Haben uns bei Sabina wie zuhause gefühlt . Sie war immer für einen da und hat hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Wir waren in der Nebensaison was wir sehr als Vorteil gesehen haben, keine Partymeile mehr , sehr zum Vorteil für Leute die es etwas ruhiger mögen , die Strände sind schön leer . Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

We stayed in this cozy house for a month, and we loved it. It’s surrounded by a charming garden with pomegranates, barberries, and palms, and there’s a huge gazebo covered in kiwi vines. We enjoyed tangerines, pomegranates, apples, and nuts from the garden and spent lots of time outside. For our kids (we have three), it was especially delightful: they searched for snails in the grass, spotted lizards on sun-warmed stones, and found it all incredibly exciting. Inside, the house has a neat and bright interior. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes and everything we needed, while the bedrooms have lots of bedding and towels.The living room has two large, comfortable sofas and enough space for a big group to relax. The host is incredibly attentive and kind, helping us with everything—from unloading our belongings to even assisting with a parking ticket fine 😆 He always resolved any issues we had. We’re very grateful ❤️

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. 在市中心的小屋，出门很近就到斯堪德培广场，距离国家博物馆和歌剧院也很近，很不错的地方，主人的母亲很爱干净，感觉很好

Logement clair et spacieux. Très calme. Très belle piscine avec de larges horaires d'ouverture. Belle vue sur la baie de Bar (plages et port de Bar). Voiture nécessaire pour l'accès au logement, pour aller à la plage et aux restaurants. Visualiser le film adressé par Jovana est précieux pour trouver l'entrée de la résidence.

We had great stay at the house, house is big and comfortable, well maintained, plenty of parking space which can be an issue in some of the houses in Ada Bojana, terrace is great and it has a fence which is quite handy if you have small children or dogs. Place was clean, and had everything you need. Only downside was lack of water in peak hours (5-7pm) on some of the days, however its an issue with most of the houses on that side of the river due to the water supply. I would highly recommend the house for stay, probably one of the better ones I stayed in in that area.

The apartment is at great place in proximity of all important things at Ada Bojana. Easily accessible by car with parking, but also by foot. The apartment is small but it’s beautiful decorated and new, with all amenities you need. There is also a porch, that you can’t see in photos, outside where you can sit in the evening and enjoy. And the highlight for us were the hosts which were incredibly responsive and friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. We are looking forward to next year at Hakuna Matata!

Probably one of the best sojenicas (river houses) out there! You have a lot of privacy in the garden which a lot of them lack, and the walk to the river is magical. And so close to the beach! We really enjoyed it. :)

We stayed this summer and it was amazing. The house is way bigger than the pictures make it seem. The kitchen area has all the utensils as well as things for cooking! There were seven of us and we didnt get on each others nerves :D totally recommend it!

Milos gave us a warm welcome and some great recommendations for the area. We were even allowed to pick fruits from the beautiful garden, which was a dream come true 🥰

Die Unterkunft war super. Der Pool und der Ausblick sind fantastisch. Kol hat uns sogar nachts um 2 Uhr in die Unterkunft gelassen und war immer gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist auch sehr entspannt, man kann von hier an den See, nach Shkodra und ist auch schnell in den albanischen Alpen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die nicht unbedingt in einem touristischen Hotspot und einem generischem Apartment landen wollen. Gerne wieder :)

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

The property and surrounding area are beautiful; the host responsive, friendly and helpful. Great villa in a great are with much to do.

Miejsce spokojne, zadbane. Spędziliśmy tu 7 nocy. Dobra Voda jako miejscowość nie zachwyciła nas. Tłumy ludzi, zgiełk, plastik. Nie ma kontaktu z przyrodą. Jest dużo sklepów - to bardzo wygodne. Sam budynek, w którym jest apartament to kompleks kilkunastu mieszkań z dostępem do basenu i w dole do morza - tam leżaki i parasole bezpłatnie do dyspozycji gości, ale ludzie wcześnie rano je zajmują. Ścieżka tam wśród pięknej roślinności, idealna do robienia zdjęć - szczególnie o zachodzie słońca. Zejście do morza po drabince lub śliskich schodach - weź buty kąpielowe. Bezpośrednie zejście z mieszkania na basen po schodkach bardzo wygodne. Gdy w basenie byli inni ludzie hałas nie był męczący, bo ze względu na klimatyzację zamknięte są drzwi i okna. Taras czysty z pięknym widokiem. Idealny na poranną kawę lub wieczorną lampkę wina. Gospodarz punktualny i odpowiedzialny. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Wypożyczyliśmy od niego samochód na dwa dni. Wszystko przebiegło bez zarzutu. Dziękujemy!

A traditional house in the style called 'ethno'......This airbnb is the place to go.....The friendliest host Neda will say "Hello".....And Snoopy the dog such an handsome fellow....Spotlessly clean with hints off yellow.....Like a canvas by Picasso..... Prsut, homemade cheese and balls off dough.....served with loze and vino 'crno'.....the perfect place to relax and feel mellow! :)

Мы с женой не в первый раз были в Черногории. Но дом Бориса нас поразил-огромная терраса под сосной с видом на море, шезлонги и обеденный столик. Рядом не большой бассейн. Аппартаменты искючительно чисты, вся необходимая посуда в наличии. Раз в неделю аппартаменты убирают. Причем очень хорошо. Время уборки Борис с вами согласует. Он всегда на связи, и готов помочь всякий раз. До моря пешком 10 минут. Обратная дорога займет больше времент, т.к. подниматься нужно в горку. По пути на море есть много магазинчиков. Но лучше поехать в Voli в Бар. Были у нас проблемы с интернетом. Но Борис очень быстро их решал. Было видно, что ему очень неудобно за провайдера. Перед нашим отьездом сказал, что сменит его. А вообще вилла Maria прерасное место для отдыха. Мы с женой непременно сюда вернемся. Спасибо оргомное Борис, и до всречи в следующем году.
