, ce qui était important pour nous. Rue calme, avec des supermarchés et des bars sympas. Le seul point négatif est que le frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit. Si l'on dort dans le salon, c'est gênant. On ne l'entend pas depuis la chambre.

I booked Pepe’s apartment for my parents who were on a Spain trip. Pepe was very accommodating and friendly. My parents told me the apartment was very comfortable and practical as it’s located on the ground floor in a peaceful neighborhood, also that it was clean and homey, they could basically walk everywhere. What a wonderful stay we had in Sevilla! Our hosts were so gracious-they arranged a taxi from the airport, had a lovely woman welcome us and orient us to the apartment, had tea, coffee, and snacks for us to enjoy and a list of suggestions for tapas and sights. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable, it is on a quiet street just a short walk from flamencos, tapas, and all the beautiful historic sites of Saville. The beds are super comfortable and there is a nice little garden patio to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Highly recommend this gem!

Communication with Jose was great. The house was super cozy and had all the amenities for us to cook and store our own food. The house was clean, tidy and with a lovely decor. We stayed for 2 nights to visit Seville, driving our own car so it was super easy to navigate between the house and city center (10min).

Ola! Eva's very spacious apartment was right in the center, restaurants and sights were easily accessible on foot. The apartment was super clean and had everything you need. The garage offered was impossible to reach with a larger car! Avoid driving into the center by car, especially on a Saturday. Other than that, everything was very nice and relaxing.

Great to stay in a modern apartment so close to such a fantastic city. The apartment is very spacious and we loved sitting out on the balcony. Short 15 min walk to the metro and into Seville in no time. Carlos was the perfect host, there to meet us and giving us plenty of information especially about all the local restaurants. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this apartment, and I hope to stay again! The architecture and styling were so beautiful, even the courtyard when you enter the building is lovely. I found the neighborhood to be perfect - just far enough from the tourist hotspots to feel more local, but really easy to walk everywhere. Eva's daily recommendations were all wonderful as well. She even booked an incredible flamenco show for us. Highly recommend this place!

Gute Lage und optimal für einen Besuch in Sevilla und Umgebung. Ruhige Lage, einfache Parkmöglichkeit in der privaten Tiefgarage des Hauses mit Zugang per Aufzug. Andre und Gemma sind super freundlich, die Kommunikation, Check-in und Check-out waren super nett, schnell und flexibel. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Hemos estado muy agusto toda la familia, la casa limpia y grande con el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones perfecto, con las cosas básicas para entrar a vivir , las piscinas muy bien con la zona verde alrededor, la zona es tranquila perfecta para descansar pero hay restaurantes y tiendas cerca, la anfitriona nos ayudó en todo, muchas gracias por todo

Our host was very nice and met us to give us excellent instructions. The location was great, extremely comfortable, and clean. The location was very close to all Sevilla had to offer. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
