The place was spotless and cosy. A fairly spacious apartment. Host was great and left recommendations for local places. Would definitely stay again :)

The accomodation was exactly as discribed and very comfortable. Three double bedrooms all a good size, was perfect for us as a family on 3 adults. Well equipt, had everything you need. The loacation was fantastic, we always seemed to be just 20 minutes from almost everyewhere we wanted to visit and walk. It is located above a doctors surgery, but this was not a problem you didnt notice, you do need to be able go up a spiral staricase at the back, or use the main stairs - but this was not an issue for us at all. There is a lovely elevated terrace at the top of the staircase, off the living room with views of the garden. Having an well stocked Co-op and bakers on your doorstep was very useful too. A frendly and helpful host.

Great communication good location close to city centre. Clean and had everything that was needed

We loved our stay at Kate's apartment. Firstly, Kate is a fantastic host and communication was spot on prior to our visit. The apartment is well looked after, spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Everything has been well thought out and you will absolutely 100% have everything you need for your stay. We loved that the apartment had a 'home from home' feel to it; our 3 year old and 19 month daughters loved exploring (it's a bit of a tardis with plenty of space!) and really appreciated the toys that were there. The local area is ideal for exploring all that the peak district has to offer. Highly recommend trips to Thornbridge Estate and hiring bikes along the Monsal trail. If you want to stay in and cook then it's no problem as the apartment has everything you need however you won't go far wrong if you decide to eat at Toll Bar Chippy (about a minutes stroll down the hill) or Stella's Kitchen located not far from Eyam. Overall, highly recommended. Would love to return.

This place is nice very spacious & clean. I loved the couch very comfortable. Andy was a very very cool guy with good hospitality, a very good stay🤙🙏

James is helpful, responsive and understanding! I needed a lot of flexibility and quite a few extensions due to the nature of my stay and James made it so much easier. Whenever something was hard to operate or broke down James would help and fix it on the same day! The flat was exactly as shown and is very comfortable and easy to clean. The location is as central as it gets so the entire city centre is easily walkable and there’s always something to do at a few minutes’ distance. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be my first choice whenever I’m back in Sheffield!

Great apartment right in the city center. House was in good condition. Please do mind that the apartment doesnt have a lift so it will be a few flight of stairs if you have kids or elderly people with you. Host is very good. Very comfortable beds.Definitely recommend staying if you want to visit Sheffield. Just make note : No parking around the aparment as its right in city center. but there is one within 5 min walk

Amazing location - everywhere we wanted to explore just 5-10 minute walk away - love the area, full of life but quiet to sleep at night. Really light flat, comfortable bed and very clean. Would stay again!

Modern cozy cottage with lots of space in a good spot. Close to Sheffiled and Chatsworth so works well as a base for both. Great hosts as well.

We had a wonderful time at Callow Barn and can’t wait to return! The location was idyllic with the most magnificent views. The house itself was beautifully furnished and so comfortable. And an amazing selection of walks right on the doorstep. We felt really privileged to be there 😊

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in a peaceful location with a stunning view across the valley. Comfortable beds and great showers. It is the ground floor of a house with the owners living above, but it has separate access from the side and there was no noise from above at all. The spacious locked shed was an added bonus for storing my husbands bike. Just 5-10 mins walk down the hill to the shops, train station, open air swimming pool, cafes and restaurants in Hathersage. And only 25 minutes drive into Sheffield. The George was a lovely spot for a very tasty evening meal. Stunning walks from the door, including up to Stanage Edge. A great spot to stay for a walking holiday in the Peak District- we highly recommend it!

Great location to motorway network and easy to find. Location of property was peaceful - off road parking . Layout of property was good, lovely sized kitchen, lounge / diner. Three good bedrooms. TV in master bedroom. Great facilities. Garden clean and tidy, with furniture. Great that owner allowed dogs. For those with a small dog just be aware the wrought iron gate to back garden has wide gaps that they can get through (I always take some puppy pen panels when I go away just in case, and used these for the gap which was perfect :). Really liked the property, would definitely stay again, warm and cosy.

Will’s place is amazing! Fantastic location and lovely house with everything you need inside. We loved being able to sit out listening to the turkey’s and geese and other birds and dare ourselves to get in the river and then spend time chatting in the hot tub. There’s a lovely walk along the river into Curbar to the coffee and gift shop there and we loved being so close to all the magical places the peaks have to offer. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful family weekend in this lovely cottage. It is comfortable, well-equiped and tastefully decorated. It is also perfectly situated for visiting the Peak District, with several hiking trails starting directly at the house. Check-in and check-out were easy and Rob was very responsive whenever we had a question. We fully recommend Hathersage cottage!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Riley Wood Cottage. It was very peaceful and private. The place was clean and cosy. Something of note is that the Hot Tub is north facing so we didn't really get the sun in evenings (as we went in April, you'd probably get it starting May), however we took advantage of the chance to do some Hot Tub stargazing which was an unique experience that we enjoyed. There was plenty of firewood and the host was on hand for anything we might need though we never felt the need to contact them. 20ish minute walk to the village of historic Eyam was lovely, with spectacular views of Chatsworth Estate. In the village itself we enjoyed reading about a lot of it's history and the Village Tea rooms. If you're up for walking a bit further to Stoney Middleton, Cupola was a lovely Pizza restaurant with excellent wine. Centrally located in the Peaks it was also easy to drive anywhere else we wanted to go. Can't wait to come again.

This is the second time that we have stayed at John's. The apartment is perfect and set in a beautiful location. John provides all the essentials and more. He provided milk, tea, coffee, orange juice, local bread, cereals and biscuits which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment and if I am ever in Sheffield again I will definitely return. Thank you John.

Great garden apartment, I have been several times as the location is great for me and it’s really comfortable and well equipped. Martin and Michelle are responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful! Eyam is gorgeous, with beautiful walks on the doorstep, easy to get to Buxton, Bakewell, Tideswell and other super places to explore. The apartment is amazing, so much larger than we expected - it feels like a house. All the rooms are great in size, the lounge has a variety of seating, an electric fire, blankets, cushions, loads of DVDs to choose from (it is not a smart tv, so normal channels but the host has over 100 DVDs to choose from - which the children loved!). The kitchen is wonderful - there is so much storage! We didn't have to rearrange the storage to fit in our food delivery! The Tea Room is below and I was worried about noise and smells - but none of us heard or smelt anything - it was so quiet. The beds were all so comfortable, a large roll top bath, great water pressure, super heating and hot water, dark curtains/blinds, every untensil we needed, large fridge and freezer! It was amazing and we will 100% be back! We all absolutely love it!

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The apartment was spotless and quiet. the surrounding pubs and restaurants were lovely too. The walk into the city center was nice aswell. Khateeb also was very active and responsive over messages when we needed to ask him questions. I would highly recommend this accommodation!! :)

Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement at the hospital, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Chesterfield.

This is a beautiful flat in a great location, with everything I could possibly have needed! The host was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location. Really clean and well equipped. There is some noise from outside but not an issue for us at all. Will definitely try to book again when we return to Sheffield.
