I've used AirBnB for 10+ years and this is one of the nicest properties I've ever stayed at. It might be worth making the trip to Ito just for this house. Standing 3 stories tall on a hill overlooking the town, you get a gorgeous view of the neighborhood + the sea. On a clear day you can catch a sunrise from the 2nd/3rd floors of the home. The interior is thoughtfully curated with every possible amenity you could think of, even items you didn't know you needed i.e. spectacle wipes for glasses, waterproof spray for shoes on rainy days, etc. At first I was worried about the hill since I'm traveling with elderly parents, but taxis are easy to grab from Ito station, and if you need a ride directly from the AirBnB, Jiro can call one for you within minutes. Jiro was the perfect host, super quick to respond and proactively messaging us every morning with suggestions for activities, with the weather in mind. Incredibly grateful for this experience and hope to return someday.

2階のリビングは写真通り素晴らしい眺めと開放感があり、70代の両親含め家族全員おぉ〜と喜んでいました！ あんなに眺めのいいキッチンだったら毎日ご機嫌で料理します。笑 上質な食器や家具も贅沢気分が味わえました。 一泊の利用でしたが1日目は雨天で2日目は晴れだったので、晴天の感動はひとしおでした。 キッチンお風呂トイレなど水回りは非常に清潔でとても気持ちが良かったです。 お風呂は広くて床が柔らかいので1歳の子供にも安心で、近くの温泉に行かなくても満足できました！ 施設やロケーションが素晴らしく、ホストの方のメッセージも的確で迅速で、とても印象に残るいい思い出になりました。 ありがとうございました！

Very nice property, feel like being at home, very cosy, internet very fast, absolutely amazing views on Fuji from every room and on the city lights in the valley at night, every room was spotless and well equiped. Host was very responsive and kind before and during the stay. Location is a bit remote but fine if you have a rental car (streets to reach are uphill and narrow, would not recommend to a new driver).

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

とても綺麗な宿泊環境でした。 備品も多く、手ぶらで行っても困ることはありませんでした。 静かな環境で過ごすには最適でした。 また利用させていただく機会があらばお願いしたいと思います。

Great location and cozy. Perfect stay for big group or family. Close to Ashi Lake and conbi Lawson and 7-11 nearby. Host is a nice guy.

車で10分ほどの距離に大型スーパーもあり、また庭からは海が見えて素晴らしいロケーションでした。 施設内も清潔感があり、ずっと住んでいたいような施設でした。 今回は友達三人で利用しましたが、家族や恋人との利用にも向いていると感じました。

コロナ以降久々の家族での旅行の宿泊に選ばせていただきましたが、部屋からは海が見えて、お部屋も設備も清潔でした。 案内してくれた方も親切におすすめのお店や温泉を教えてくれました（おすすめしてくれたパン屋さんとても美味しかったです！） 家族皆んなで寛げて海までも散歩がてらに行ける距離なのでホントにおすすめの宿です。 また遊びに来たいです🎵

worth every cent. Airi was so helpful, her place is beautiful and it had everything one could need. I woukd highly recommend this little gem on the coast

駅から近く、ドンキからも近かったので、すごく便利で快適でした。部屋も広く、綺麗でよかったです。

Very clean and well-designed space. The onsen access was a special, authentic treat! The personalized advice I received about local walks and places to visit was extremely appreciated. This is a great resource.

Host & Team were very responsive and provided lots of help when needed! They also provided great recommendations!
