Great stay! Very walkable, looked just like the pics! Comfortable beds, really liked there were plenty of extra towels and washcloths. Easy check-in and check-out. Would def stay again!

Host was very acomodable, detailed instructions, view was peaceful and amazing. The place looks 10 times better in person, would’ve loved to stay a bit longer. Host was very responsive and kind, also with a minor mishap of leaving something behind allowed us to come back inside to retrieve it with no issues. Will definitely book again.

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, and very walkable to downtown attractions! We would definitely stay here again, particularly in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio.

Taylor’s place was just perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean, decorated very nicely, and the subdivision was very peaceful. The location was also perfect! Barquett was very communicative and helpful throughout the entirety of my trip. The apartment was neat and comfortable, great size for one person or a couple. Fitness center access was a plus. If you’re looking to walk to central downtown area (Old Forester distillery, Repeal steakhouse, etc) it’s about 10-15 minutes walking. Overall, good location for the price.

We had a great stay at Rob & Debbie's place. They were very responsive and very helpful. The building/condo had a lot of really nice architectural details. The condo was updated and clean. Great central location. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Louisville. Would highly recommend staying here to anybody looking for a place to stay in Louisville.

Brooke was super proactive and responsive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she addressed them immediately and assisted us. Place was so clean and spacious with many high quality sleeping areas. Will book again next year if we have the chance!

Great location for our Bourbon tasting Birthday weekend. Restaurants and tasting rooms very close. We enjoyed a very quiet building! I often won't book a condo or apartment because I'm a light sleeper and hallway noise keeps me from getting good sleep. I didn't hear one peep from inside the building. The building was secure and easy to access. The space was comfortable and lots of great details were appreciated. I especially was grateful for the makeup table. hair turban for the shower, and extra toiletries! The kitchen was shocked well with spices, cooking supplies and dishes. Kristin shared Restaurants to check out with us and was very responsive/proactive! Great stay!

The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

My stay with home base was everything I could ask for from an air bnb stay! The host was very responsive, the air bnb was clean and stocked with everything you could need, the location is perfect with lots to do in the middle of downtown Louisville and the free parking space was a great. I would absolutely stay with home base again and recommend it to anyone staying in Louisville. Thanks again!

Fantastic location and space. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. John was very helpful and accommodating throughout the visit. The property is in a great location to spend time in the downtown area or whiskey row. Saw some other comments about all the codes to get in but for security sake all worth it. Great place all the way around. Much larger than it appears in the pictures.

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, accommodating all our needs and travel plans. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a generous supply of bottled water (we left some to pay it forward). The view was breathtaking, and they even let us check out a bit later to make packing up easier. My girls and I felt pretty safe and comfortable !! If I had one tiny note for a future upgrade lol (A larger TV in the Master bedroom since it’s so far from the bed that’s just a small thing we would have enjoyed better). We didn’t get a chance to swim but hopefully next time !!Thank you so much for an exceptional stay!

We were attending the Rock Orchestra at the Louisville Palace and John's place is literally 2 doors down. Main bedroom in the back is a lot quieter than the bedroom facing the street and the bed is comfy. Several places to eat within walking distance. The coffee shop on the corner is recommended. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely stay here again to attend activities at the Louisville Palace.

Jennifer's listing work great for our large group. We knew we would really only be there to sleep and shower and they layout of rooms worked great. We did have one issue while we were there, we contacted Jennifer and it was corrected before we returned that evening. We arrived in the evening and it was dark and rainy so it was a little difficult that first night to find the actual house. Just a one small thing we did not see any plugs in the half bath, so we had to use the one in the bedroom. Our cords were long enough to do that, but that may not be true for all. Overall our stay was good and we would stay again.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, large backyard for our pup, comfortable bed. Snacks, coffees, teas were available. The kitchen had pretty much anything someone would need to cook. We will definitely stay here again.

The “Derby Winner” was a wonderful and fitting home for our stay. 4 bedrooms—all with king size beds—was perfect for our group of four adults. The outdoor space and amenities were exactly what we were looking for, as well. It was a very comfortable and relaxing space. Tony & Danielle are amazing hosts and we’re always responsive to our needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice stay!

This host was one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of staying at . The home was filled with candy and wine for us to enjoy . Plenty of Coffey and all types of choices ! Fire pit was wonderful to sit at when it was cool outside . The list with this host goes on and on I would highly recommend allowing Bobbie to host for anyone wanting to have a stress free stay somewhere .

My husband and I decided to do a short staycation and were very happy with Scott's place. Parking was a breeze, the house was very clean, and he has very thorough instructions for the home. My husband is already planning to return when it's warmer so we can take advantage of the deck and backyard space. Loved it!
