Amazing place and truly in the best location- 10min to the beach and 10min to Margaret river! Cannot recommend highly enough. Truly as pictured.

A great place to stay for a beach side holiday in Gracetown. Five things we liked: 1) very well equipped kitchen and pantry and clearly a place where the owner and his family actually stay and enjoy it. Just felt right for our family Xmas (the knives were sharp too :) ) 2) top end Internet (multiple devices and streaming all fine) 3) separation of bedrooms meant 2 (then 3) adult couples could share and be out of each others way. 4) fenced back area was safe for dogs and included a grassed dog run if needed. 5) toys, pool table, etc. lots to do if you were there and had to stay in. As noted. A genuine family holiday home. Some other things: Tony v reasonable about an extra couple joining us for a couple of nights (thanks!) with just a small extra cleaning cost. Maybe could have had a few more towels but pillows, linen, etc all great. Is close to beach as advertised if you use the little path to the north of the house rather than the road to south. All in all, great!!

Jonah and Danielle’s place was such a dream! Not only is the house a beauty but the location ( tucked between the heart of Margaret River and Prevelly Beach) was perfect. Not to mention morning coffees with the kangaroos that would pop over each morning and evening. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a bit of privacy but still want to be close to all the wonderful this area has to offer. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future

Loved our three nights and didn't disappoint! From kangaroos to walkability, wineries near by, great space and comfort. To share with another couple was perfect, bbq out the back and drinks out the front. Walk to the local rec centre to swim/gym and to Cole's in about 20 minutes.

A wonderfully peaceful place to base yourself to explore the Margaret River area. It is a large house with lots of space and a beautiful terrace out front where the Australian Ringneck parrots come to eat the bird food, and remind you if you haven’t fed them! They are very friendly. The place has everything you need including lots of pantry basics for cooking. The bed is comfortable and it has a powerful shower. It was a home from home and would strongly recommend it to other travellers.

We had an excellent stay at this well-appointed residence, which was within easy walking distance of the centre of Margaret River township. Great communication by our host was much appreciated and helped us to check in with ease. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!

We had a lovely winter weekend at Miriams place. Fire wood was provided and the little fire place kept the house very warm. It was a short stroll to the forrest and to town. Miriam was very quick to respond and helped with a last minute change to our schedule. Really enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay and experience at Marg River. Coming back to rest and relax at Jen and Ali's home was always a highlight for us. Thank you for being such great hosts! I just love how the property allows us to have peace and quiet, close to nature while being a 5 min drive from town. We have already shared photos and videos of this perfect place to our friends and family and they all agree that we got lucky!

Came here for a quiet few nights away, house was beautiful and extremely clean. Looks even better in real life… the garden area was also great for having a cup of coffee and some brekkie in the morning :-)

We had such an amazing stay at Simala! Absolutely gogerous chalet, extremely clean with everything you need inside! Specious bathroom, kitchen and very comfortable bed!! And view!! It's just speechless!! Ourdoor setting facing the piecefull lake and giant trees, kangaroos and birds.. God! It was like visiting a Paradise! Simone was very kind to allow earlier check-in, very responsive to the messages and we get all the information re local restaurants, wineries and beaches. We can't thank Simone and Alan enough for this unforgettable stay!

The home was amazing. Was in the perfect location, walkable from town and the foreshore. It has been keep clean and tidy for new guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was awesome! This is a great place to be in the Margaret River area. Very central to all day trips in the area. The unit is walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, markets and to the river . Very private space, comfortable and clean. Cathy was super responsive to all queries . Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! A quiet peaceful street located a short walk from Margaret River town centre. Comfy beds and a great fireplace! Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect stay for a couple to enjoy the nearby beaches and surrounding areas of Margaret River

FortyTwo Mini is an excellent place to stay, modern and clean and with a great view. The photos and description are accurate and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The people staying in the main part of the building on the other side of the dividing wall were considerate and quiet.
