Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Sferracavallo, Palermo

Tolle Wohnung, alles war wie beschrieben. Salvatore war ein perfekter Gastgeber, auch wenn wir ihn nicht persönlich getroffen haben. An- und Abreise waren problemlos. Parkplätze gibt es 30m entfernt und sie schienen mir sicher (vor dem Haus sind nur 60min erlaubt). Wir sind von dort (Haltestelle ist an der nächsten großen Kreuzung, circa 200m vom Haus entfernt, wenn man von der Haustür nach links geht) mit dem Bus nach Palermo gefahren (3,20€ / pro Person, die man im Bus bezahlen kann). Die Fahrt dauert ca 40min bis ins Zentrum (Google ist Dein Freund für die Abfahrten) Obwohl in der Nähe des Flughafens gelegen, haben wir absolut nichts davon gehört, auch der (sehr schwache) Straßenlärm stört überhaupt nicht, weil das Schlafzimmer zur anderen Seite gelegen ist. (Hinweis: Das sage ich, obwohl ich lärmempfindlich bin!) Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Bel appartement spacieux dans une résidence de qualité sécurisé. Une place de parking est à disposition, ce qui est vraiment un plus pour garer son véhicule lors de nos découvertes des alentours de Palerme. Nous étions vraiment comme à la maison. Maria Louisa est réactive et efficace. Nous avons eu un problème de connexion wifi et dès le lendemain matin, un technicien de l'opérateur est intervenu pour changer la box. Elle nous a donné des adresses et nous a recommandé plusieurs lieux à visiter. Merci à elle.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, hat eine tolle Terrasse und alles ist wie in der Beschreibung. Es ist zentral gelegen und man hat direkt einen Park und das Meer vor der Tür. Am besten war aber unser Gastgeber Francesco, der uns – obwohl es schon spät am Abend war – vom Bahnhof abgeholt hat und uns Wein, Wasser und Obst bereitgestellt hat. Außerdem gab er uns viele tolle Tipps und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Wohnung ist sauber und in toller Lage, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr gut und schnell, Check-in sehr flexibel!

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

A delightful, warm , helpful and friendly host. The property was a good size, tidy and well decorated. The location was perfect as you could walk to the beach , restaurant and amenities in no time . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by Gaetano and Maria Francesca who couldn’t be more gracious and attentive during our stay. We were greeted with a lovely basket of fruit and snacks and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and artwork by Francesca were so beautiful! Our hosts were a phone call away and were available any time for recommendations in the vicinity. We hope to come back again one day soon! Ciao❤️🇮🇹

L'alloggio di Alessandro è stata una tappa perfetta per il nostro giro della Sicilia, bellissimo e curato nei particolari, con uno spazio all'aperto incantevole, mediterraneo allo stato puro, un'oasi di bellezza. Tutto perfetto, impeccabile, appartamento in condizioni perfette, host reattivo e sempre a disposizione. Torneremo sicuramente per goderci il mare nella stagione più calda.

Der Check In war super einfach und wir konnten sogar schon früher ins Apartment. Robertos Bruder hat uns in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Roberto und auch sein Bruder antworten innerhalb weniger Minuten. Roberto fragt auch proaktiv nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Weiterhin hat er uns eine lange Liste mit Restaurant Tipps etc. gesendet. Die Unterkunft hat einen super schönen großen Garten zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Outdoor Küche. Es war alles sauber und auch alles da, was man braucht. Parken kann man problemlos um die Ecke. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Absolute Empfehlung :)

Siamo stati accolti da Tiziana che, con molta gentilezza e affabilità, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e ci ha dato tante indicazioni molto utili. L'alloggio era veramente pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione, che si trova in una zona non centrale, ma strategica per visitare le bellezze locali.

emplacement au cœur de la ville historique, près du port de la Cala avec nombreux restaurants. Le bus navette aeroport (6€/pers)vous laisse a Via Roma et vous marcher 10mn pour trouver le logement sécurisé. Angelo vous laisse les instructions. appartement très cosy et ultra propre avec un grand lit à l'étage et un canapé lit en bas . Palerme est à découvrir avec ses richesses de monuments. Je recommande nous étions ravis !

Het is een prachtig huis, rustig gelegen en prettig dichtbij het vliegveld. Zeer behulpzame en gastvrije eigenaren. Eind oktober hadden we de hele week alleen maar zonovergoten dagen op deze fijne plek. Een aanrader!

My family stayed one night at Serena’s home. We initially chose it because we had an early flight out of PMO, but the little beach town where the home sits is so charming and beautiful! Really a gem and free of the tourist clutter that you find in the big brand Sicilian destination towns. Serena and her father Michele were so welcoming and kind. Serena shared a long list of local recommendations and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The home is traditional and very smartly decorated. The bedrooms are one flight up and the kitchen and living area is one floor above that. There is also a very sweet outdoor space on the second floor that is great for hanging out or having breakfast al fresco. Terrasina was an unexpected gem and Serena’s place was a perfect place to stay. We could not recommend it enough for a family of four or two couples.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

This place exceeded all expectations! Even better than the photos, it was spacious, spotless, and clearly designed with care and attention to detail. Giuseppe went above and beyond, helping us with airport transfers and offering great restaurant recommendations just a short walk away. It was the perfect, peaceful spot for my business trip. Not to mention the comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is quite large, I got a bit lost at first! Large and airy with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfasting on the terrace. It could be a bit noisy at times but was often quite peaceful. An easy walk to the old town and plenty of amenities nearby ie bakery and supermarket as well as many places to eat. Roberto was a great host always responding to our queries promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, nous reviendrons sans doute ! Un petit bémol toutefois sur le manque de pression de la douche qui ne facilite pas toujours le rinçage. Nous restons toutefois très satisfaits !

Elisa est très prévenante, très réactive, toujours prête à rendre service et de bons conseils. Logement très grand, extrêmement bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire, petites attentions. Très grande terrasse très agréable. À un peu moins d'une demi-heure en bus des sites touristiques - ligne directe toutes les 5 minutes pour le vieux Palerme. Commerces - supermarché, restaurants, boulangerie... - juste à côté. Logement qui doit être particulièrement appréciable l'été lors des fortes chaleurs au vu de sa conception. Résidence calme.

Encore merci à Roberta pour ce bel endroit où nous avons pu séjourner avec mon conjoint , logement très propre , nous avons apprécié les bouteilles d'eau en arrivant , le logement est très bien situé et la gentillesse de l'hôte.
