Mio was the best host we've ever had on Airbnb. Her communication was perfect from pre check-in to checkout. Mio came to meet us at the train station and helped us to her beautiful house. We had just got engaged and she had lovely flowers for my fiancée. The house had everything we could need - we felt right at home here. It's a 30 second walk to a well connected subway (less than 5 minutes to Sanjo bridge) and just next to the beautifull Kamagowa River which is great to cycle with the provided bikes. Mio also drove us to the station at checkout which saved us so much time. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Kyoto. This is a must book house for anyone coming to Kyoto.

Asia’s Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto-Shi Airbnb was a beautiful, minimalist design, spa-like retreat. We appreciated its quiet location in Eastern Kyoto, a short walk away from the Kamo River, Gion, Kodaiji Temple, Yasaka Pagoda, and many other beautiful places to explore. We would hope to stay here again on return to Kyoto.

Het verblijf in deze airbnb was fijn en comfortabel. Het enige minpunt was dat je voor één van de slaapkamers door een kast de trap op moest via een andere slaapkamer. Dit was voor ons als vriendengroep erg onhandig.

Nobuyuki's place was awesome for several reasons. Firstly, the location is great. It is near the Philosopher's Path, where we enjoyed walking among the cherry blossoms. It is also well connected to the rest of Kyoto with various buses. Secondly, the place was clean and exactly as described. Finally, I also want to express my gratitude to Nobuyuki for his responsiveness and going above-and-beyond to help us forward our luggage. I highly recommend Nobuyuki's place for a fantastic family-friendly stay.

Amazing stay in Kyoto! You won’t find a better host. They were responsive, kind, very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and comfortable. The location is very close to the station with restaurants also near by. Loved the home; very spacious and clean. I couldn’t have found a better place to stay with my friends here in Kyoto. Highly recommended! Thank you again for taking care of us while visiting.

As a group of 6 adults, we stayed in this beautiful, clean home in April 2025. Everyone was impressed with how high end and comfortable everything was. Even better than the pictures! Appliances were high end and there were wonderful small details such as fresh flowers. I recommend making toast in the Balmuda toaster (add a spoonful of water in the receptacle to first steam the bread). The kitchen has everything you could want. Located a 5 minute walk from the KH line with easy access to Nishiki Market, Gion, Fushimi Inari, and Kyoto station. We were sad to leave. Not a cheap accomodation but worth the money and would consider again if travelling with a group!

We had the most magical stay here! It felt like our home away from home- a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Nothing like staying in a traditional home that has modern touches- tatami floors and beautiful japanese doors, with modern bathroom and light controls. We were four adults and a 10 month baby who had the most fun around the tatami space. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond- thank you for everything! I will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Kyoto and highly recommend.

Yuan is so kind and helpful. Though there was a language barrier she went above and beyond for us by picking us up and dropping us off at our requested station!

Beautiful Japanese Ikkodate. Simple but have everything you need. Plenty of restrooms both downstairs and upstairs. The hakoniwa with tea room is amazing! We had great family chilled time there.

O local é muito bem localizado, a 3min do trem, do family mart e de templos. A casa é bem tradicional e organizada. As camas são muito confortáveis. A limpeza não estava 100%, mas não impactou a viagem.

Ce logement est confortable, bien équipé, très propre et très bien situé, dans une petite rue calme, tout en étant à proximité d’un site exceptionnel, de charmantes petites boutique de souvenirs et de toutes les commodités. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre séjour chez Candy et recommandons vivement son logement.

仲間8人で使用させていただきましたが非常に設備も整っており 快適に過ごすことができました。 また当日の天候がすぐれずに気温が低かったですが、室内、室外の薪ストーブが新鮮で温かみがあり最高でした。 次回は暖かい時期に予約したいです。

サウナ、コテージともに綺麗で過ごし心地が良かったです！寝具はフカフカでぐっすり寝ることができました！ また利用したいです！

とにかく設備も揃ってるし、 全てが清潔感抜群。 プライベート空間としても塀が高いので良し。 また活用させてもらいます
