What an amazing little cottage. We loved our stay in Topeka. 5 star treatment all around and would recommend this little cottage to anyone who stays in Topeka.

I had a great stay and found the house cozy and comfortable after a long drive. The yard was good for my dog and fully fenced. It was a short but successful stay. Thank you !

Oswaldo was very Quick to answer any of our questions. His little home was very comfortable and homey. I loved all his plants, succulents, and decorations. Very nice place.

loved this bnb! huge space, lots of blankets, hygiene provided, extra supplies, was very accommodating to all of our requests. There was no pathway cleared to walk to the entrance to and from the unit, but there was pretty bad snowstorm

We enjoyed our stay and the location was close to restaurants and shopping. I would say the neighborhood the house is located may not be the most ideal however I would stay here again and felt safe. It is located very close to a hospital so you do hear a lot of sirens and noise.

The living room with dining space was one open room which was perfect for our large family Thanksgiving dinner celebration. Our 100 year mother was happy and comfortable. The children were happy with the toys and yard. The kitchen was adequately stocked with accessories for use with our meal. The house was just right for our gathering.

We stayed as an extended family for a funeral. It happened to be a busy weekend in Lawrence and wound up being the perfect place.

Aaron and Thad were fantastic! They were communicative and respectful. Dropped by hand soap for the kitchen without a single disturbance to us. You will need to bring your own fire wood and if you plan on cooking your own food there you may want to bring a few of your own spices. Other than that, fantastic space. Great to unwind and relax for a few days. We will gladly return!

Had a great stay at this quaint house in Topeka. Quiet area with room for more than one vehicle in the driveway. Clean!Comfortable beds with nice decor. Comfy couch and great space upstairs for extra room/beds. Only downside is the backyard was not fenced and we would have loved that. Overall would stay here again if we needed to go to Topeka!

Stayed here for my Advanced Trauma Life Support class and excellent walking distance from Stormont Vail hospital. Host was awesome! Cleaning lady was excellent and very helpful! Absolutely would stay here again!

We love staying at this home every year when we travel south. Great location and great host.

I highly recommend staying here!! It is very charming, safe, clean and tidy. The shared kitchen was very nice too. It was always stocked with community snacks, food and various items you might need. It snowed while we were there and Dale cleared the walkways and he even cleared the snow and ice from our cars, which was very thoughtful. The people that run the place are just so friendly and accommodated us very well!!

Travis and Maggie’s house on Fillmore was perfect for our stay while moving to Kansas and house hunting! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of space and pans to use, the living room was very homey, they were very fast at responding to any questions. Overall the house was exactly as expected and was a wonderful stay!

Great amount of space for the price. I stayed for a week for a work trip and it had pretty much everything that I needed. I would definitely look at staying again if I come back!
