Eve ilk girdiğimiz anda uğur bey kaliteli bir insan olduğunu göstermiş. ev gayet güzel ve kullanışlı idi. çok rahat ettik. arabası olanlar için çok ideal bir yer. yakınlarda market ve ihtiyaçlarinizi karşılayabileceğiniz çok yer var. ortak kullanım havuz var sürekli temizliği ve rutin kontrolleri yapılıyor ve ortak olmasına rağmen pek giren yoktu sanki bize sunulmuş gibiydi. evin için tertemiz mutfak ve banyo pırıl pırıl. çarşaflar çok temizdi. biz aile olarak çok memnun kaldık. Uğur bey sağolsun hergun ihtiyaçlarımızı sordu ilgilendi. çok kibar ve nazik kaliteli beyfendiydi. herşey için kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. inşallah seneye tekrar görüşürüz.

I have visited Fethiye a few times before but honestly think it is the best place we have ever stayed. The host (Deniz) is super friendly, easy to reach and proactive. The space was in a pristine condition, clean, well equipped and felt homely. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and close to the shops places. I will definitely come back to this place next time I am in Fethiye. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Erhan and Yudum’s place for two weeks and we felt very comfortable. After we arrived Yudum brought us home made cake which was great. They were very fast to respond and helpful when we were asking. Erhan also helped us to book a taxi from airport when we arrived.The location is very nice, close to a lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores. You can find anything you need to buy just by walking. There is a beach close by around 20 minutes walking distance. We will come back if we go to visit Fethiye again.

Turget was an absolutely amazing host. He arranged our transfer from Dalaman to the apartment. His place had everything you need, kitchen had all the utensils pot’s microwave washing machine toaster kettle. Well equipped. Turget has a travel company Seaside Travel, he arranged our excursion for 4 days and allowed me to pay in £. He even changed money for me at a great rate. Went so far as dropping us off to the centre of Fethiye the following day. He was always responsive via what’s app. Helped me to arrange my transfer to Antalya. I really cannot fault Turget or his place. It’s so conveniently located. CALIS beach is about 15 minute walk. Carrerfour, migros and SOK supermarkets are a short walk away. Great local butcher with marinated meat which they BBQ for you for 45TL per kg. I would 100% recommend this place and would defo stay again. Pool was really clean and well maintained. All round it was a fantastic 6 day stay.

If you see available dates for this house, book without hesitation! We stayed here as a family of six and were absolutely delighted. The house is spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has two large terraces and one small one, perfect for enjoying fresh air. The large living room and spacious bedrooms provided each family member with their own personal space and a comfortable place to relax. The host, Umur, truly knows how to ensure his guests feel at ease. He is incredibly kind and hospitable, always available and willing to help with any questions. His attention to detail and care for his guests made us feel at home from the first day. The house is in an area with excellent amenities: a large supermarket nearby, plenty of restaurants, and a cozy café right on the ground floor. There’s also a fitness center nearby. The pool is very clean, and the well-kept grounds around the house add to the feeling of comfort and seclusion.

The apartment takes 2 floors, everything was good, decent rooms and a great common room for everything with almost everything you need (except for shampoo and toothpaste). The location is good: close to the promenade along the sea, about 30-40 minutes to sightseeing and cafes area and about an hour walk in the other direction from the beach (the walk would be very pleasant). Thank you for this nice place, it was very comfy and cosy.

Myself and 3 other friends had a wonderful stay at Tugce’s house. She was so nice and came to meet us once we arrived and showed us around explaining everything, she also gave us some really great local recommendations which was very much appreciated! The house is located very close to the water where there is a whole strip of restaurants (5 min walk) and very close to supermarkets and coffee shops. Calis beach is very close by taxi and old town is around a 10 minute drive. The only thing is that the pool is not filled as it is coming into winter now. Thank you so much Tugce! We loved our stay 😊

Olması gerekenin dışında ekstraları var.(Baharatlar-şeker-tuz-türk kahvesi) Bu ortamı bırakıp şehir merkezine inmek istemeyeceksiniz ama yine de gitmek isterseniz Kalkan Merkeze 10 dakika. Haftaya tekrar gidecek olsam yine aynı yeri tercih ederim asla doyamadım. Ayrıca giriş saatinde müsaitlik durumuna göre esneklik sağlıyor Filiz hanım. Elinize,emeğinize yüreğinize sağlık.

