Great place to stay! Super clean and close to so many places to explore! The only thing my husband would suggest is blackout curtains in the bedrooms, but I truly loved how bright the place is! It is a tight place, but they maximized the space beautifully. Would definitely recommend!

The best compliment I can give is that I would definitely stay here again. The two bathrooms were handy - one for each bedroom. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has all the basics covered. I didn’t watch the TVs, but there are three large ones - one in each bedroom and a giant one in the living area. The patio was nice and faces the river. This condo is on the end of the last building in the row which is a plus. Two small steps to the porch area is all that’s needed to get inside. I appreciated that the condo felt like a home - the extra touches are nice. The common spaces are small but fit our needs. I don’t go to Branson to sit around my hotel room or Airbnb. We had a slight issue with the hot water, but the host was very attentive and fixed it in no time. Lots and lots of pros here. The only con I can think to list is the small amount of counter space in the bathrooms. That’s hardly even worth mentioning, but it’s all I’ve got! Thanks for a great stay!

This was perfect for what we were looking for! The view at sunset especially was beautiful! The only inconvenience was the indoor pool area was a bit chilly so the kids were disappointed but we also went in December. Angie was very kind, flexible, and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Very lovely place nearby lake amenities

My husband and I had a short weekend getaway to Gabi's place (our first two nights away from our four children in 8 years!) and our stay was amazing. The condo was clean, relaxing, and right next to the lake. It wasn't accessible right from our building, but the lake was a short 2-3 minute walk away. The area was super quiet and peaceful. The recommendations for dining out were amazing! I can't wait to come down and stay again.

We loved our stay! There were 9 of us, including 2 kids. The size was perfect, and the area was gorgeous! We would love to come back in the summer!

We loved our stay on Table Rock over the Labor Day weekend. The cove was beautiful and the house was easy to get to. We loved the porch to sit and have coffee in the morning and the kitchen worked well to prepare food for a gathering happening over on the other side of the cove. We had 3 couples one night so we had to get a little creative with the bunk beds for the first night, but for the majority of the time it was 1-2 couples and the space worked out great. We will definitely be back to to the lake. What a beautiful setting.

Great home for a family get away on the lake. Home has a room for everything; game room, family room, living room, dining room, screen in porch and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is roomy, very functional and stocked with all the necessary utensils. Best of all are the views of the lake from both in the house and from the private dock. We look forward to our next stay.

Eight guys out for a weekend fishing trip. We had a blast. Loved the roominess of Agata's place. It was comfortable and very function. Huge kitchen and living area. Hope to do it again!

Our family enjoyed the home. It is spacious and beautiful. The weather made it tricky getting down the driveway, but after check in, they did have someone plow it. I fell on the ice upon arrival, salt and a shovel available would have been great! I would have liked a more well equipped kitchen. There were not enough plates for meals, we had to buy disposable plates and cutlery. The kitchen is very nice, but again- could have had more pots, pans, toaster, etc (even salt and pepper would have been nice!) Despite those couple of things, the house and hosts were great. I'd recommend!

Our group of 13 friends had a wonderful long weekend at Tracie’s place. It was perfect for our group, very spacious, clean and with lake access. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes for a big group. Tracie was very responsive and got back to us within minutes. She also was kind enough to give us a late checkout so we didn’t have to rush. Would definitely recommend!

Mi familia y yo decidimos salir de Dallas por Thanksgiving y encontramos este lugar en Beaver Lake. Nuestra estadía en casa de María fue muy placentera, pudimos desconectarnos un poco de la ciudad y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la zona y estar en contacto con la naturaleza, hasta vimos un venado, los niños quedaron maravillados. El paisaje es bellísimo y también tuvimos la oportunidad de ir a Eureka Springs, creo que fue uno de los mejores lugares que hemos visitado. Gracias a las recomendaciones de María también pudimos cenar en un restaurante Italiano, realmente la pasamos increíble. Me encantó todo, muchas gracias María por hospedarnos en tu hermosa casa.

We enjoyed our stay and the view is breathtaking. We traveled from Louisiana to spend Christmas with our Teenagers and 4 year old. My boys and husband had a great time fishing. Our baby loved looking at the geese every morning. the sunset is a beautiful view from the balcony. This was our first time to Branson and will definitely return and hope we can stay at the same location again. It felt like home away from home. Our host was so wonderful and helpful everytime I messaged her. Thanks for making our Christmas one yo remember. The Goods Family

Loved the location and the place was set up great. Great communication and good instruction booklet for condo. My only complaint was the continual low humming of something I could hear. Would use again.

Nice cozy spot for your Branson stay. It was exactly what was described and you’ll get your moneys worth.

The location of this condo was wonderful. It was a very easy walk down to the trailhead of the walking trail the property owns and maintains and it was easy to get to the river. We did not hear the neighbors at all and when we were on the deck, it did not feel like there was anyone around us. The process to check-in was easy getting through the gate. It was extremely busy right at the 4pm check-in time but the gate guard just had us go through and come back later for our parking pass so we didn’t have a long wait time.

My husband took me on a little trip for my birthday and we rented this condo on the lake for a few nights. From the moment we walked in we felt peaceful and relaxed. Tammy was an amazing host and she even had a birthday card and treats for me when we arrived. The condo was extremely clean and homey 😁. We will definitely rent this condo again for all our future stays in Branson.

Best location!! Perfect rental . Communication perfect ! This will be our “ go to rental” for ALL our Branson visits! It really was the greatest rental we have ever had while visiting Branson.

The house was very nice. The pictures do make it look bigger than what it is, but overall the apartment was nice if you have allergies, it was very dusty a lot of cobwebs that we had to dust off but overall it was clean private and right next to everything
