We really loved this place for everything: super-close to there slopes , well-equipped, quite stylish. Mariam was always in touch and willing to help. The prices is really fine for or what you get. Will, definitely, choose this apartment again, when coming to Gudauri.

السكن رائع ونظيف جداً جداً وكما هو موجود بالصوره كان موجود بالحقيقه الماء دافئ والسكن دافئ وصاحب السكن سريع الاجابه وتم تلبية جميع احتياجاتنا والموقع قريب من التزلج والسنتر والبقالات والمطاعم اود ان اشكر صاحب السكن لسرعة استجابته لي عند وصولي كان الماء متجمد من شدة برودة الطقس وتم التواصل معاه عن طريق الواتساب وتم ارسال لي شخص محترم جداً وتم وضع انبوب ماء ساخن وتم اعادة لي الماء بسرعه شكراً جزيلاً لكم سوف اكرر العوده للسكن مره اخرى في نفس اخرى .

Very friendly, responsive, and flexible hosts. Great location, 5-10 minute walk from the first chairlift. Apartment is clean, spacious, has all the necessary amenities for comfortable ski trip. Clean and easily accessible ski depot keeps apartment dry and clean.

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

Отличная квартира в современном комплексе, есть лифт, рядом хороший ресторан, в 5 минутах ходьбы круглосуточный супермаркет. Так же рядом выход к трассе и другие развлечения для детей. Хозяйка квартиры очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная, была очень внимательна к нам. Рекомендую это жильё.

We stayed at Sandro's apartment for 10 nights. It was a very good stay, especially because Sandro was reacting extremely fast on every little request we had, he was super helpful and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is comfortable, it is small (as most of them in Gudauri), but enough for 2 ppl. Toaster, big TV and easy connection to Netflix was a plus, especially when you stay longer. Location is fantastic, 2 min walk to the main gondola and many restaurants and supermarket. Two minuses would be that there is not really a nice view, you are looking at a older terrace, but we were out most day anyway. And that the apartment is on the first floor across the entrance, so you hear everyone from the corridor. Since Gudauri is rather a party place, there is loud music on most of the nights, that does stop around 11pm. Luckily we always travel with earplugs, and I would recommend them to anyone traveling to Gudauri, cause it's probably louder and alive everywhere.

Good place to stay, several restaurants are near by. Closer to the lift (like ~1 min walking to the slope and the go down) This apartment has everything you need (a storage cabinet for boards/ski, laundry on the same floor)

A very cozy house with fantastic views. The kitchen has everything you need, including beautiful tableware—attention to detail really shows the care for guests. Everything is here to make your stay comfortable, from mosquito screens on the windows to Netflix. Right behind the house, there are several trails leading into the forest and the mountains. A white dog comes to visit—don’t be afraid of him, he’s a true gentleman! Please give him some food if you can. We had our own dog with us, and this white dog protected us from cows :)) and other village dogs (we met two—they weren’t aggressive, just a bit persistent). There is a hotel with a restaurant in the village where you can have dinner or take food to go, but there are no shops within walking distance. The house is set apart from the village, the area isn’t fenced, but there are no people around, making it a perfect place for a private retreat (especially with a dog!). Nika was incredibly helpful and even arranged a transfer for us.
