The accommodation was great, with a wonderful view and a great location. Beach, shops and promenade, all just a few minutes from the room. I recommend the accommodation. The only minus was the evening noise from the disco club on the beach, but neither the owner nor the accommodation is responsible for that.

I had an incredible stay at Sabina's place! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the local attractions. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nice apts, spacious, high ceilings, absolutely new, apart from some minor issues we didn't notice any downsides. Quite comfortable, well equipped. Would be even better with a dishwasher, but what can you do ) Really clean. Walkable both to the beach and the supermarkets.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man benôtigt -> 3 Zonen Grill, Riesen Terrasse, liege auf der Terrasse, excellente kaffeee Maschine -> 4 Klimaanlagen und Lüfter, appleTV, ps4, weinschkühlschrank, eine kleine Box für Internet unterwegs… u.v.m. Latex Matratzen für den Betten -> haben geschlafen wie Engel 😎 Anton hatte uns vorher Lageplan und Fotos geschickt, sprich wir haben das Apartment sofort gefunden und konnten dank Schlüssel Box direkt rein. Man muss selbstverständlich im Hinterkopf haben, dass man in ulcinj ist… Zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar jedoch mit erheblichen Höhenunterschieden 😅 …wir hatten für das Appartement ein überdachten Parkplatz 😎 Wir geben eine klare Empfehlung und kommen gerne wieder.

Ali and his family were the MOST amazing hosts, and we had a wonderful stay! They were super flexible with our check out, even taking us to the bus station! We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

This Airbnb has been absolutely perfect for my family holiday. Velipojë is a beautiful location with a great boulevard, lots of restaurants, and lovely beaches. The Airbnb was exactly as described with lots of useful utilities (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, WiFi, brilliant AC , etc.), making it homely for the whole family. The private parking and grounds are great. Nikolin is a great host, very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for any vacation - as a couple, an individual, or as a family. We have had an amazing time! Thank you!

Lovely apartment! Exactely as you see on the pictures. The view from the terasse is unique! The beach is just a few steps away. Alexsandar is a great host and always responded immediately. We also took the boat out (you need a licence!) which was a wonderful experience.

Ado bey ile görüşemedik fakat sanırım oğlu bize yardımcı oldu , kendisi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi bu kadar iyi bir ev sahibi olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Ev çok güzel konum olarak ve evin içerisi de harikaydı, biz çok memnun kaldık herkese tavsiye ederiz…

Ved ankomst mødte vi Eamonn, meget imødekommende, storsmilende, klar til at byde os velkommen. Nem indflytning - gode anbefalinger - vi følte os velkommen og “hjemme”. Under opholdet havde vi daglig kontakt med Eamonn. Og havde gode snakke. Restaurant Portun på modsatte side af vejen er en oplevelse. Huset er meget spændende indrettet, der er god plads til 8 personer. Stranden ligger lige udenfor døren.

Staying at Bay Zoran and Mrs. Tatjana’s home was an amazing and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. They are such **genuine and kind people**, and meeting them was truly a highlight of our trip. We even had the chance to chat upon arrival, and we wished we’d had more time to get to know them better. Their kindness reflects the **warm hospitality of Montenegrin and Balkan culture**, which we deeply felt throughout our stay. Despite a small 15-minute delay during check-in, they more than made up for it by allowing us to check out whenever we wanted—a gesture we truly appreciated. Mrs. Tatjana’s grace and elegance are reflected in her spotless, well-organized home—the **cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in**. We loved the feather-down duvets and the delicious homemade cake she left for us, as well as the hazelnuts from Mr. Zoran. The house and its surroundings were so beatiful. Thank you for everything.

Lovely place . Very hospitable Issues I have though: Towels where o my small hand towels no bath towels Other the bed sheets. Are very course and rough not very comfortable

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed staying with Petar and his family! We stayed for 1 month and were so sad to leave. The apartment is beyond amazing, such a beautiful space with a spectacular view. Petar and his family took such great care of us we could not have felt more welcome. The neighborhood is so cool with lots of people walking up and down that quaint little road, it’s a wonderful place where the locals get outside and enjoy nature and it felt like a really healthy community. Everyone was friendly. The little store right below was SO convenient. We had the best meal of our lives at a restaurant called Moments just down the street. Kotor Old Town is unbelievably charming. We had the time of our lives in this AirBnB and would urge anyone to take the opportunity to stay there! You will love it. Thank you Petar!

The location of the house is very good. There is a parking. The hosts welcomed nicely. The view is great. I would definitely like to experience in summer. Because the house is near the sea.

this house has the best possible location to visit Kotor. it's very clean. easy to check in and check out. I would love to stay here again if I o came back to Kotor.
