I rented this for my step daughter and her husband as I was unable to accommodate them on their trip. I accidentally have my step daughter the wrong code and Neil was so quick to respond and help them get in. They loved staying here!

Kore’s place is perfectly located - right in the middle of all the action on Mass street. Everything looked just like the pics and the space was cozy and comfortable. Had a fabulous trip and looking forward to coming back!

Amazing host! We were in the area for a sudden family death and our stay here was the only thing that wasn’t stressful. Very helpful and took care of a few items our daughter left behind. Next time we’re in the area I’m going to book here.

This is our second time at Wanna's rental. This location is fantastic. It has the potential of night noise as it is located in the heart of Lawrence (near bars & restaurants), but that didn't bother us. The accommodations were spotless, which is paramount for my husband and I. The added bonuses were: K cups, creamer, laundry soap for washer and ear plugs in case it is too noisy when trying to sleep. A+ all around. We will be back.

Great location. Cozy space. Internet was great for remote work. Bed was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly as described. Appreciated the Roku TV's in every bedroom. Also - the faucets in the shower were a little complicated but there were actual instructions on how to use them on the wall by the faucet - that was a really nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower and very comfy beds. Walkable to the triangle which was also really nice.

The place was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with what we needed and Tyler was very responsive.

Wonderful apartment to stay in with my husband and our pup! Enjoyed the proximity to KU and Mass St. We want to stay here again!

There is tons of space and the three bathrooms made it easy to have five people staying together. Holly was very welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed.

The house is wonderful! Open layout and nice decor made it extra homey and comfortable. The couch was so comfy i wanted to stay there with a book all weekend :) Had a hiccup with the heater and Ashlee was super responsive and accommodating. She immediately bought an additional space heater to help but unfortunately it was an extreme cold snap that weekend so Ashlee was quick to offer a refund for unused nights. I will definitely stay here again though for future visits!

Oswaldo was very Quick to answer any of our questions. His little home was very comfortable and homey. I loved all his plants, succulents, and decorations. Very nice place.

Penny's Place has to be one of Topeka's finest Airbnb locations! This was the perfect home away from home for a long-term stay. The house has a convenient office nook, with a spacious desk and large monitor, perfect for remote work. The bathrooms were large and clean, and the beds were soo luxurious (I took a picture of the mattress brand--they were that good!). The kitchen was spacious and stocked with every pan and utensil needed for home cooking. I appreciated how bright and sunny the house was; such an uplifting space to spend time in. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the way, so there is lots of privacy, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The house is conveniently located near Dillons and the highway, so while the house is a bit off the beaten path, we were never too far away from any one thing. Connor is a super responsive host, too, checking in when the power went out during a storm and later to make sure the house had enough supplies. We would 100% book again!

The charm of the home, the amenities and coziness of interior along with the welcoming host and overall location made this a great choice

This home was perfect for our short stay in Topeka. Only a 5 minute drive to The Capitol. They were very helpful in our accommodations and friendly! Enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we’re in the area again! :)

We enjoyed our stay and the location was close to restaurants and shopping. I would say the neighborhood the house is located may not be the most ideal however I would stay here again and felt safe. It is located very close to a hospital so you do hear a lot of sirens and noise.

In town to visit our Jayhawks. We had a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and walkable to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

The place and decor was so charming and cozy! It had everything we needed and was in a great location. We hope to stay again when we visit our daughter at KU.

Reidel is a great host. He reached out multiple times to assure our stay was going as planned! The house was in a great location for visiting KU campus/basketball game.

Neil was very kind to work with. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and close to Mass street with plenty of restaurants.

What a great place to stay! Just like the photos and description. Perfect location for downtown happenings and plenty close enough to campus as well! Super easy to access tons of restaurants and nightlife if you want! Jessi was a great and responsive host! The condo was in great condition! Will definitely rent again!

Perfect place to stay and definitely worth the price, no complaints at all. Would go back again if in the area.

Aaron and Thad were fantastic! They were communicative and respectful. Dropped by hand soap for the kitchen without a single disturbance to us. You will need to bring your own fire wood and if you plan on cooking your own food there you may want to bring a few of your own spices. Other than that, fantastic space. Great to unwind and relax for a few days. We will gladly return!

Fernando and his Boho Oasis were perfect! Enough space got my family to hang out and the double bed room has huge! Fit 4 guests comfortably! Everything was very clean and comfortable! I’d stay there again!
