I had an amazing extended stay at Sean’s place. The views from the main living space are just incredible, and it’s such a quiet and beautiful setting. The property has plenty of space for 2-4 people and it’s a great spot for watching seabirds and enjoying the scenery, whilst also being within easy reach of Lerwick and other parts of mainland Shetland. Sean was an incredibly kind, helpful and flexible host.

Thank you Mark for providing us with a toasty warm, comfortable haven to return to after a day exploring the island. Mark was super responsive to all messages. Very helpful with check in and check out times and information about possible aurora sightings. We weren't lucky enough to see them on this trip so will just have to come back 😊 Wouldn't hesitate to book to stay at Viewcliff again when we come back. Thank you Mark.

Just arrived home after a lovely week at the chalet, the chalet itself is spotless well planned out, warm and the host has provided pretty much everything you need, lots of books, games, info and maps for the area. We ended up arriving early on the day due to a storm forcing us to catch and earlier ferry which thankfully wasn't an issue at all. I highly recommend booking a stay here it's perfect for seeing the surroundings, which are stunning. We loved it that much we booked to come back in August while we were still there 😊

Lois’ place is beautiful and in an amazing location, only a 5 min drive from Lerwick’s centre. The house is lovely and cosy, very clean. Lois was super responsive, friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to be back ☺️ highly recommend.

Our 3rd visit to Shetland and by far the best accommodation. A stunning house filled with beautiful artwork, quality furnishings, and everything one would need for a home away from home. The views over Bains Beach are still making me smile now. A short walk from all amenities, bars, restaurants, theatre. A truly great find. Cannot wait to return. Shetland has so much History that is worth exploring.

Lovely stay at Ingrid's when we visited family in Scalloway. A home from home with great views across the harbour to Burra. Very comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. We appreciated all the extra touches such as Shetland soaps in the bathroom and biscuits, tea, coffee & milk in the kitchen. Ingrid had put the heating on ahead of our arrival too which was very thoughtful as we arrived late on a particularly cold night. Ingrid will go the extra mile to make your visit enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Doreen and Trevor's cottage was an ideal base for a business trip - out of town but not too far away, easy to find and plenty of room to spread out, with excellent WiFi. Good off-road parking. The house was fully equipped with everything I needed (including full oven), and Doreen and Trevor were helpful without being intrusive. Thoroughly recommended!

The house was cosy and comfortable and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was great for exploring the beauty of Shetland. Fiona was a fabulous host, very responsive and made sure our stay was superb.

The cottage is cosy even in chilly weather and well-equipped. a beautiful location. Bruce is a welcoming and accommodating host.
