This cabin is perfect! I had a very peaceful personal retreat recently and I hope to do it again! The decor is so aesthetic and so cozy! I lit fires in the wood stove after my evening bubble bath- which was thoughtfully supplied by the hosts. I had everything I needed and more to relax. The cabin feels isolated but also I felt very safe as a solo woman.

The place was awesome! We came as set of 8 small families coming together and sofa bed in almost all rooms is very nice for our kids to have their own space to sleep on. The host is very considerate. I love that the place has common room that fits us all in to gather for dining & simple indoor recreation. All our activities was set in nearby resort and should spend the nights to rest here but to our surprise we have done much fun as we did outside due to how spacious this place is. Our holiday spent here indeed gave us the feeling of being home away from home. Will highly recommend this place for big groups who still seek peaceful, quiet, solemn & tranquil moments to spend any occasion.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Eileen's. Her home was beautiful. The amenities she provided was above and beyond other places I have stayed. We loved the fresh eggs we were able to purchase. The home was warm and cozy on the cold nights. We used both the fire pit and the hot tub. They were both great. If we are in the area again we would definitely book again.

Julie and Matt’s cabin by the river was absolutely perfect for a weekend escape! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed. The cabin is beautiful, cozy and surrounded by nature, making it the ideal spot to unwind. Waking up to the sound of the river and enjoying coffee on the porch was the perfect way to start each day. One of the highlights of our stay was discovering Shaffer’s, a fantastic local BBQ spot. If. you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with thoughtful hosts and great access to nature nearby, this cabin is a must-visit. We can’t wait to come back!

I loved my stay here! It felt very private, and there was plenty to do in relatively close proximity. Would come again!

My fiancé, pup, and I booked this place for a relaxing valentine’s weekend getaway, and we got exactly that! The cottage was charming and such a peaceful oasis with the beautiful views and farm animals in clear sight. The hosts were kind enough to leave us farm fresh eggs, muffins, and valentine’s themed chocolates — all were delicious and well appreciated! Additionally, they were very responsive and extremely friendly :) My fiancé and I spent time cooking dinner together, I baked, and watercolored, it was a lovely time! I highly recommend this place and hope to be back!

Rich & Brittany’s place exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for a little getaway for our family of 2 + 2 fur babies 🐾 The king size bed is super comfy and being able to sit in the hot tub and look up at the stars at night was so relaxing. There are spare fans throughout the home which was a relief as I had forgotten mine at home. We got food from lost and found pizza one night and cooked over the fire / grill another night. Although there is not much to do super close we were able to hike up to the ‘almost home’ location off of the cranny crow overlook. Hosts were super quick to respond when we had a question! The only down side to staying at the Bunkhouse is the road to get up to the home which is no fault of the owners. Our doggos enjoyed the complimentary dog biscuits that the hosts provided! Overall nothing but good things to say about our stay and we will hopefully be back in the future 🩷

We had a wonderful stay at Stephen and Yunis’s cabin this weekend! The home was immaculate in every sense of the word! We loved how comfy the beds were, the games provided for family game nights and the special touches provided in a welcome basket. The views were stunning as well. We also enjoyed all of the decor and as a military family, we were familiar with many of the items and locations :). We hope to return in August so we can enjoy the outside amenities and summer sunsets! A big highlight was the amazing projector and screen for movie nights! Thank you for hosting us!

Can’t say enough about how perfect Donna’s place is and how gracious a host she was! The house is in a beautiful spot with views of the mountains and more than enough space to accommodate 6 adults and 6 children from 6 months old to 7 yrs. She was always quick to respond to my questions prior to our stay. And absolutely went above and beyond by decorating the house with balloons inside and out since she knew we were celebrating my son’s 40th birthday! What a nice gesture! The house is well stocked with what you need and the rooms are all comfortable! We had a memorable time and are talking about booking again in the future when weather is warm and we can use the pool. It’s one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at!

River rose was a wonderful getaway for our family and friends. Perfect Location for spending time near Shenandoah National Park. Shabina was great host, quickly responded to anything we needed. Thank you for a perfect place to get away!

This property was as expected based on the listing. Clean and off the beaten path in a quiet area. Recommended if that's what you're looking for. Host was very commutative and helpful.

Had an excellent stay at Anna’s. Needed a big house for a work crew for a week. Plenty of great space to spend the evenings. Awesome outdoor areas. (Flat top grill , hot tub, and yard games) Was perfect for our needs and would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here. When we come back to run more trails in the jeep, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent overall. The only hiccup was that the basement is not heated, despite the listing saying that the whole house has central air. There is a small electric heater, but it didn't make a dent in the winter. Essentially, the basement is not usable in winter. Other than that, everything was very good.

This was my first time using Airbnb and Hannah was an excellent host. She was very responsive and the property is gorgeous! I definitely would book with her again. Thank you for making my first time using an Airbnb a great experience!

We had a great stay in Shenandoah. The cottage was exactly what we were looking for during our long weekend. It was situated in a private area on a farm with all of the amenities we were looking for. We were able to have a fire outside, enjoy a walk to the creek, do some fishing, and we even spent some time at the local museum. We are grateful for John for being so responsive and for Ashley coming to ensure the one issue we had was resolved (which it was, very quickly)!

Donna and Robert thought of everything! The space is so spacious and comfortable. You can truly see the thought that went into this space. Anything you need, it is provided. The bed is super comfy. We slept like babies. We arrived late, which we try to avoid. Robert and Donna were so accommodating. We so appreciate that! We will definitely stay again while in the area.

The bunkhouse was gorgeous! The view is beautiful and the house had everything you need. Maureen was very responsive to messages. The bedroom setup included one room with two sets of bunk beds and the second room with a queen bed and a twin bed. There’s lots of outside activities like cornhole, fireplace, and a dining table for outdoor meals.

We really enjoyed the cozy cottage. The surrandings were beautiful. The hot tub was a great addition. Nice size and very clean. The cottage is a great place for a family get away. I will return. Thankyou so much for wverything.

Loved our stay! Beautiful house, beautiful views, fenced yard was our city dogs dream. 15 mins to Shenandoah, close to the state park. We will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Grist Mill. Joan met us to give us a warm welcome, and to tell us all about the history of the mill and the surrounding area. The house was so comfortable and charming. It is obvious that Joan has taken a lot of pride into curating the beautiful collection of treasures that decorate the house. Sitting outside in the deck or patio and listening to the stream and water wheel was so serene and relaxing. We were within an hour of Shenandoah NP and Grand Caverns.

Loved it here! Very convient and there were lots of recommendations with what to do in a binder at the house. Host was very accommodating! Very responsive quickly which is great. There were toys and games here for the kids, my daughter had such a blast! Definitely wish we booked for more time here to enjoy the fireplace outside and see what more there was to do but we were just passing through so booked it for one night. Would definitely stay here again!

Our getaway weekend at Rusty and Jayme’s mountain retreat was absolutely idyllic. The perfect spot for a peaceful reset. The location was convenient and just as described, and the cabin itself was so cozy! You truly can’t beat the views! Between the fire pit, the porch, and homey atmosphere, this was the most wonderful spot! We can’t wait to come back again!
