Amazing location and a spotlessly clean house. Incredibly well equipped kitchen and lots of kayaks at our disposal. Really couldn’t fault our stay and Kerrie and John were lovely hosts. Very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay and the view was incredible. All rooms were very comfortable and there is enough bathrooms for one per room. Each area of the house is more segregated than it appeared, however it would be perfect for families who want to travel together. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Incredible location with amazing views, especially from the master bedroom. You have your own private walkway down to the beach, and the beach is regularly patrolled, and safe for swimming with kids. We had a such great weekend. Also a short drive from Bass Point Reserve, where we got to snorkel with Grey Nurse sharks which was incredible. Great cafes nearby as well. Wish I could retire here!

It was absolutely great place. Best ever holiday place. This accommodation has everything we need. The owner well prepared the place. Nice view, location, activities. Only small things were problem but they were not disturbed our holiday. Thank you so much to Annie as our group were so happy:)

The best weekend with the girls! We can’t wait to visit again 🥰 Stunning house inside and out. Well designed, fresh new and just overall beautiful throughout the property. Although we didn’t get to use the kitchen, the set up was great. The Pool area us girls loved and the sunrise was magical ☀️👌 Thankyou for having us sally ! We can’t wait to visit Stella again.

Had the best stay at Kerrie and John's place. Perfectly located close to the river, Kiama Coastal Walk and train station. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our little getaway. A big plus is all the outdoor equipment available to use. We were able to go kayaking, paddle boarding and bike riding. Kerrie and John are also really lovely and were up for a chat in between. Thanks so much for having us. We aim to come back with the kids :-)

This is a truly beautiful home in a gorgeous part of the world. The house is very well presented. The pool was well heated, linen, beds, bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were of the highest standard. All furnishings were clean and very comfortable. We were lucky to see many whales during our stay which was an added bonus!

The little gem was so perfect for a night away with my 2 best friends. Especially when it was torrential rain outside we bunkered down and just stayed inside all day & night catching up drinking, watching movies and enjoying the space it was so cozy and all the amenities provided were well equipped plus Maria so graciously provided a free bottle of wine and some chocolates which did not go down a stray. Highly highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little getaway with your girlfriends

Excellent accomodation close to heart of town and beach. Modern and spacious. Clean and well appointed. Highly recommended.

This airbnb was a very beautiful place to stay. during our stay the weather was very rainy, but they had board games and many things to do. the greenery made the house feel very homey and private. definitely will be coming back to this airbnb when i need another little get away.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Rental Specialists. The place was clean, and fun to stay in, especially with the wet weather. The hot spa was great, and the TV/foxtel provided was great along with the pool table. Thanks again!

We were stopping off on a road trip from Brisbane to Melbourne. This was a perfect place to stay overnight

All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. I don’t really want to leave a review as I would love this place to stay a secret! This was one of the most wonderful Air BnB’s we have ever stayed in. The villa was beautiful, the surroundings even better and the level of care and attention to detail were incredible. A special shout goes out to Patrick the caretaker who took wonderful care of us and really made our stay special. We created memories swimming down at the creek that will stay with us all for a lifetime. A truly special place that we can’t wait to return to 💕

The owner was understanding, caring, going above and beyond to show concern for our well-being. Unfortunately, last minute, we had to change our plans for arrival due to an illness the owner contacted us immediately to show their concern & offer support. Unfortunately, the illness resulted in us having to cancel our trip, but the owner was there to support us, asking to be kept updated on our illness & offering help where they could. I would class their service as the most amazing support & customer service I have received when staying with any Airbnb to date. We had researched this location for months before booking, not only researching other people’s reviews that were outstanding but also online photos and satellite images. The location is amazing. The house is beautiful, & the farm animals, unfortunately, we were unable to see, but we are excited to book again in the future to get the opportunity. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone for a getaway or romantic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Jingella's. Everything - from the secluded location teeming with wildlife to the luxury accommodation and thoughtful amenities - was fantastic. We woke up to fantastic views and the sound of cockatoos and lorikeets everyday, took breakfast outdoor looking at wallabies grazing away a few tens of meters of away. The lodging itself is fantastic, spotlessly clean with luxury amenities all around. We never felt once this was actually running off grid. Needless to say the hosts have done an amazing job and poured a lot of their heart into the project. To add to this, the hosts are responsive, helpful and kind. They arranged a cot and high chair at short notice for us and even offered an us a later check out without us requesting it. It is rare these days to still find Airbnb's managed by their actual owners rather then real estate or dedicated agencies. This a gem and we would have happily stayed longer. If it's available book it, you won't regret it!

First time in Australia, and what a way to start! We had a great stay in the Bowral area, the house ticked every box we had – location / size / amenities to name a few; it was close (walking 2min) to where we needed to be daily - Milton Park Hotel, and all comms with Sara went very well, with assistance on any queries we had – sometimes on a daily basis! Wow! Amazing place with beautiful views. Huge land to enjoy outdoors. We had with us soccer goal, badminton net to keep kids entertained and at night time we would light up the fire and enjoy peaceful surroundings and stars ✨ River is beautiful but because of very steep trail down to river we went only twice.

Even though the property is fully off grid, you’d never know. The place has everything we needed for a peaceful getaway and is set in the most stunning surroundings. Even the drive in coming down the mountain pass and into the property is pretty spectacular. The weather was far from ideal when we stayed with rain, wind and mist but this just made it all the more cosy inside with the fire. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and made cooking on the BBQ super easy and the entire place is presented immaculately with modern finishings throughout. Would definitely come back

Doug and Marg were extremely accommodating in the lead up to our wedding and easily changing dates for us when we needed to. They were quick to respond, easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We will absolutely be staying there again.
