Great location!. Many options to get around city fast and easy. Great restaurants within walking distance! Private and peaceful home that was spotless. Host was very responsive.

Pete and Kyle were wonderful hosts! They have a beautiful property and it was a short drive to Massanutten ski slopes, which was what drew us to their guest suite in the first place. Check-in was easy and the suite is exactly as shown. They were responsive and made sure everything went well with our stay. When it snowed during our trip, they salted the driveway and pathway to make sure we were safe (and even moved their car so we could park closer to the house). We would definitely stay here again!

This is probably one of the best stays we've ever had with an Airbnb; the location was great, and the basement apartment itself was surprisingly spacious and very clean (our 16 month old son loved getting his energy out running around the living room area). Ellen was a very thoughtful host and even set out a pack and play and a high chair for our son to use prior to our arrival. The kitchen had great amenities and was well stocked with condiments, cookware, and a spacious fridge. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit D.C.

Highly recommendable. A superb place to hide away from city's hustle and bustles. Tom and Barbara were most helpful and responsive - property is very nicely kept with perfect interiors and everything that you would need to stay there. Natural surroundings welcome you as soon as you open windows or step out of the Guest Suite. The issue with google maps has been resolved as it directed us to the right place (previous reviews had it leading to a nearby house). We tested Apple maps also (just in case) but that landed us about 2 miles away so Google maps is best to reach here. Fire pit is extremely big which can probably be made smaller as large fires are not as enjoyable as a smaller ones. Overall a great place which I would want to book again in the future.

Pernilla outdid herself with this space! She was reachable and responsive the entirety of our stay. The place was spotless and gorgeous! Check in/out instructions were extremely clear and the neighborhood was perfect for easy parking. Highly recommend and would stay again!!

Autumn's place is really lovely. It looks like the pictures and is very comfortable. What I liked most though, was that it has a security alarm. That made me feel safe. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to stay here again.

Just wonderful! Jimmie and Jacki were warm, welcoming and wealths of information. So glad we chose their place to stay. Even during our quick overnight stay, they invested time to visit with us and show us around. Thought their farm was beautiful even in a dreary season. We can't wait to come back when all is abloom. If you love good people and animals, book it! If you don't, they'll change your mind ;) The way they hosted us exemplifies what all the best of Airbnb is meant to be, I do believe.

Edward's place was absolutely fantastic, as usual. I have stayed at Edward's place multiple times, and I just love it. Very comfortable bed, great water pressure, and a wonderful neighborhood. If you are coming to D.C., I highly recommend that you stay here!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were visiting from England and got to explore Virginia and West Virginia with this lovely home as our base. The view is amazing and it was so peaceful sitting outside. Thankyou for the excellent guides and recommendations. We would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay on our family road trip! Aliya was a very responsive host! Her space is well equipped with everything in the photos. My son particularly enjoyed the theater room and foosball! There was plenty of space for my 1 year old to safely crawl around (supervised) and everything was clean. I made good use of the massage chair! The bed was super comfortable! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. The space was very cosy and made us feel right at home. It was also central between the two locations I needed to be during my stay.

The place was cozy, really clean with great amenities from TV access to the reliable WiFi and an air fryer and microwave.

I had a fantastic experience staying at David’s Airbnb property! From the moment I booked, communication was prompt and clear. The check-in process was seamless and the space itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was cozy, and the amenities (Wi-Fi, kitchen supplies, etc.) were all top-notch. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again in the future!

Very nice stay. The apartment is the lower floor of a nice house on a quiet, pretty street. Everything was new and clean. They thought of all of the extras, including kitchen and bath products, laundry detergent, kids’ dishes, and even a hotel safe. Entry was easy and as described. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay.

The apartment was good. It was spacious as described with the two bedrooms and the large living space. Was very convenient to have the parking spot in the back as well and easy to get in/out through self check-in. Xiaowen was communicative and responsive (we booked the place very last minute and it worked well). Was a good occasion to be around a part of DC a bit more residential we hadn't seen and nice walking distance from Wisconsin Ave and Georgetown. Only caveat is that the apartment is a little bit noisy but there is nothing much to be done about it since the apartment is the lower part of a single house. That didn't disturb us much however!

This basement apartment was a great find. Everything was as expected. Melissa was responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. It was easy to find and get in. Parking in on the street then a short walk up the driveway. We really liked that binder that had all of the house rules and activities in the area. My lady is always the one who finds the best places for us to stay. She maps out every detail including distance to where we are going. I found this place and she was pleased with my choice. Im glad I was able to take a small load off of her with this one! Would definitely choose it again if ever back in the area...Maybe next year when the Commanders are back in the playoffs!! *chilly when we arrived but my lady opened up all of the vents and we used the space heater for the bathroom & living room*

A great ABB. Exactly as described. walkable to Charlottesville Mall and good restaurants. Excellent house guide and very well stocked with great little touches. Beds v comfortable. We will definitely try to stay there again in the future.

It was my first time in the USA and I had a great time here, not least because of the great accommodation with Michael and Regina. The apartment is a little gem and very lovingly and modernly furnished. I loved the kitchen. The washing machine and dryer are brand new and very modern and the bathroom was also very comfortable. The communication was very nice, courteous and went smoothly. I particularly liked the guest book that they sent me before I arrived, peppered with information and tips for the stay. I felt really comfortable here and would definitely come again. Thank you very much
