Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le chalet de constance qui est charmant, fonctionnel et à proximité de chemins pour se balader. Nous recommandons vivement ce petit havre de paix .

Vores familie på 6 havde en fantastisk uge i Anne-Sophie og hendes families hus. Fantastisk udsigt og rolige omgivelser. Alt var meget smukkere i virkeligheden. Boligen var meget ren og indbydende. Poolen var også ren og lækker. Alt fungerede perfekt og vi havde en god dialog med Anne-Sophie og hendes mand både før og under vores ophold. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne tilbage.

Nice, responsive and proactive hosts who greeted me very kindly and showed me the place so I could feel at home easily. Lots of space inside the house and a nice garden with the pool (it was winter so it wasn't available but it's big and with nice surroundings).

A very nice property for anyone looking to be close to the airport and city! In a private residence area it feels very homely and safe!

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle et grande maison. Nous étions trois familles (6 adultes et 4 enfants) et l'espace était parfaitement adapté pour que chacun se sente à l'aise. La maison est très bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire à notre arrivée, et la literie était d'un grand confort. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Annecy et se rendre a des stations de ski. Un séjour parfait, nous recommandons !

Très bel appartement, agréable, spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au pied des pistes. Le spa et la piscine sont un vrai plus après le ski. Emplacement idéal pour les cours de ski des enfants. Merci Florence !

Très bonne semaine passée dans le logement d’Eric. Situé au pied des pistes de ski. Logement bien agencé avec belle vue. Hyper équipé ce qui est très agréable lorsqu’on manque de place avec les bagages. L’accès à la piscine était la cerise sur le gâteau. Nos enfants se sont régalés !

Logement très propre et bien rangé. Tout étais utiles dans l'appartement. Nombreux espaces de rangements. Piscine agréable pour ce détendre. Nous recommandons ce logement.

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Très bon logement, tout est bien. C'est très sérieux comparé à beaucoup de logements airbnb "amateurs". La vue est magnifique, pas de vis à vis, calme. Voiture nécessaire à mon avis mais proche de tout. (Carrefour market à 5 min). Lac à moins de 10 min. Pistes de ski à 30 min (semnoz très petite station, bien pour la luge). Anncy est vraiment top. Axe d'amélioration: lit un peu dur (ça dépend de votre poids aussi), un surmatelas ferait très bien l'affaire. Quelques finitions à revoir mais dans l'ensemble c'est 9/10.

Logement confortable à moins de 5min des pistes de ski. Hôtes très agréables. Je recommande.

Bom dia! Gostamos muito de nossa hospedagem, um lugar charmoso, bem localizado, bem mobiliado, com todos os utensílios que precisávamos. Tudo arrumado com muito capricho, encontramos a mesa posta e café de cortesia. Procuramos deixar tudo arrumado como encontramos. Obrigada pela acolhida!
