House was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the reviews are accurate if this place. I would stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing I felt was odd is how the host needed everyone’s passport photos. This was a first for me.

Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als wie auf den Bildern, und sehr sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet innen wie die Terrasse. Der Vermieter hat wirklich an alles gedacht was man für eine erholsamen Urlaub braucht auch das Frühstück war auch super. Vielen lieben Dank für den Aufenthalt wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Harika bir tatil deneyimiydi. Ev tam olarak anlatılan gibiydi. Gürültüden uzak ama eğlenceye yakın konumda olması, turistik merkezlere yakın olması özellikle çocuklu tatil yaptığımızdan işimizi epey kolaylaştırdı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Kerem Bey sağolsun şehir dışında olmasına rağmen sorularımıza cevap verip ihtiyaçlarınıza yetişti. Ailecek tekrar ziyaret etmek istediğimiz yazlık tatil evimiz oldu Villa Aka.

Очень красивый дом, уютный, чистый, все продумано. Прекрасный двор. Отзывчивый, доброжелательный хозяин. Есть все необходимое. Тихое место с красивым видом на горы. Из минусов только слабое освещение, но так почти во всех квартирах и домах Турции :)

Ev ölüdenizde merkezi bir konumda,yürüyüş mesafesinde market mevcut, ev beklentimizin üstündeydi, ev sahibi çok nazik ve iş bitiriciydi.Gözüm kapalı tavsiye ederim.

Villa gerçekten harikaydı ve modern bir tasarıma sahipti. Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi tam olarak aynıydı. Ömer, erken check-in yapmak istediğimizde bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konaklamamızın mükemmel geçmesi için çok çaba sarf etti ve bize gezip görmemiz gereken çeşitli yerleri tavsiye etti. Ailemizle ve iki çocuğumuzla birlikte kaldık ve çocuklar da çok memnun kaldı. Müşteri hizmetlerine çok önem veriyorlar ve misafirlerin iyi vakit geçirmesi için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Telefonla her zaman ulaşılabilirler ve ihtiyaçlarımız veya sorularımız olduğunda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Villa, ihtiyacımız olan her türlü donanıma sahipti ve fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi tam olarak aynıydı. Konaklamamız sırasında Ömer, garaj kapısındaki depodan bir şey almak için temizlik çalışanlarının gelip gelemeyeceğini sormak üzere bizimle iletişime geçti. Bu, bize rezervasyon yaptığımızda misafirlere karşı duydukları saygıyı ve güveni hissettirdi.

Me and my partner stayed at this villa for 8 nights, and from day one that we arrived and left Arif has been helping us with finding a taxi driver that would be at the door within usually 5/10 min, he’s also been really helpful with groceries and medications that you might end up needed, he could go get what you need and bring it to you which honestly saved us since we didn’t know much about the surrounding, super friendly and helpful, 1 Note that I would say is that if you gonna stay at this villa or any other villa in this area or kalkan, just make sure you have enough money for travels or just rent out a car so you can travel. But overall this place was very nice and it was honestly peaceful with an amazing view. Thank you Arif for your company and taking care of us during our stay.

What a fabulous glamorous villa worth every penny, not far from Hisaranou strip about 10min walk. Emrah always responded promptly and very helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. Local shops 4 min walk. We all as a family had a fabulous stay. An outstanding villa.

The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Kas en famille. Le cadre était magnifique, parfait pour alterner entre détente et activités amusantes pour les enfants. La maison était parfaitement équipée, avec tout ce qu’il fallait pour rendre notre séjour confortable et agréable. La tranquillité de l’endroit a permis de vraiment se ressourcer, tout en étant proche des nombreuses activités de la région. Un grand merci à Mustafa pour son accueil chaleureux et son aide précieuse. Il a été d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible pour nous recommander les meilleures adresses et activités locales. Mustafa a véritablement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Öncelikle Ali bey’e misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederim. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi. Mutfak ve banyo konusunda temel ihtiyaçlar kategorisinde sayabileceğim bir çok ürünü temin etmişti. (Sıvı yağ,şampuan bulaşık deterjanı vs) evin manzarası ve terasın manzarası mükemmeldi. Lakin havuz hiç güneş görmüyor dersek yeridir. Eylül ekim aylarında havuz biraz soğuk olabilir ama bu durum puan kırmayı gerektirmiyor. Biz memnun kaldık. Tekrardan görüşmek üzere…

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. Thank you again for what such a wonderful stay Sir.

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Très belle maison, très fonctionnelle, cuisine bien équipée, grand frigo et congélateur, beaucoup d'espace, grandes pieces, bonne literie et linge de lit, très belle piscine et jardin avec plusieurs terrasses pour se protéger du soleil. Maison au calme mais proche en voiture du centre et de la plage. propriétaire toujours disponible.
