Our stay at Cathy and Jono’s property exceeded our expectations. Cathy kept checking in on us while we were still on the way since the weather was not so favourable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome, she had the heater on for us and gave us a guided tour of their stunning house that is beautifully designed and very spacious. Cathy and Jono went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were just a text/ phone call away whenever we needed something, and this truly made us feel valued as guests. Thank you for being such incredible hosts Cathy and Jono, this trip will always hold a special place in our hearts because of your warmth and hospitality. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Great spot to be if you want to experience Zimbali has to offer. A proper inverter system would be great improvement

We have just had a wonderful 4 night stay at North Beach and loved every minute of it. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and were flexible with check in time, as the property was ready for us slightly earlier than we expected. The house was very clean, and comfortable in size for 10 people. Plenty of seating and a lovely big dining room table and spacious bedrooms all equipped with very comfy beds. The garden is very intimate in size, but does have a braai / BBQ area, a small splash pool, & sofa outside. There is not much space around this though - that said, it is right on the beach front, a perfect distraction for the kids. When the weather is not great though, you are indoors! Sli the lovely cleaning lady came twice during our 4 day stay, to clean up and make the beds. She is delightful &friendly, and gave us great tips on how to deal with the monkeys! I would say they could do with more plates and cutlery, for sure - My only "negative" feedback as otherwise perfect.

My family and I had a beautiful stay. We spent majority of our time outside and enjoying the nature that surrounds the house. The house is spacious, clean and feels like home. Zimbali Estate is amazing and we had stunning beach days and lazy days by the various pools. The hosts are communicative and responsive.

Absolutely stunning home away from home! Ella is such an amazing host. So warm, gentle and kind. She made us feel right at home. My family and I really love the place, my son made me promise to come back so I don't have much of a choice 😊 We'll definitely be returning. I had a fantastic stay at this place! It was spotlessly clean and incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the restaurant, which made everything super easy. The host was excellent with communication, always responsive and helpful. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and loved everything about the space. Highly recommend!

What an impressive complex! So clean and neat and had such friendly security guards. Easy access to the beach and promenade. It's not right on a swimming beach, but it's still lovely. The unit is extremely comfortable and has all the amenities and more! It's the perfect spot for a girls' running weekend!

Paola’s place is beautiful and peaceful, I booked it as part of my rest and recovery, and it gave me just that if not more. My only regret is not booking for more days. Paola is a gracious and generous host; you can tell everything was curated with warmth and care. From the small laundry bags to the Nespresso pods and Turkish beach towels, it didn’t feel like home - it felt like what home should be.

Absolutely stunning, we enjoyed our stay… It was such a lovely unit and it was so convenient with everything you could need at your disposal in easy reach.. I was pleasantly impressed… Thank you for such a wonderful experience…

This stunning property truly feels like a home away from home! The scenic views are absolutely breathtaking, and the host is incredibly responsive and always eager to assist whenever needed. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, and falling asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean was nothing short of heavenly. Wow wow!! Myself and my family had a very nice stay at Trish’s place. Everything was wonderful from check in she welcomed us to her warm Home made sure we understood the surroundings all her instructions clear and simple. The place was much better than the photos, beautiful scenery nice and spacious for the whole family to enjoy. A stone throw away from the beach which the kids loved very much. I would love to book this place again Trish is an amazing host. Thanks for everything

Loren’s place was an amazing stay. Checking in was seamless. The hosts were very welcoming. Our long trip away from home with the children felt like home away from home. The place had all the amenities that you could ask for. The views are amazing! It was a great and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Ballito.
