Seeing the beach first thing in the morning was really magical. The area is peaceful and beautiful ! They are also running the surf shop next to the house so it is easy to arrange for surf lessons. The shared bathroom and corridor are cleaned every day and there is a second washstand so you don't have to wait for the bathroom to be available. Even if i would recommend a car to come and move around more easily, this is the perfect location to get a breath of fresh air and to have a relaxing trip !

Superb location and very easy to reach from Itō station. Right next to the beach and fabulous ocean view. Very tasty restaurants within 5-10min walk. Rooms are very clean and cozy.

Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The sun in the morning and waking up with the birds was wonderful. Stars and moon at night were exquisite. Definitely recommend and will stay again the next time I want to surf Shimoda. 🙏🏽

The unit was perfect for our little “slice of life” experience in Japan. Mari was super helpful for providing extremely detailed check in instructions and how to find the place. The place was very cozy for 2 people and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the hot water and the comfy linens on the bed. I really appreciated all the drying hooks for when we did laundry (washer is on the front porch). Everything was clean upon arrival and 2 L of water was provided by the host. She was very responsive and attentive, I felt relaxed staying at this place. It is about 12 minutes to Manazuru station making this convenient to explore other areas like Odawara and Hakone. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

J'ai adoré ! Il ne s'agit pas d'un airbnb basique, sans âme. Ici, on sent le soin apporté à chaque petit détail pour accueillir les voyageurs. Tout était charmant. L'appartement est bien plus grand que ce qu'on peut voir sur les photos ! Calme, à deux pas de la gare, très propre. La communication avec Kazuhiko a été très facile.

年越しで5日間お世話になりました！ 4歳の娘もいたのですが、ステップ台があったり、子供用の食器があったり、お庭にはトランポリン、ボール、ブランコ、バドミントンがあったりと、暇になることなく家族で楽しめました！ 両親も一緒でしたが寝室も２階に２部屋あるので、睡眠空間も快適でした！ お庭には柑橘類がたくさん実っていて、みかん狩り～と楽しく取らせてもらい美味しく頂きました😋 ありがとうございました！

大人8人、子ども2人、3家族で宿泊させていただきました。お部屋も清潔で、寒い日の宿泊でしたが、部屋全体が暖かく、快適に過ごせました。海、駅、コンビニ、マック、温泉も徒歩圏内で、アクセスも良く、近くに美味しいケーキ屋さんもありました。初めての利用でしたが、とてもご丁寧にご連絡いただくなど、とても良い旅行の思い出が出来ました。

2階のリビングは写真通り素晴らしい眺めと開放感があり、70代の両親含め家族全員おぉ〜と喜んでいました！ あんなに眺めのいいキッチンだったら毎日ご機嫌で料理します。笑 上質な食器や家具も贅沢気分が味わえました。 一泊の利用でしたが1日目は雨天で2日目は晴れだったので、晴天の感動はひとしおでした。 キッチンお風呂トイレなど水回りは非常に清潔でとても気持ちが良かったです。 お風呂は広くて床が柔らかいので1歳の子供にも安心で、近くの温泉に行かなくても満足できました！ 施設やロケーションが素晴らしく、ホストの方のメッセージも的確で迅速で、とても印象に残るいい思い出になりました。 ありがとうございました！

Tomomi's place is perfect for those who want to explore Usami. Tomomi is welcoming and make us feel like home. You can even borrow their bikes for free to explore around.

일본 해안소도시의 정수를 느낄 수 있는 집 옥상에서 느낄 수 있는 바다의 고요함이 인상깊으며 같은 곳에서 일출을 보며 느낀 경탄이 이번 일본 여행의 핵심 친절한 안내, 조용한 마을, 편리한 주차, 청결한 침구, 다 구비되어있는 편의시설... 불만사항이 단 하나도 없다. 도쿄 번화가의 밤을 기대하지 않고, 해안도시의 고즈넉한 하루를 기대한다면 여러분들도 만족 할 것이다.

温泉と施設をとても満喫できました！

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

コロナ以降久々の家族での旅行の宿泊に選ばせていただきましたが、部屋からは海が見えて、お部屋も設備も清潔でした。 案内してくれた方も親切におすすめのお店や温泉を教えてくれました（おすすめしてくれたパン屋さんとても美味しかったです！） 家族皆んなで寛げて海までも散歩がてらに行ける距離なのでホントにおすすめの宿です。 また遊びに来たいです🎵

Very good place to stay! The beach is just a short 5 minute walk which we very much enjoyed. The view from the balcony is great. Not a whole lot of places to eat nearby but there is a full kitchen to cook with. We also stayed during typhoon and host was very responsive and let us stay an extra day as the trains were suspended.

I booked in the late winter so the greenery wasn't quite as verdant as the photo, but that's understandable. The condo with tatami sleeping area comes well-equipped with a very nice bathroom, kitchen, and sit-down outdoor gas grill on the patio for DIY teppanyaki. Note that access from the bus from Shimoda (which runs every hour or two) is best using the 2nd driveway (it has big "BBQ ⇧" painted on it); also there is currently a 9:24AM bus back which worked out great for the 10:15 Odoriko express back to Kanagawa-ken. I didn't try the adjacent BBQ restaurant with "Taco Cabana" (sounded great) but hope to the next time I get back to this very scenic part of Japan.

卒業旅行で利用させていただきましたが、早急な返信と丁寧な案内でスムーズに予約、チェックインすることができました。屋上のBBQ場や足湯も設備が揃っており、時間いっぱい楽しめました お部屋も綺麗で充実しているので、ぜひ泊まることをおすすめします！最高の思い出になりました

伊東でのダイビングの後に宿泊しました。オーナーが建築家でいらして、設計・デザインを手掛けられたとのことで、広々としたおしゃれな部屋でした。シャワーのみだったので、可能であればお風呂もあると疲れが癒やされて良いと思います。

We stayed for 6 nights and had wonderful time in the villa. The host was very helpful and responsive when we needed something (our fault, not theirs). the view from the balcony is incredible and we used the sauna at least once a day. We were staying with our 2 year old son and can recommend to families. We hired a car and drove to shimoda from kyoto which we enjoyed, would suggest having a car in this location, there's plenty of other great beaches etc within a short drive if you don't just want to stay around the accommodation. Only takes less than 5 mins to get into town for restaurants etc too, although we used the BBQ on the deck several times which we all enjoyed. Thanks for having us.

環境非常之美好，一望出窗外就是一片大海，露台上亦有燒烤設備，可以望着星空一邊燒烤，就是比較多昆蟲，鄰近亦有很多超市可以購買食材回來燒烤，房東亦準備了很多材料方便我們，小插曲就是我在房間為留下水樽，他們幫我留下來以及清洗乾淨，讓我回來後就立刻找到。
