This is the second time we stayed at Eren’s place. It is wonderful, so convenient and pleasant. Eren is the most gracious host you can imagine, and I just hope we get a chance to stay at her house again sometime!

Good responsive host. Would have liked to use the top floor which was closed off. House clean and modern, little bit cold in winter. For a month long stay and price, would have liked a weekly cleaning service included for the price. Bit expensive, but a good house and would use again. Many thanks.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Akira’s a lot! Super spacious (for Tokyo), many amenities and helpful guides to browse at. The area is very peaceful despite being very close to Shinjuku. Akira was a great host!

非常好的一次民宿体验，房东非常热情主动，为我们规划机场到民宿的最佳路线。在此还要特别感谢房东，因为我们预定去机场的包车司机睡过头了，联系不上让我们手足无措，凌晨四点也打不到车，无奈和房东联系，他立马来帮助我们，非常感谢。

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

Repeat visit two years later to this hidden gem off the tourist-heavy paths of Tokyo. The location is very strategic, near the city and on the doorstep to countryside areas such as Mt. Takao. The owners restaurant offers the wonderful curry and plenty of homely charm, mirroring the cozy apartment. If I come back to Tokyo again with a similarly sized group, I will definitely stay here a third time.

Nice private Airbnb on a quiet street in the suburbs. A little further away from the train station than we liked but plenty of restaurants near the Main Street. The river was very nice and calming to walk by. This place would be great for families who want to stay away from the loud chao of the city! A little far from the main city like shibuya and Shinjuku. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved using the bathtub!

Excelente lugar para estar en Tokyo , muy cerca de la estación Oshiage que tiene acceso a varios puntos de interés y al Aeropuerto de Narita, muy recomendable.

숙소 근처가 공원이라 벚꽃이 만개한 4월에 꽃구경을 실컷할 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 근처에 돈키호테, 파르코 등 쇼핑도 먹을 곳도 많고 디즈니랜드 셔틀도 있어서 그냥 위치가 너무 좋아서 도쿄를 너무 잘 즐기고 갑니다♡ 그리고 Kotaro님이 주변 카페 추천과 벚꽃 명소도 추천해주고 문의 사항까지 빠르게 답변을 해주어서 더욱 편하게 여행을 보내다가 갑니다. 다음에도 도쿄 여행을 온 다면 코타로님 숙소를 다시 선택할거에요! 즐거운 도쿄 여행 되었어요 감사합니다!

Wir haben wunderbare sechs Nächte hier verbracht. Das Viertel ist sehr belebt und gleichzeitig sehr ursprünglich. Zwei Bahnhöfe in Laufnähe, zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei jeder Frage sofort weiterhelfen können. Klare Empfehlung!

For the price, this accommodation had more that what it’s worth. It provided us with many amenities that greatly assisted us in our day to day chores, such as the washing machine and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided bicycles for us to use. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for an accommodation that’s affordable and worth its value.

Die Wohnung war extrem sauber und die Zimmer entsprachen der Beschreibung. Mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Asakusa und der Tokyo Tower befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

If you are visiting Tokyo and don’t want to be in the expensive touristy area, but want access to it, this place is outstanding! It consists of 1 queen and 2 twin beds. It is perfect for 3-4 people. You could fit a 5th person on the black sofa next to the table (See his photo) but it isn’t ideal as the sofa isn’t deep. Maybe a thin person or kid. The living area is spacious and open with the kitchen. The kitchen contains everything for food prep but full disclosure we didn’t use it. The location is ideal for eating out. The place is clean. Kusuki leaves instructions on everything you need to know, and is very responsive to questions. Entry and locking the door when leaving is via key code. However, if you have mobility issues, this place is not for you as it’s on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The location is perfect as it’s so close, maybe a 5 minute walk to the train station, and loads of eateries all around. Overall we had great time! Highly recommended! Thank you, Kasuki!

Great stay! We had no problems here as a party of 6. Plenty of food and grocery options are available in the area.

Loved our stay at Akira's property. It was the perfect location, quiet yet a short train ride into the city. Well suited for our group of 7 people. Bathrooms were clean and beds were very cosy. Would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying at Toku-San’s home. Wonderful location, roomy and it had everything we needed for a short five-day visit. Hoping to return again next year!

Doors to the room are plain curtains. Walls are rough so going up the stairs may damage ur clothing, and the stairs are painful to step on without slippers especially when you're carrying heavy luggage. Found it abit dusty, but it's at hard to clean areas. Other than that, it's hard to beat the price.

Billy’s lovely Airbnb was just perfect. Great location; loved the neighborhood. Very peaceful, tucked away from the hustle and bustle; but just a few minutes walk to the Hatagaya train station and all of Tokyo accessible. My favorite time in Tokyo was wandering through the nearby neighborhoods. Loved Sunday Bake Shop and Paddler’s Coffee; both just a short walk away. Two markets with everything you could ever need seconds (Lawson) to one minute away (larger grocery store with great produce and fresh sushi). Billy was the perfect host- so communicative; we had zero issues the whole trip. The space is very clean and comfortable; really great shower. Thank you Billy for hosting us. Can’t wait to come back to Tokyo!

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

The house close to everything you could need, but far enough away to escape the busy central Tokyo. perfect location to stay with children, everything was working, safe and comfortable. highly recommend!

Love staying here. Feels right at home. Everything is super clean and Kim was very helpful and such a great host, with fast responses and actions. Kim definitely took the extra step and service for her guests. The place is spacious with every furniture near brand new. My family and I definitely loved the laundry/ dryer machine 🤩🤩 it’s amazing and allow us to not worry about not enough change of clothing’s. Kim is super friendly and will help you in any way she can, not limited to restaurants recommendations or closest transport to Shinjuku or even given visual directions to help you find the closest supermarket. She made traveling with a big group of family a breeze. Thank you Kim, will definitely stay again next time I’m in Tokyo.
