A lovely place to stay. This is the second time we have stayed at Tim’s place. Tim is so friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is great and plenty of room for everyone. The tablet in the kitchen is great for instructions-we would never have figured out the extractor fan without it! 😆

My children and I stayed here on a little trip to Whitby and Scarborough. We loved staying here. The facilities were outstanding, especially the hot tub. It is beautifully decorated and there were board games and books for the kids. We had a great time there and would highly recommend it.

I booked this for my wife's 40th. the host was outstanding with there responses and efforts to make my wife's birthday special. they organised balloons/banners and flowers for when we arrived, and seafood from the local fishmonger for our evening meal. The cottage was extremely well equipped, the best I have seen yet and the cleanliness was to a very high slandered. I would highly recommend and look forward to coming back in the future.

Jenny’s cottage is set in a beautiful location, has a lovely garden area with hot tub. Walking distance to Pickering which has great facilities and some great places to eat. Very clean tidy cottage, plenty of utensils/crockery. Welcome hamper and dog treats too. Some shower products also which was a nice touch. Access instructions clear. Lots of information in the cottage on the surrounding area and places to visit. Would def visit again and recommend for a quiet peaceful break away to rest & recharge.

The cottage was beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need. Very high quality furnishings throughout. Underfloor heating and log burner! Fantastic terrace and hottub area with enclosed garden and parking. lovws the salt hot tub. Really well stocked kitchen. lots of lovely extra touches sparkling wine gown slippers lovely smellies and bose speaker. Couldnt ask for anything else. Our host gemma was fantastic also. Great location for walking. very dog friendly with blankets and bowels supplied. Would stay again and would reccomend.

We had a wonderful time, there is so much to do and the cottage is lovely. We all remarked how big the place is because the pictures just did not do it justice. We'll definitely be coming back!!

This really is a gem of an AirBnb, if you’re looking for a private escape in idyllic surroundings then this is for you. The property is spotless and very well equipped and the private hot tub is an absolute bonus, the area is very peaceful and has easy access to some very quaint villages and only 25 mins from York. The hosts were extremely nice and very helpful. We will certainly be coming back!

A quaint cottage in a pretty market town with great local amenities including a traditional bakery all within a 5-10 minute walk. The cottage is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. A perfect location for visiting the East Riding area of Yorkshire. Enclosed garden for if you have children or pets with you. Host is always on hand for anything you might need. Would most definitely go back.

Fantastic stay at a fantastic place! The photos did not do the place justice and it seemed much bigger in person than on images. The cottage was spotless and tucked away in a lovely part of the world and only a 25 min drive into York city centre if you wanted to get into the city. Would recommend this place for anybody I meet and will definitely be staying again in the future!

A lovely little cottage in the heart of Pickering with private parking. A perfect base to explore the wonderful countryside around North Yorkshire. The cottage is cozy and has everything and more that you could possibly need. Comfortable, clean with a fab master bedroom and lovely bathroom. Perfect!

We had a lovely peaceful weekend at Emma’s cottage, which is in a really characterful location. A great location for strolls around the village and beach walks at Robin Hood’s Bag. Emma shared super clear instructions for check in and everything was very easy. Thank you.

We had a really great trip. We didn't travel far for this trip but it was an excellent base for us to to explore and have a balanced break. Easily accessible, close to favourite spots like Bempton Cliffs. Easy to access local amenities whilst being in a quiet location where we could all switch off and relax. Very welcoming host, great property will full facilities and very comfortable. The two little dog parks on site were very handy with our two energetic Cockerpoos.

The house was perfect, Clean, cosy, quiet, comfortable, My husband and i really enjoyed our stay. We will recommend to family and friends. We will definitely be back for a longer stay . Thank you.

Lovely property very comfortable we felt immediately at home

Me and my mum had the most relaxing weekend at Emma’s cottage. It was so peaceful, watching the sunrise over the horses in the field, and eating breakfast in the garden with the sound of the stream and birds in the background. We followed Emma’s recommended local walks, before we got to exploring the local villages and further afield to Whitby. Emma was quick to respond on messages and let me know in advance about a small change. The cottage was well decorated, clean and had everything we needed and the local apple juice was a lovely surprise on our arrival. I would 100% recommend and I plan on returning.

The location is very peaceful and the Stables is part of a very impressive complex of farm buildings. The cottage facilities are very good particularly the shower. The kitchen however could benefit from an extractor fan. The local pub the New Inn is a real find and is the brewery tap to the village brewery. However you will need to be fit to walk it as it lies up a long steep hill. Overall a very good venue.

The place was lovely to stay in. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay there. The host was always responsive and kind. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay for work or leisure. I would definitely come back here again.

Great stay at Sunkissed cottage, exactly as described with all the home comforts and lovely welcome items on arrival. Really well situated for the beach and swimming pool on site. Lovely and comfortable and clean. Great communication from Joanne. We would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Me and 4 other girls had a lovely weekend at this cottage. We were there for a relaxed weekend and that is exactly what we did. Lovely and warm, modern decor, shower was nice and warm. Nice little treats were left for us. Tesco nearby in Filey to buy food, as well as plenty places to go for food in Filey. Recommend China China for Chinese takeaway. Victoria was also very good with communication and a friendly service.

Trev and Anne were great hosts and the cottage had everything you could want. Fabulous location, amazing views, really comfortable bed, really cosy (yet also spacious!) living room/dining area and a brilliantly equipped kitchen - recommend highly for a great place to stay.

Perfect place for a cosy few days, lovely garden and kitchen which is perfect for a summer stay as well as winter!, lots of room for 8 people, really accessible for everyone as there is an en suite in every room including a wet room for people with Disabilities, Lucie was perfect as she answered every message including an extra message to tell us where to find things. The photos doesn’t do the place justice at all!! Would love to come again, PERFECT 🤩
