Our stay was awesome. Amy and Owen were friendly, super responsive, and very helpful. They also helped us out with kids things and other items we needed, even brought us down sleds when it snowed for the kids to use. It was also very comfortable there and it had all the amenities we needed for a month long stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, comfortable spot right in Thomas. It's a fantastic place to stay while enjoying the mountains. The coffee shop below is awesome and convenient, and all the local restaurants were great too!

We’re an outdoorsy family and we all loved our stay in Glenn’s home, right by the water with easy to launch area for the kayaks, no light pollution at night to watch a blanket of stars in the sky. Our fur baby loved it just as much and took a liking to Glenn. Thank you and hope to be back this summer!!!

We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. The home is directly on the Potomac river with beautiful river views. The home is a split duplex and you have an adorable apartment all to yourself with a wood fireplace, 2 bedrooms, walk in shower, and direct access to the hot tub overlooking the water. You barely notice the upstairs apartment other than the occasional sounds of footsteps above. All tvs are smart tvs with steaming capability. The hosts are very friendly and have excellent restaurant recommendations! This is a hidden gem and a great deal!

Simply beautiful place, from the spotless interior to the breathtaking view. Brittany was the best host I’ve had! She was incredibly friendly and accommodating with check-in, and communicated regularly to make sure all my needs were met—even left a handwritten card! Even through cold and rainy weather it was a beautiful, relaxing retreat with everything I needed and more, including great restaurants right below. Would love to visit again!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, and to think I was only in the 2BR basement part of it. Very clean and well maintained and beautiful nature surrounding it! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a lake nearby. Lalit and Eric do an amazing job with communication and making sure you feel comfortable and have everything you need. Definitely recommend the stay!

We had a great stay. Isabella's place is just as described. The condo is cute, comfy, private - loved the relaxing porch which overlooks the river. Isabella's check-in instructions are clear and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

My family came to town for the Moonlight on the Falls half marathon in Blackwater Falls State Park. Mary’s place was the perfect homebase for us. Located right on Main Street we were able to walk to dinner as well as shows at the Purple Fiddle. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the mornings and relaxing on the large back porch in the evenings. The home has a large kitchen and living room. Mary went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this home. We will definitely book again.

We had a reunion with some friends and this location had everything we needed. We got really lucky with a warm February weekend and got to take advantage of the outdoor amenities more than expected. We comfortably fit 8 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was also very well stocked, something I don’t usually see at rental houses. 5 out of 5 - would highly recommend.

We had a great stay here. The location is great and less than 2 hours from DC. The house was large and cozy, with everything we needed to enjoy our quiet weekend. The restaurants and breweries in town were also a lot of fun. We fully intend to come back and visit soon!

Very nice stay! Tastefully decorated, beautiful location, well stocked kitchen supplies. It was a nice escape! Highly recommend coffee on the porch for sunrise! We had some members of our party who were acclimated to warmer weather, so an extra comforter or heavy blanket at night would be helpful. That being said, there were lots of throws available in the living room!

Had a great stay in this home and Ash is a great host. It’s perfect for a big group, incredibly spacious and many rooms/beds to accommodate a lot of guests. The house was very clean and comfortable to be in for a long weekend. It’s also right on the lake, which makes for some beautiful views. We visited in the middle of winter so we weren’t able to make use of a lot of the outdoor amenities, but there was still plenty to do. The fire pit and movie room were perfect for a cold winter weekend! Only point of feedback is that there wasn’t a proper first aid kit or very many cleaning supplies. Overall, loved our time here and would absolutely recommend. 10/10!

We we're looking for a place to unwind from the Christmas holiday season. Ross's place gave us just that. The cabin was quite and right on the lake for some much needed RnR. There were beautiful sunrises and sets each day. We explored one of the local wineries, breweries and a few of the local restaurants. We hope to return over the summer months to enjoy the lake and activities the area has to offer.

Beautiful setting. Spacious home. We were short a sheet and comforter, Nicole responded and was at the house in under 10 minutes.

We loved this snug, little spot on the water. Watching the sunrise over the water made for enjoyable mornings. It had a full kitchen that made cooking our meals very easy. Two seating areas in the living area gave us room to spread out. Fast wifi....I even stayed online while I was down by the water. I wasn't a huge fan of the overly curious swans, but I did find some really nice pieces of sea glass down by the water. The heat in this house was great.

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

We loved this property and our condo. The lake was so beautiful and immediately accessible from our balcony. The entire property was beautifully maintained and updated, with all the most charming original touches. The restaurant onsite was convenient and good (Ace’s Run). The other patrons and staff were friendly and for the price it was an incredibly great deal. The only thing that could be improved are the window coverings. The sun rise is directly across from the balcony windows, which is also right where the bed is. The blinds really don’t keep any light out at all, so we were happy to start our days there early, but every day pretty much starts at sunrise with the blinds as they are. But otherwise the condo was truly perfect. Completely cozy and well appointed with convenient features!

Had an amazing beachfront experience! I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival.

I can't say enough great things about this place! it was so cozy and comfortable! My friend and I went for a girls getaway weekend to relax and this was so ideal! They even prepped the fireplace for us! I would definitely come back here and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!

We had a great one-night stay at Trailside Guest Suite. The property matched the online description and it was in a perfect location in the town. Would definitely return for another stay and would recommend to others.

Sam’s place was beautiful! The bunk room was our little guys favorite and thought he was a big boy sleeping in the beds. The condo had everything we needed! Sam was so helpful in providing us with restaurant ideas and best places to boat/wakeboard on the lake! They had a boat slip we could use to dock our boat for the weekend with a short walk back to the condo. We enjoyed our time so much we didn’t want to leave. We hope to be back next summer!

The condo was cozy yet very spacious! Being able to walk right out the back door to the slopes was AMAZING! It snowed almost the whole time we were there so having personal garage access was a game changer. Will stay again in the future.
