This was my 3rd stay at the accommodation. It was very homey and very close to all the essentials. The house itself was so clean and had all the things you need for a great stay. The host was very proactive and left some recommendations of what to do in the town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was super neat and tidy, and comfortable. Great communication from the host.

We stayed at Kirsty’s and her Husband’s extra unit as a stopover on our way to Esperance. The place is at the end of street, with a separate driveway to access the unit. It was a quiet spot with a vacant lot next door with a few trees. They let us store our e-bikes in a secure spot on their enclosed patio. Unfortunately the pool was not heated during our stay, but we did not have time to enjoy it anyways. The unit was very clean and had all the basics inside. All good!

Second time here, enjoy it and big enough for the whole family. Got everything you need.

Stumbling upon Happy Valley Farm Cottage was an absolute delight! Our stay may have been brief, but it left a lasting impression—we've already recommended it to others and will continue to do so. The cottage itself is utterly charming, with thoughtful touches from our host, Kylie, that made all the difference. From the fresh eggs to the homemade biscuits, every detail was a warm and welcoming gesture. Immaculately maintained, the cottage offered a peaceful retreat. Though our visit was short, we appreciated the selection of books and games Kylie thoughtfully provided for moments of relaxation. Thank you, Kylie! We can’t wait to return.

Very nice place to stay

Great place! Stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin is immaculate and very comfortable. Definitely recommend this cabin! Thanks again

We had a wonderful stay at Andre and Elna's property in Katanning, WA. While the place isn’t brand new, it’s spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The hosts clearly care about their guests' comfort — everything we needed was provided, and little touches like the selection of lollies were a nice bonus! Katanning itself is a charming town with a lot to offer. We enjoyed visiting the historical sites, including the impressive Katanning Heritage Trail and the beautiful Katanning Town Hall. The local agricultural region is also worth exploring, and if you’re a nature lover, the nearby Piesse Lake and its walking trails are lovely for a peaceful afternoon. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient base in Katanning, I highly recommend this place. Thanks to Andre and Elna for making my stay so enjoyable
