정말 100점 만점 숙소였습니다 역과 가까운 위치 숙소 주변 인프라 깨끗한 숙소 안락한 느낌과 포근한 침구 정말이지 최고였습니다 친절한 호스트님 덕분에 숙소 체크인 체크아웃도 편했고 요구사항도 너무 신속하게 대응해주셔서 최고였습니다 다음에도 도쿄여행 시 꼭 다시 가겠습니다

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

가족여행으로 처음 도쿄를 방문하게 되면서 예약을 하게되었습니다. 깔끔한 숙소와 피드백 부분이 빠르며 좋았어요. 다만 아쉬운점 편의점 부분이나 역까지가 거리가 (아이들과 어른같이 방문)아쉽다라는 부분빼고는 완벽합니다.앞에 자판기가 있지만 장보고 들어오기까지 무거운짐이 있으므로 조금 힘들었습니다. 하지만 주택가라 조용하고 안락하고 너무 좋았어요.

Wonderful place to stay that is very close to a couple good restaurants and convience stores. A couple minutes additional walk to a Don Quijote. The train station is close but with luggage it is around a 15 minute walk unless you are walking at a brisk pace. Stairs in the house are fairly steep. No major complaints, though. Clean place and feels safe. Great host, very responsive and helpful even at early hours. Booked this place for our first and last leg in Japan and would do it again.

Ryoto was so responsive even late at night (which was necessary because of the huge time difference to the US). She was also so friendly, beyond just giving information, even when questions were (admittedly) a little pesky. Incredibly kind and flexible. The 3 floors were surprisingly an asset to our trip with our group of 5 because it was easier for people on different sleeping schedules.

택시를 안타고 나카이타바시 역에서 걸어다녔어요. 거리가 좀 있었지만 숙소가 너무 예뻤고 정돈이 잘 되어 있었어요! 5명이서 사용했는데 넓고 화장실 및 샤워공간이 2개씩 있어서 정말 편리했습니다! 다만 층고가 높아 계단 사용시 주의해야할 것 같아요. 너무나 훌륭한 숙소였어요😍

Great hosts; very responsive & helpful with recommendations. Loved the hospitality. Home was as mentioned & had all the necessary equipment. Quiet location to come home to after spending the day at the big suburbs ie Ginza , Shibuya etc. Short walk to KitaIkebukuro station which has good connectivity on the JR lines. Highly recommended!

위치한 동네가 조용하고 깨끗하고 평화로웠어요. 집근처에 편의점과 슈퍼마켓, 작고 친절하고 예쁜 카페와 이자카야들이 있어 좋아요. 도보로 이동 가능한 역이 세 개나 되어 교통도 편리합니다. 침대가 14개나 되어 단체로 이용하기에 좋았어요. 깨끗하고 필요한 것은 다 있었습니다. 2층에 마치 라운지 같은 키친이 있어서 거기 모여서 대화하기도 좋았어요. 작지만 정원도 있어서 노닥거리기도 좋아요.

This was an awesome little place to stay while we were in Tokyo for 5 days. Although it was smaller than expected, everything was great. The included toiletries were nice and the host was very and quickly responsive. I did wish they had a TV, and the washer/dryer was difficult for English speakers to figure out. But other than that it was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at Ms. Lin’s place was fantastic! The location was perfect—close to everything and very comfortable. The space was clean, well-equipped, and felt like home. Ms. Lin was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here for a great Tokyo experience!

We stayed here with a big family of 8 (with 2 kids). Overall, the home was very nice, had all the the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Nice, clean place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of good food. Super easy to walk to the train station and bus stops. We greatly enjoyed our time at the house and would stay again!

Fantastic place in Shinjuku. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Easy walking distance to Shin-Okubo station. Lots of restaurants (many Korean) within easy walking distance. Lawson, 711, and family mart very close by for groceries

Qiaoling was the BEST host we ever had! She is passionate in providing the best stay for her guests. She was so responsive and helped to cater to our needs. She helped to transport our luggages to and from the train station, provided fruits, drinks, ice cream, snacks, etc for us! She went above and beyond what is expected from a host. The accommodation itself was extremely clean and functional. She provided all the toiletries and supplies. It’s like staying in a hotel but better! It was a short 8 minute walk to the JR Koiwa station, which we used everyday. Location was perfect in that it was close to 2 grocery stores and lots of stores and restaurants. There was also a direct bus (SS07) that took us to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea from the JR Koiwa station bus terminal. It did take an hour but the best part was that it had no transfers so we were able to take an hour nap to and from Disney, which was wonderful!! 1000% recommend! Thank you so much Qiaoling! We didn’t want to leave!
