Had the most wonderful 3 nights in Cow Pen Cottage. Perfect location with a fantastic farm shop (Cobbs) next door selling fabulous top quality local produce to make wonderful breakfasts with. Wendy was so helpful, giving very clear instructions and points of interest to visit. The cottage is quaint & full of character but still has all the mod cons necessary. Wendy gave us a lovely warm welcome with strawberries & prosecco and chocolates by the bed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and a very welcome addition each day. There were so many attractions within a very short drive and that made Cow Pen Cottage the perfect base to explore Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. We will definately be back some day. Fantastic stay! A lovely break from hectic life! The hot tub was perfect temperature, size with a great view The pod had everything we possibly needed and the space was used well. Great shower and kitchen facilities. Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely wonderful place; the setting is beautiful, peaceful and extremely relaxing. The cottage was very clean , well-equipped and we felt at home really quickly. Both hosts were kind, responsive to any questions and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

We Had a Great Time! we Enjoyed the lovely warm pool And the Hot tub, the views are amazing! The cottage is really cosy, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, we went to The Cotswold Farm Park for a day out- strongly recommended for families with small children. All in all a fabulous holiday we will definitely be coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mutton Barn. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect: a beautiful, rural position - so quiet - all we could hear was birdsong! The views from the house were outstanding! We loved seeing the wildlife: badgers feeding on the lawn, pheasants in the garden, deer roaming across the fields and a bird of prey swooping from tree to tree as we drove up to the house on our arrival. Paul was a very friendly, obliging and helpful host - we certainly appreciated the lighting of the log burner each night. Many thanks too, Paul, for the champagne, milk and chocolates you left for us - they were much appreciated!

Such a stunning tranquil location. Peaceful and beautiful. Everything needed for the four night stay we had but equally for a longer stay. Fitted to a high standard. Great communication from Nicola. A wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our evening in shrewley. The accommodation was warm, comfortable and well appointed. The local pub is excellent with friendly staff and well worth a visit. Sarah was a welcoming and friendly host who was there to ensure we had everything we needed

Pam was an exceptional host. Quick , responsive communication. The accommodation was perfect. Beautifully presented and decorated for Christmas. Comfortable sofas and beds. Well equipped with all the cooking utensils you will need. Towels, extra bedding, hand wash, hand cream and shower gel were all provided. There is ample parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge. Pam left us a beautiful Christmas welcome package that we all appreciated, a lovely thoughtful touch. The location of the lodge is perfect, fabulous views out onto the river. We took a walk into Stratford, it was an easy pavement walk and took us about 35mins. We had 3 dogs with us and Pam had left a box with dog towels, water bowl and feeding mat. There is a large grass area outside the lodge, perfect for the dogs to do their business and there are even poo bins with poo bags dotted around the park. We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend to all.

We had a fabulous time here, great apartment, very quiet and serene - just what we wanted, and location-wise very scenic, our dog loved the Lickey Hills; perfect for walking and exploring. If you’re looking for something a bit more “vibey”, there’s Herbert’s Yard close by in Longbridge where you can listen to a bit of music, and have a bite to eat - very cool, and they even sell Puppuccinos. Highly recommend, would definitely come back again.

We had a lovely week away at the Hayloft and were blessed with beautiful weather too. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely with wonderful views over the countryside. We enjoyed days trips to Witley Court and Coombe Abbey, as well as discovering many of the farm shops in the area. Charlene was an amazing host. Always quick to respond and provided us with many recommendations for the local area. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlene's property and hope to go back again in the future ourselves.

Zoe's place is a real gem. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy. Loved the tea/coffee & especially enjoyed the cake (thank you). Zoe was easy to communicate with and was accomadating and flexiable with checking my slight change of check in time. I met with family in The Navigation pub, 5 mins down road and retuned the next day for full english breakfast before, my long drive home. The Fox Den is excellent value you for money and the parking on site is an added bonus. You can easily bus or drive into the city. Which is 10-15mins away, although ensure to double check your car registration as there are fees for higher emissions. You can check on gov site.. simply google it.

Fantastic apartment! Host super friendly and saved me in my hour of need coming to the rescue with a laptop charger. Bed was soooo comfy!! Thanks for a fab shorty stay- I’ll bare you in mind for future if I’m staying in Wolves! :-)

Absolutely delighted with our stay. Sandy and Paul were excellent hosts from letting us know directions to having the fire lit on our arrival. Paul even came back and made sure the fire was roaring on our return from our day out. Home is spotlessly clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing weekend away. Thank you Sandy and Paul!

What a great place to stay much much better the pictures. The bathroom was unreal. Would definitely recommend staying here. Supper clean. Has everything you need.

Absolutely stunning apartment, superb craftsmanship and decor. The only downside was you had to hang around outside the large block for another resident in the building to gain access. At 2am in the morning this was hard as not many people were around and we got panicked. Great location

Excellent location -safe neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the train station and town centre and lovely local park. Off street parking, accommodation facilities as listed, comfy double bed. Great value for money.

This is a lovely property - beautifully presented. Communication from James and Isobel was excellent- location was very good - it was a shame that the canal towpath to Stratford is temporarily shut and currently you have to divert through the industrial estate. The following day we walked the other way along the canal- this was such a beautiful walk - a pub at the end and cafe along the way - perfect.

Manuel was very communicative and the location was perfect. There is a Tesco downstairs which was very convenient. This is a great place to be central and easily navigate around Birmingham. The flat had many amenities and was super easy to get in to. I'd definitely recommend this place. Thank you Manuel!

The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The location is beautiful as is the coach house itself. Totally private, warm, and comfortable. Everything was clearly explained and worked perfectly. The stairs to the bed and bathroom upstairs were safe, but as a senior I might reconsider them next trip. Cheers, Patty