Furkan beyin villasında konaklamamız süresince Fethiye ve çevresi hakkında bizi bilgilendirdi.Villa şehir mezkezine çok yakın mesafade yürüyerek fethiye kordona,yerel marketlere ulaşılabilir durumda.Villa fotoğraflarda göründü gibi şık ve güzel döşenmiş.Tüm olanaklara sahip bütün odalarda klima mevcut.Havuz ve bahçesi bakımlı güzeldir.İnter hızıda uzaktan çalışmaya elverişli.Gönül rahatlığıyla tatil yapılabilir.Herşey için teşekkürler.Tekrar görüşmez üzere.

Ailece sürekli kültürel ve doğa tatilleri yapmaktan çok hoşlanırız. Airbnb de burayı gördüğümüzde biraz şüphelenmedik değil. Böyle bir villayı uygun sayılacak bir ücrete vermesine inanamadık ama airbnb ye güvenerek tuttuk. Daha sonra Emin beye bir kaç sorumuz oldu, çok kibarca anında cevapladı. Daha sonra Asmalı Villayı kendi gözlerimizle görünce anladık ki resimlerdende güzelmiş. Doğanın içinde kuş sesleri, ağaçlarda oynayan sincaplar etrafdaki köy halkının misafir perverliği harikaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Herşeyi düşünmüşler ve eksiksizdi. Mutfak da tencere,tava,bardak,tuz,karabiber ve bahartlara kadar hepsi vardı. evimde bile olmayan kocaman ambilayt özellikli TV. beyaz eşyaların hepsi yeni ve Bosch marka. yataklar viscosite, salonda langırt oyun masası, ne yazsam az kalır. Bu ev benim olsaydı kiralamaya kıyamazdım. Netice de Emin beye ve Airbnb ye çok teşekkür ederiz. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

Wunderbare und stilvolle Unterkunft. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ilk Ay ist ein hervorragender, höflicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Umgebung ist ein wenig laut, jedoch aushaltbar bei geschlossenem Fenster. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben.

Filiz is a really great host, the house is wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. 5-star, highly recommended!

Ev yepyeni fotoğraflar da göründüğü gibiydi. Son derece modern döşenmiş ve ihtiyacımız olabilecek herşey düşünülmüştü. Güzel konaklama oldu bizim için. Oğuz beyin ilgisi için teşekkür ediyoruz.

I and my family had a great holiday at Bayram’s. The apartment is equipped with very confortable beds for a really good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped . I particularly enjoyed the water dispenser, the evening balcony sitting. The flat is 5 mn walk from shops and from the beach. The bus stop to Fethiye town is just outside the property. Bayram has booked for us a taxi from the airport and back. The taxi was confortable, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped to buy fresh water for us when he pick us from the airport. We particularly appreciated that as all the family was thirsty from a 4:30mn flight. We arrived at the appartement past midnight and Bayram was there to show us around and he made available to us , eggs, milk , jam, butter , juice and bread for breakfast. Much appreciated. Bayram was always available and responsive to our requests . Thank you bayram for making our holiday a memorable holiday.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Probably the best place in Fethiye! Ramazan’s apparement is located in a lovely villas complex. It’s clean, safe and calm. You’ll be at 10 min from the beach and restaurants or you can enjoy the 2 swimming pools with sunbeds if you feel lazy. Ramazan is the perfect host: always available and nice. If you’re looking for a place in Fethiye, do not miss this apartment!

çok güzel bi site, havuzlar gayet temizdi, market/hastane/manav/vb her yere ulaşım çok rahattı. Meriç bey çok ilgili davrandı sağolsun, ihtiyacımız olabileceğini düşündüğü tüm lokal bilgileri paylaştı bizimle, sorularımiza hızlı dönüş yaptı. Çocuklar ile keyifli 1 hafta geçirdik, aynı lokasyona giymeyi planlarsak tekrar burada konaklamayı gönül rahatlığıyla tercih ederiz. Her şey için çok teşekkürler..

I want to thank Cengiz for everything he did for me, he is a great host and is always very friendly and attentive. The apartment is beautiful and not a single fault, very clean! He was always making sure I had everything I needed, clean bedding and towels. I had a great stay and will 100% be back! Definitely recommend. Thank you Cengiz for all your help.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.
