Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

Cute apartment in a great location to visit my daughter at the seminary. The place is quirky and a little small but it suited my friend and I. I wouldn’t recommend any more that two people (or possibly a couple with a small child) because of the size. The living room furniture isn’t very cozy or comfortable but the beds were good. The galley kitchen is adorable and serviceable. Think of it as a great place to stay for a night or two, in place of a motel, rather than a “vacation home”.

For a couple days in Louisville bouncing in and out of town to explore the Bourbon Trail the place was great. There's a bunch to do around Nulu and the farthest distilleries were about a 35 minute walk. Place was cozy, beds comfortable, and incredibly clean. Parking on the block was never an issue, even on the weekend. Overall, a wonderful place to call home base if you're visiting Louisville!

This is a beautiful apartment within walking distance of lots of things to do - restaurants, shops, library, wineries, museums. There is a lot of ambient light at night, though. Bring a sleep-mask if you like it to be quite dark when sleeping. The steps to get into the apartment are VERY steep - this is not a handicapped-accessible location. The street parking nearest the apartment has a 2 hour limit most days of the week, but there is free parking just behind the library that is closer than you would park if staying at a hotel - not at all an inconvenience, but still something to know. The kitchen was spotless and well-stocked with the basics for cooking. Dishwasher, keurig, toaster, beautiful oven/stovetop, washer and drier, etc. Living room is comfortable and clean, lots of games provided, TV. We were 2 adult couples staying here for a week-long visit of the Louisville area. It was quite perfect. Each couple had their own room and ensuite bathroom. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Apartment was perfect. Nice touches like extra toiletries and coffee. Only gave it a 5 because I couldn’t rate it higher. Will stay again!!

My husband & I visited Lisa's Pitashio Palace over Valentine's weekend & it was the perfect romantic get away!! The home is so charming & full of character. They just don't make homes like this anymore. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Lisa was very attentive & answered all of our questions quickly. The neighborhood is a little rough as some of the other reviews mention, but we never felt unsafe during our stay. We would 100% stay here again!!

Shannon's place felt very cozy and comfortable during the cold front that came in. Shannon was very responsive with any questions we had. I definitely plan on coming back for our next bourbon trip!

Just spent a wonderful week at this location with our kids and grandkids! The house was so spacious and allowed for personal space, as well as space for all kinds of group activities. We look forward to coming back when the weather is warm and the pool is open!

We stay here every year when visiting family for thanksgiving. It is perfect for our small family. The host is always so responsive. The property is beautiful. I can’t recommend this airbnb highly enough. Thank you Gordana!!

Emily's home was very clean with beautiful views. It is a perfect seasonal getaway, with clean beds/linens, great bathrooms/showers, and a fully stocked kitchen. We particularly liked the outdoor firepit. I would definitely consider Emily's place again in the future.

5 Stars for Anna & Matt would be under par for the Phenomenal Hospitality we received. Accommodations was an absolute 10 Stars! I served at the Marriott as front desk manager for Family Trips, Conferences, NCAA Tournaments, NBA Players and Referees. I Have to Say , this is one of the most incredible experiences with Airbnb that we have received in 2 1/2 years! Anna & Matt as Hosts took care of all the details from the long travel with kids. Water Bottles, Fresh Free Range Farm Eggs, Snacks and games for the Kids. In Addition, which also almost brought us tears was the welcoming card and the Welcome Board. They even placed a beautiful flower and All of our Names on the welcome Board which gave my Wife and Kids Smiles. I would Love to see Anna & Matt open up Airbnb Globally. A Peaceful location to write a book, Read Poetry, Think and Enjoy Nature! Perfect for Honeymooners and Anniversaries. Would Highly recommend this place if you need seclusion and serenity. 10 Stars!!!!!

Only negative was that we didn't have great weather during our stay to explore the whole property! House was comfortable for our family and met our needs perfectly.

Super clean, spacious condo- perfect for our group of 4! We came into town for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and Dierdre’s place was the PERFECT location- included a parking spot and we were able to walk to various restaurants, bars, etc. Flexible check in process and very responsive to messages! Would definitely stay here again!

I had a long weekend stay for a conference in Louisville. Ameer was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond when I had questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay there again when I'm back in town.

We enjoyed our stay. Mary made sure everything was perfect. The place was the perfect size and very clean. We were able to walk everywhere so that was nice. I definitely recommend staying here!

What a wonderful place to stay for derby weekend. The place is very well stocked. If you show up with nothing but clothes you’ll be fine :) great communicated and the location was ideal for walking to many places. Would do again!

Would stay again. Very clean. We had one issue with the toilet/plumbing, we were able to resolve it, but host was responsive and friendly throughout and said he'd contact plumber. We were not able to park in the spots near entrance (very tight, some spots taken) but parked on street with no issues.

Great place to stay, and it was a nice and clean. Good location and was very comfy!
