This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

Everything was great!! This was my second time and I definitely will be back again!!!

We are extremely pleased with our stay… the place was well-staffed, everyone was very courteous, and the entire place was clean as can be! It was a short walk to the hard rock casino where we were seeing some concerts. On-site parking was $20 a day and there’s a free game room / arcade on the first floor that’s cool. I recommend staying here.

We didn’t spend much time there as we were welcoming in our 3rd grandchild. And babysitting. But it was nice to come home to a comfortable house at night. Manasquan is a beautiful town. Next time we come out, we’d consider staying here again.

Very nice older home a few blocks from the beach and half a block from the main street in Belmar. Tiffany was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating with my reservation for me and a larger group staying in the home.

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. Great place for a family of four! Check in was super easy. Plenty of living space given how many it sleeps. Big TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. Really nice and comfortable furniture. Sound machines in each bedroom was perfect. Loved being able to let the dogs in the fenced in area without having to put their leashes on. Close to some good restaurants and other necessities (CVS, grocery store) and only a couple blocks from the boardwalk. We would stay here again without hesitation!

We had an amazing stay in Brigantine at Linda’s house! Super dig friendly with the fenced in yard, walkable to beach and great restaurants, and very clean and organized. Would definitely stay again next time we visit!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

My husband and I drove up from Florida to attend my daughter's wedding. Kitty's place was the perfect location for us. We were only 10 minutes from the wedding venue, so it was really convenient. The home itself was perfect. It was so cozy and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home there. We were in walking distance to many restaurants. Also, very close to the beach and the Point Pleasant boardwalk. Kitty was a great hostess, and we would definitely stay at her place again. I highly recommend Kitty's place. You won't regret it!

Laura, the host from 109 G St., was very welcoming and graciously granted our request to bring our Labrador Retriever. The house is perfect for a dog owner with a fenced in yard. Our dog was clearly very comfortable and happy! The location also felt very safe and has a gorgeous water view of the Bay from upstairs. The house was quite clean and well organized with everything we needed within reach. Laura was kind and accommodating and responded promptly to all questions and concerns. This is a prime family location within walking-distance to the beautiful beach and boardwalk with easy access to stores and restaurants. The house is perfectly nestled in-between the Bay and the huge sandy beach just about a block away in both directions. It is a Gem.

Would highly recommend staying in this lovely home! We stayed here to celebrate a birthday with some friends & were able to enjoy every aspect of the house (playing pool, kitchen utensils to cook, every guest had a bed to sleep in, and much more). The location was great, about a 5 minute drive for us to have some fun at the casinos. Marcus was extremely flexible as we asked for an extended check out time & responded quickly to accommodate our needs. They provided clear instructions for every aspect of the house & were available at any time for questions! Thanks for having us, we had a great night!

The pictures look like the place , everything was clean.. cute place to stay and be close to the beach . Plenty of places to eat near by. I would highly recommend this home and host.

Mary was a great host. She was very easy to communicate with. She gave clear instructions and check-in was easy. The condo was on the older side, but was perfect for us, my elderly parents, and young children. It was clean and well-stocked with bath towels, sheets, extra pillows, and cooking pans. Location was perfect- entrance right on the boardwalk, and parking under the building. Would definitely visit again!

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

We were excited to spend a weekend celebrating my MIL'S 90th bday with an assortment of siblings, , spouses, adult grandchildren and guests. The home had everything we needed, including great photo-op spots! The kitchen was fully stocked, each bedroom had plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows, mattresses were comfy, and bathrooms were spotless. Brian kept in touch for days prior to our arrival to make sure we were set, made sure to get us the house policies and see if we had any questions. Extremely responsive! The house checked all of our boxes, plus!

Gayann’s place was great. She was extremely responsive from beginning to end. Everything was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was amazing and the home was beautiful.

Absolutely fantastic once again! Could not ask for a better location. The place is wonderful and the view is perfection. Will come back next year!

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

Great stay! Celebrated Christmas with family and house was equipped to host. Plenty of dishes and cooking resources. Loved the two levels of living space. David was super responsive and a great host. House was a beauty and loved being so close to the beach!
