Linda's place was a nice home away from home. The entire house was cleaned and organized. The toilet paper even smelt good. The outside area was also very beautiful.

This was the perfect place for what my family needed. The house was very clean easy to find and is stocked with everything you need to cook meals and even bake. Would definitely stay again if in town with my family again.

Awesome secluded house, host was very responsive and helpful if anything was needed during our stay, highly recommended. Our group had come from tennessee to waterfowl hunt awesome place to stay felt like we were way out in the country but it's actually very close to restaurants and other accommodations.

We book this home every year for our Girls Weekend. It has everything we need and is the perfect size for us. The kitchen is spacious and fun to hang out in while snacking and talking. Edward is SUPER responsive with anything you need!! We needed a few things, and they quickly brought them over! He also helped us with a TV that wouldn't connect! We are planning on booking again in 2025! Thanks again for everything, Edward!!

We absolutely love Kings Cottage, and will be back when we can fully appreciate all that it has to offer! We had plenty of room to get ready for the Celestial Bloom Ball that we were in town for! Sheryl has several thoughtful amenities throughout the place makes it easy to relax! 10/10 recommend

Karen's home was perfect for our stay. Extremely quiet and peaceful! Wanted to try the homemade banana nut bread that she made, but unfortunately allergic to bananas. Highly recommend for those that just want to get away and enjoy some peace. Just like home when I was much younger. Can't say enough good things about Karen's place.

I would stay at Jack’s house over and over. The home is so beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed. The space this home has in incredible and it’s so cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. Jack was so nice and very helpful understanding, and very accommodating.

When I put wrong address in google maps and went to the wrong place, Neil quickly responded as we figured out what I’d done. Very helpful and super nice. He waited and watched for us to be sure we’d safely arrived.

We had a great stay at Todd's place. The space was even better than the photos! The home was spotless, they had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, and quite possibly the most comfortable couch I have ever experienced. We will definitely be staying here again!

It’s a really pretty house, a lot of paintings, pictures, lovely furnitures. I would say it’s one of the prettiest Airbnb I have lived. Also very clean! The host prepared everything you can ever think of. Very thoughtful. It’s just a very nice stay for me! Absolutely recommend it!

Julie's place was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The instructions posted around the house were very helpful, and I like that she keeps costs low by ensuring guests keep the space nice. She was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. This was a nice place for a quick stay in Lawrence!

This is one of the best AirBnBs that I've stayed in. I wish I could've stayed longer! The apartment was super comfortable & quiet. I could tell that every piece of furniture & decor was carefully selected for the aesthetics of the place & for a 1 bed/1bath it seems incredibly spacious. All the amenities were as described. TVs were easy to use with all the streaming services anyone could need. Wifi was fast and reliable. Neighborhood was quiet & felt secure. I'm a night shift worker, so I greatly appreciated the black out shades in the bedroom; some gets through along the sides, but it was still dark enough to allow me to sleep during the day. Kitchen was well appointed with high quality brand name items for cooking, coffee, etc. Towels and linens were spotless with plenty of both provided. If I find myself in Topeka again in the future for an extended stay, I'll definitely be checking to see if the Prairie Condo is available before looking anywhere else.

This is great place to stay for KU parents!! Campus is super close and everything is within a 5 minute drive or a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

There was a park next door with a walking trail. It was close enough to downtown that we could have walked if we had wanted to. Lawrence is a quaint town with shopping and good food. The host responded immediately to all our questions. Great place to stay.

Good location. Clean building and unit. The garage door in the kitchen was a fun feature. You do have to pay meter parking.
