We loved our stay! It was perfect for our short trip to Seward. Across the street from the beach and has beautiful views from your bed. Kelly Ann and Matt have such an awesome spot and we’d love to stay again!

I would 10/10 recommend this Airbnb for your stay in Seward. I especially loved the location! It was in the city center, so I was able to walk everywhere. Shelly was very kind and fixed an issue I had with hot water promptly. She is a wonderful host! I plan to book again with her in the future. =)

The apartment is exactly as described. The location is terrific, centrally located in walking distance to many restaurants and the sea life museum. Ristine is responsive and helpful. Parking was easy and close by. Accessing the apartment was easy. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The couch is a little uncomfortable. You have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs to the second floor but that wasn't an issue for us. We stayed Sept 2-4 and the weather was a little cool, the apartment was cold in the morning and the building had not yet turned on the steam heat. Ristine immediately offered a space heater but we didn't really need it, the place warmed up early in the day. We would stay at this apartment again, it was a great place to stay.

David was so kind! And his dog is extremely adorable. He gave us fishing rods and hooks to go fishing during high tide! He was so nice and his place was extremely welcoming. Everything was so close to town we didn’t even need a car

Great place to stay in Seward in a walkable area. The views from the patio are great too! Strong WiFi, 300mbps+ for me.

It was a great experience to stay at this place. Super spacious and sparkling clean. The hosts are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for whoever wants to visit anchorage.

great little place, close to some amazing kenai river rainbow fishing. quiet besides the road traffic, which is expected in this area. would recommend staying with this host. I will be back

This place was our favorite place to stay during our 2-week Alaska adventure! It was very spacious and had even more amenities than listed. Diana was very friendly and quick to respond to my messages. We would 100% recommend this beautiful loft!

This place was fantastic! In the perfect location and a quick walk to the coast or downtown to enjoy the views and the food. I absolutely recommend and would stay here again my next trip to Seward!

Bed was super comfortable. Lots of natural light from windows. Good water pressure.

Perfect location, you can walk to the shore and several restaurants. Was nice and quiet and peaceful. Bed was so luxuriously comfortable, it was the best sleep I've had in awhile. Almost didn't want to get up and go hiking.

House was perfect for our family! Living room furniture as well as the beds were all super comfortable! The tv isn’t a smart tv but there are lots of dvds available or bring your own fire stick to stream. We walked from town twice twice with no issue. Would definitely stay again if we return to Seward!

Great place that exceeded expectations. Summit View was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Location was super convenient to everything in Seward but also peaceful with a great view of the bay and mountains right outside. Debra was very responsive and accommodating. Perfect place to stay for visiting Seward.

I loved this place. So cute and well-located. The bath was lovely, the kitchen just perfect and the bed so comfortable. You can hear your neighbors a bit when they are in the hall and in the other rooms if they are speaking loudly. But it was fine and evening was always quiet. The apartment is located right above a lovely coffee shop/cafe and close to all the other shops, ocean and Sealife center. I would definitely stay there again.

Our second stay at this location. A great spot for my wife and I (and our four kids), to settle in and explore Seward. Cool old building, tons of charm. Great location. Tons of bedding, plenty of space, and a full kitchen. Host was helpful and communicative. My phone had actually died and me and my kids were stranded on the street waiting for my wife to come rescue us. Then I ran into the host in the downstairs coffee shop, and she helped us get settled in. Thank you! A great trip all in all, and I’m sure we’ll probably be back.
